Add an option to identify pets as a “Household Member"
User Story:
As an outreach worker who works with unhoused individuals and their pets, I want an option to be added that identifies a pet in the “Household Members” section so that we can link the pet to the owner, have an accurate representation of family size, track safety and liability, and know who the client will be taking with them if they were to receive housing. We provide services to clients AND their animals, and we propose a comprehensive set of criteria to be included such as:
- Photo Entry
- Breed
- Age
- Name
- Color
- Microchip status
- Vaccination records
- Size
- Temperament

Ability to Enable/Disable Service Notes
All services automatically have a "Service Note" field where notes can be entered. Agencies have requested that this field be disabled for some of their services as they do not want staff inputting notes here. However, there is not an ability to do this on the back end. It would be helpful if when setting up services, admins would have the ability to enable or disable the "Services Notes" field from displaying.

being able to add a mass case note to my active clients
I send out job leads and notifications to my active caseload in CareerLink. This is about hiring events, career fairs, or community events. I was hoping I could have a way to add this note to everyone active on my caseload as I do this a few times a week. Now I have to input them when I touch a file. I was seeking a prompt to allow me to add a general case note reflecting this type of action to all active cases in one entry.

Allow help chat button to be draggable across the screen
Hello! Sorry this category doesn't fit - I wasn't able to find the correct one. When there is a family of four or more, the quick shortcut buttons in the lower right corner of the program can be blocked by the help chat button (shown here: https://i.imgur.com/MFVi9pS.png ). Would it be possible to make the chat button something we can drag and drop elsewhere, or possibly move it to another space, so that this doesn't interfere?

Remove Row Number Limit
Our agency is conducting more comprehensive data analytics projects. However, the 5000-row limit makes it extremely slow for our data team to pull data at finer levels of details, such as service notes over the past year. Is there any way we can increase or remove this limit?

Organize Assessment history by type of assessment
Hello! Hope everything is going well. Our staff migrated to Clarity from ETO, and one feature that ETO has that Clarity doesn't is the ability to organize the Assessment history (known as Touchpoints to their system). Instead of providing them all in one list, it sorts them by the Assessment type, making it easier to find the specific one you're trying to view, edit, or delete. This would be a great way to not only help existing Clarity users but also help Clarity compete with other databases for those who could be moved to our side.

Toggle Additional Household Members in Attendance
The ability to toggle additional/all household members in an Attendance Module's scanned services would be incredibly helpful for agencies that provide daily, weekly, or monthly services for entire households; especially when only one or two members of the household are present but the service must be applied to everyone.

Allow a warning or block before editing core data
Hello! Similar to how the SSN has a warning pop up before you edit it as core data, could we please implement a feature where custom fields could either be prevented from editing later or require multiple clicks of confirmation before doing so, with some warning text available, to prevent misclicking away something important on the client profile or other screens?

Ability to add services to HoH progam enrollment only
When creating a service we'd love the ability to set services up so they can only be accessed/tracked/created in the HoH's program only. We have programs that we need to have users only track under the HoH. However, users sometimes forget and will track services under the second adult in the HH or under the children. This causes issues when we are running custom reports that are set to only pull information from the HoH and the services provided.

Exporting File URL Link under Clients File Link field
Please allow downloading or exporting file links. Even though Clarity generates a link that is accessible through a context menu in the Data Table, the URL of the link is not an exportable or reportable value in Looker. My agency is developing an app that would allow navigating to files and audit those files in a more centrallized and faster manner, and the file links are a key feature of this application.

API to Pull Data Directly
Can we develop an API that allows pulling data directly and in real-time from Clarity? My agency is developing an internal Python app that generates customized dashboards and reports (for which the Clarity platform itself does not provide enough flexibility). However, in the long run the app cannot rely on downloading Excel files from Clarity every time we run. With a customizable API, we can transform the SQL query from the Data Analysis client model reports to a query for the app, which would allow fewer steps for data management.

Note Tags
It would be helpful to be able to select "tags" for a case note. So the worker can pull up notes and find the ones that are tagged for a specific item. Example, they could put in a case note about meeting with a probation officer, and then before the next meeting, pull up all of the notes that are tagged "Probation", or something like that.

Dashboard filter combining Or statements
Would it be possible to add the ability to filter by OR statements in a Dashboard, specifically something like "if the client checked yes to question 1 OR checked yes to question 2, show them in this filter"? We can do this at the individual Look level using a custom dimension, but for dashboards where we need to quickly enable or disable such a filter for 25+ looks at once for data analysis this could present difficulties.

Edit additional fields in Add Contact
Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them). Bulk Delete Services
There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

Attendance Module
On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.
I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

Ability to delete services within an enrollment
Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.
It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

Note who performed an assessment on the assessment history
Hello! Hope everything is going well.
We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?
