Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added and deleted. Cumbersome. Ugly. It would be much nicer if programapplicability were a Live Marker so we could use it in our constraints.
