Data Quality Reports for "all programs" for a particular agency
The ability to run Program Review Data Quality reports for all programs in an agency would be very helpful. We have agencies with 10+ programs and having to run reports for each program is extremely time consuming. If we had the ability to choose "all programs" it would save me multiple hours per week.

Add canned report for unsheltered PIT
This year, because of COVID, HUD has allowed communities to pull unsheltered PIT data from HMIS rather than conduct an in-person count. In California, 7 of the 44 CoCs chose to go this route. It would be helpful to have a pre-programmed system-wide report in Clarity to look at enrollments in SSO, SO, and CE programs where the prior living situation is unsheltered. There are other uses for such a report beyond the PIT, such as with identifying individuals for CE or for community-wide by-name lists.

Ability to Create Units in Bulk
It is very time-consuming to set up thousands of units individually. When units share similar characteristics, it would save a significant amount of time if multiple units could be set up at once by adding a "Create Multiple Units" feature, similar to posting multiple units using Availability.

For Direct Referrals, add ability to filter by program
Currently, when you go to the "Referrals" tab from the client profile (to make a "Direct Referral"), you can filter by agency or program category to find the desired program. Users often have to wade through multiple pages of programs using either of these filter options (especially when they are making a referral to a program under a larger agency). It would be great if users could filter or search directly for a specific Program (e.g., add an optional sub-filter if they first choose to filter by agency, or add a search bar similar to the client search bar).

Remove ability to deny a Direct Referral to a Community Queue
Currently if you deny a Direct Referral, you have the option to reassign the client to any Community Queue, regardless of if the client has an assessment for that queue (or any assessment at all). This results in an uncontrolled backdoor to ANY Community Queue.
As our community has expanded the use of Direct Referrals, we are getting individuals placed on queues that are supposed to have high thresholds for placement, or that are only intended for certain subpopulations. This function subverts the logic that you need an assessment to be placed on a queue, which is consistent everywhere else…

highlight required textbox fields
This is a request to highlight required textbox fields red when left blank. When other field types are required, a user cannot move on and Clarity highlights the missing field in red. However, when it is a textbox, there is no indication that the text box is the missing field.

notes auto save feature
Add an auto save (example auto save every 2 minutes) function for Clarity notes. Reason for needed feature; in a fast-paced client environment where ringing of phones, walk-ins and appointments- easily distracted while inputting notes. Clarity closes out without saving notes. Feature will auto-save notation before Clarity closes out.

Staff Report with Case Load upon Staff Deactivation
When staff are manually deactivated, it would be great if the system automatically generated a report with the staff person's client list. You cannot run the canned report for the client list if the staff is deactivated. And sometimes clients are not re-assigned after staff turnover.

Add a "Training Site" banner to training sites
Users might forget that they are logged into a training site. It would be helpful if there was a banner at the top of the interface to let them know that the site they are on is a training site.

Automatically publish fields to Customer Data Model
When custom fields are added in Clarity Human Services, they are not available to customers with the Customer Data Model (SQL) unless they specifically ask Bitfocus to add them, one field at a time. It would be great if these fields could "automatically" be added and available in the Customer Data Model without having to have a separate request. This automation could occur on a regular daily/weekly/monthly schedule which makes most sense.

Limited System Admin Access Role for Comparable Databases
For VSPs who use system admins outside of their agency, there are concerns with client privacy based on this line from the database manual.
"Access to a comparable database is controlled by the VSP. Only staff who work directly with survivors and have a “need to know” professional basis, their supervisors, and agency administrators should be able to view specific client data"
With this in mind, a new access role for admins of comparable databases using Clarity is being suggested. this access role should allow admins to log into Clarity and pull aggregate reports such as APRs, SPMs, LSA data…

Allow Inventory Screen to be Created for each CoC or Referral Setting
Currently, Inventory screens are system-level screens that cannot be copied. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. Each CoC manages its housing stock, they have separate CE systems, and reporting is completed by each CoC.
Each CoC may want to implement Inventory but need to record different information using custom fields on the housing inventory screens.
Since the Inventory screens cannot be copied, each CoC would either need to agree on a set of custom fields, see each other's fields, or use complex constraints and configurations to hide the fields from each CoC, making…

Edit additional fields in Add Contact
Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them). Bulk Delete Services
There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

Ability to create a user-specific, time limited form
Our CES utilizes a special request for prioritization process where the end user is granted permissions to submit a Google Form. Ideally, this would be built into Clarity so the end user would receive a notification that there is a special request form for them to complete within x number of days. This would be a custom form only available to that user for a limited time.

Create a view to show active matches per case load
Considering the communication limitations within Clarity, it would be highly beneficial for the end user to be able to see a consolidated list of their assigned clients that have an active referral to a housing program. Ideally, the end user would receive a notification when one of their clients has been matched to a program, as well as see this on the client profile home page.

Add HUD specified fields to non-HUD specified collection points
Communities sometimes have the need to track Profile screen data and HUD data in other non-HUD specified collection points, which means adding these existing fields to additional screens and being able to report on those additional collection points. Please consider this update.
