Enhancement Report Request: [GNRL-220] Program Details Report [2019]
Objective: Only show relevant fields on report.
- If the field is hidden on the screen, then hide the field in the report.
Reason: With the addition of the hide function on the screens, there might be fields that may not make sense to the end user and will display on the report.

Always Set Date Created for Client Profile to Oldest Date When Merging
The Fellowship of the Colorado HMIS Leads would like to formally request a feature enhancement related to the Client Merge tool. Essentially, we would like for the meta data associated with the client profile’s creation date to default to the date of the oldest client record being merged.
Ex:
Jon Smith has two client records, one created on 1/1/2017 and one created on 1/1/2020.
Regardless of which client record is selected as the dominant record to merge, it would be most beneficial if the oldest meta data for the client profile create date remained after the merge (in this example,…

A Cap on Published Custom Fields is a Major Barrier to Robust Program Evaluation
Please make it possible for custom fields to be shown as disabled in the reporting universe and please remove the cap on published custom fields. Agencies leveraging the power of client databases need a reporting platform that is dynamic and allows for custom fields to evolve-- be added, edited and retired as needed.

Ability to Create Units in Bulk
It is very time-consuming to set up thousands of units individually. When units share similar characteristics, it would save a significant amount of time if multiple units could be set up at once by adding a "Create Multiple Units" feature, similar to posting multiple units using Availability.

Block ROI Uploads from an Agency
Our CoC creates partnership agencies, which allow workers from multiple organizations to access their collaborative projects. We want all new client profiles and ROIs to be created under the primary program agencies.
Please create an option to block users from being able to upload ROIs if they are logged into specific agencies.

Create a separate access right for the referrals tab in client records
Currently the Referrals access right allows both the Global REFERRALS tab and the REFERRALS tab in client records. There are multiple use cases where we need users to have access to one or the other but not both of these. We would like to be able to separately assign rights to the referrals tab in client records. E-signing doesn't work with touchscreen laptop
According to a user in Santa Cruz, they can't e-sign forms using a touchscreen laptop. It requires using a mouse or using an ios or android device. It would be great if they could take advantage of our touchscreen laptops to sign ROI's and other forms directly into clarity and not have to invest in iPads.
This seems to be an issue with the HTML/script coding of the web page. They found a potential solution here, or at least something to get started https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad.

Automatically display address, when adding a geolocation in the location tab.
Automatically display address, when adding a geolocation in the location tab.
When adding a location in the location tab a geolocation marker can be selected, but the address does not appear. Please add an address filed or auto populate the address to display in the address line 2.
The end users have to manually add the address.
This would be a helpful tool for outreach workers, as it would allow them to quickly and easily track the locations of their clients and identify areas where there is a need for services.

Attendance Module
On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.
I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

CSV/XML Export - include Unique ID instead of Personal ID
HUD's new EVA data quality tool, provides a powerful resource for identifying data quality issues. However, EVA flags clients with errors and identifies them using the Personal ID. I assume this is because the Unique ID is not available in the export. I'm curious why this is. Is it possible to make the Personal ID searchable in Clarity or to replace it in the export with the Unique ID? I'm trying to find an easy way for our partner agencies to use EVA to find and correct errors, but as of now, it is not easy for them to navigate…

Direct Link to Client Profile from the Inventory Dashboard
It would be helpful to have a direct link to the client's profile from the display cards on the Inventory dashboard. This link would show for clients currently referred or occupying a unit.

Updates to the HMIS Population Over Time model
We would like to see updates to the HMIS Population Over Time model
It would be useful to have more data elements including:
a. Household Type
b. Relationship to Head of Household
c. Project Start/Exit Month/Year just like setup in HMIS Performance and Client Model.
d. Reporting Period Start/End Date
e. Referrals
Etc.
- It is currently difficult to perform population-based measure without additional data elements in this model. Using a Merge Query doesn't work for visualizations requiring pivot. For example
a. How to get Households served by different project types over time pivoted by Household Type?

Cascade Current Living Situation Updates for Coordinated Entry
We know that Current Living Situation needs to be entered anytime there is contact with a client, or at least every 90 days as community-defined, in our Street Outreach and Coordinated Entry programs.
Our Call Center enrolls Coordinated Entry clients; most homeless clients are simultaneously enrolled in Street Outreach. Street Outreach then continues to work with these clients – and it seems would need to enter Current Living Situation updates in both the Street Outreach and Coordinated Entry enrollments, which is redundant.
Can you add a feature in Clarity to cascade CLS updates?

Have program title in screens where editing (example funding)
When editing a program and working with the program options in the the right column, (such as bed list or funding), once one of those options is selected you are unable to tell which program you are editing data for. It would be nice if the program title could carry into the screen you are working in within program admin.

Audit log access
Please allow System Administrators to set Audit Log permissions by role. Agency Managers regularly need to perform data quality checks to see who made what change to a certain field.

Direct referral of eligible programs dependent not on agency CoC but program CoC
The limiting factor in providing a direct referral to an eligible program is that the agency CoC of the user must be the same as the agency CoC of the program. While an Agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, its Programs can be assigned to a CoC different than the parent agency or even multiple CoCs.
When the user's CoC does not match the agency CoC for the program to which the user wants to make a referral, the program will not be made available, even though the client might otherwise be eligible.

field geolocation- display on location tab
Greetings- We have recently added a new field for geolocation to the clients enrollment to add zip code of last permanent address. However, if we choose to display this in the location tab, the type shows up as "field geolocation" instead of the field name. We would like to see the field name appended to the field geolocation type (or the field displayed in another column) so that users can differentiate what field geolocation data that are viewing on the location tab. ROI Banner - Different for Yes and No Responses
Currently the orange ROI banner shows for clients that have a "no" response to data sharing, which is a valid "active" ROI response. We would like to see a different banner for clients with active ROI's that are a "no" from those that don't have an ROI on file at all. Thank you.

Request for Extended Account Reactivation Window for HMIS Users
I’m reaching out about an issue we've been dealing with related to account reactivations for HMIS users. I’d love it if we could revisit the idea and explore a way to make the process a bit smoother.
We often receive tickets from HMIS users whose accounts have been deactivated due to inactivity. While it’s easy to reactivate their accounts, the issue is that the reactivation doesn’t "stick" unless the user logs in by midnight of the same day.
