Program detail - history and notes
Please add program history under Program Resources, under Modify Program, that allows tracking of program history by dates (more than just a plain text box under Program Description), so we can track audits, meetings, contracting, staff changes, incidents, events.

é and other characters for staff names
I have a staff member whose name has a é in it, but when I entered this to create a staff account it autocorrected to a ? mark. Would it be possible to add letters with accents to the acceptable characters for staff names? Thank you!

Copy Fields the way you can copy Screens
Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

Add audit log for when notifications are sent
Many notifications are automatically triggered by certain actions in Clarity. However, it is not always clear if the notification was actually sent or a way to check in the UI. So many customer workflows depend on those notifications being sent that it is important for System Admins to be able to see if they sent or not.

Delete Fake Entry
Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). service require roi
Require a valid ROI for a program level service transaction
In the attendance module you can toggle on "require ROI for attendance" but in regular program services this isn't an option. Making this feature part of program services would prevent services from being added when a valid ROI isn't present and provide staff a reminder to complete an ROI at the time of service.1 voteThank you for your feedback. Sorting Site-wide
Please add the ability to sort by each column site wide. For instance, in Client Notes, there are column headers for Title, Category, User Name and Date. It would be extremely helpful if a user could click the column header to choose to sort by that column. This would make it a lot easier to find specific notes.

Eliminate the need to hover over items to see functionality
The need to hover over some items across the whole site make it difficult for users to see all the functionality available. One example is in Data Analysis when I want to edit a dashboard. You can see the elipsis near the filters to choose to edit, but, you have to hover over the top of the visualization to see the elipses. This is not intuitive and is not user-friendly.

font color/high contrast colors
Site wide, it would be really helpful if the fonts are in black and the color schemes are high-contrast. It is very hard to easily see a lot of items on the screens.

Zip Code Report using Client Location Zip code
I’m wondering if Bitfocus would consider offering a Clarity report that is based on the zip code(s) found on the Location tab?
Currently [JRSD-103] uses the Zip Code of Last Permanent Address field… which really is only used by VA programs. I believe this report was created some time ago… before the Location tab feature was implemented.
It would be nice to have parameters include the Address Type and Programs parameters.
Not requesting a custom report… just think this would be something universally useful.

Contact Information Warning Not Tied to Referrals
Clarity currently has the functionality to display a message in the Client Profile when contact information is missing for a client with an active Community Queue or pending program referral. I would like to be able to have the message display if contact information is missing regardless of whether or not there is an active referral.

Canned Report for Users to Review CES Status
Many users in our CoC would like to be able to run a report of the active clients in their projects, particularly Street Outreach or Emergency Shelter, and see the status of these clients in the Coordinated Entry System. The issue right now is that the CES data is owned by another agency, so sharing settings do not allow users to pull both their agency's data and the CES data. Agency Administrator (System-like Access strictly for Agency)
As a larger agency we have many contracts that are not managed by any CoC and require programs for us to record our work. Many delays occur with setup and particular needs of those necessary programs. We wish to record data into Clarity in order to provide a robust picture of available services in the county as well as to show impact in regional data analysis that happens when it comes to system performance.
It would be great if agencies could have a designated Agency Administrator that would have access to:

Redundant reservation selection options
In the program enrollment for a client, when making a reservation through providing a bed service, there are two times when a dropdown selection for the unit is available, once when providing the service and another time when previewing the reservation, but for the same unit. This can lead to frequent user errors as they believe they have made the unit selection in the first dropdown menu but, after clicking the Previre Reservation button, can inadvertently change that selection when selecting the slot in the next dropdown menu.

Screen Field "start" and "end" dates
Objective: The "start" and "end" dates will allow the fields in screens to become active on the "start" date and inactive on the "end" date. Default start and end dates should match that of the screen.
Reason: Currently, system admin need to manually add, hide, delete, fields from screens live. These changes may cause some users to experience error messages. Also, some modification may include adding, hiding, or deleting several fields which might make this time consuming.
Outcome: System will automatically activate or de-activate screen's fields based on the dates entered.

Request to not receive notification emails when user making action
I denied a client and it generated two of the exact same automated messages. Neither were necessary since I was the one doing the denying. Is there a way to code the software so it would not generate these if there was a match on the user performing the referral transaction?
