Updates to the HMIS Population Over Time model
We would like to see updates to the HMIS Population Over Time model
It would be useful to have more data elements including:
a. Household Type
b. Relationship to Head of Household
c. Project Start/Exit Month/Year just like setup in HMIS Performance and Client Model.
d. Reporting Period Start/End Date
e. Referrals
Etc.
- It is currently difficult to perform population-based measure without additional data elements in this model. Using a Merge Query doesn't work for visualizations requiring pivot. For example
a. How to get Households served by different project types over time pivoted by Household Type?

Cascade Current Living Situation Updates for Coordinated Entry
We know that Current Living Situation needs to be entered anytime there is contact with a client, or at least every 90 days as community-defined, in our Street Outreach and Coordinated Entry programs.
Our Call Center enrolls Coordinated Entry clients; most homeless clients are simultaneously enrolled in Street Outreach. Street Outreach then continues to work with these clients – and it seems would need to enter Current Living Situation updates in both the Street Outreach and Coordinated Entry enrollments, which is redundant.
Can you add a feature in Clarity to cascade CLS updates?

Toggle Services
When we go in to enter services for a CORE Mobile Outreach client, we would like a drop down menu that we can use to toggle services after entering the service dates and vendors. At the moment, we have to enter each individual service one by one, which is extremely repetitive and time consuming.
Example
Service start date: 1/1/2021 Service end date: 1/1/2021

Record CLS with services
Combine the process of providing services and recording a current living situation (CLS). Ideally, when providing a service in an outreach program, an additional section on the service would prompt to fill out a CLS assessment. The goal is to make sure that CLS is recorded each time a service is given, and is done on the same page and through the same process to save staff time. The standard CLS process should also be available in case an outreach worker contacts a client without providing a service.

Have program title in screens where editing (example funding)
When editing a program and working with the program options in the the right column, (such as bed list or funding), once one of those options is selected you are unable to tell which program you are editing data for. It would be nice if the program title could carry into the screen you are working in within program admin.

Audit log access
Please allow System Administrators to set Audit Log permissions by role. Agency Managers regularly need to perform data quality checks to see who made what change to a certain field.

Direct referral of eligible programs dependent not on agency CoC but program CoC
The limiting factor in providing a direct referral to an eligible program is that the agency CoC of the user must be the same as the agency CoC of the program. While an Agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, its Programs can be assigned to a CoC different than the parent agency or even multiple CoCs.
When the user's CoC does not match the agency CoC for the program to which the user wants to make a referral, the program will not be made available, even though the client might otherwise be eligible.

Add an ability at the field level to cascade program data from the Head of Household to other program family members.

Access roles assigned to specific assessments
When we create access roles in Clarity we can toggle on the ability to edit, delete, or create assessments with a client but it buckets all of the assessments together. It would be helpful to be able to select which assessments are assigned to which access role. For example, there should be a prevention assessor access role that allows users to complete that assessment but NOT complete the VI-SPDAT assessment.

Ability to set min/max on custom fields when the Field Type is Number
For custom fields where the Field Type is set to Number, we would like the ability to set minimum & maximum values for the data entered.
For our use case, we are trying to record the number of residents within a given encampment who are either engaged or not engaged based on their current sleeping location. However, the field currently allows negative numbers to be recorded which should never be the case and would negatively affect our client counts in Looker.7 votes -
DIT Improvement: Download Results
When reviewing results in the DIT interface, there can be hundreds of pages on the results page.
To allow for easy review, searching, and filtering, an excel/csv downloadable version of these results would benefit end users.

Make All Unit Statuses on Display Card the Same Color
On the Inventory Dashboard, under the Status section on Display Cards, Active statuses currently show as Blue; Inactive and Offline statuses, by contrast, are grayed out---even when an Inactive/Offline status is the current status. It would be helpful if all statuses were the same color and none were grayed out, so that end users are able to focus on what the most recent status truly is by its order in the list.

search for client by phone number
It would be really great if we were able to search by participant phone number. I get a lot of calls where I can't fully decipher the name they give me on the voicemail message but they leave a phone number. I can sometimes call them back and figure it out of course, but it's really helpful to be able to find their name for folks whose phones don't work/turned off, etc. This makes it much easier to follow up with their housing.

Live Marker for Program_applicability
Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. SNN Field Update in Clarity
If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.

System Notification for Referral Updates and New Notes to the Agency Receiving the Referral
System notifications for Updated Referrals and New Referral Notes are sent only to the staff member who created the referral. This is to request that these automated system notifications also be sent to the Staff Member at the Referred-To Program. Notes are also only visible. This would improve communication between different teams and save referred-to agencies from clicking through each client on the referral list checking for updates.

Allow private clients when tied to multiple agencies
Update the Client Privacy functionality to allow for marking clients private even when they are associated with multiple agencies. Currently, this option is disabled if the client has multiple agencies working with them, and there are cumbersome workarounds to get the client data protected when needed. This enhancement should allow us to mark the client private, and then data will be limited to the agencies that are currently working with the client. Our local consent revocation policies state that any previously shared information will still be shared if a client revokes consent, and data will, moving forward, be limited to…
