When a client passes away, and a provider exits them from their program with a destination of "deceased", auto-exit them from any additional active enrollments.

Allow end users to download and print form pages
For agencies who are trying to save time, it would be very beneficial to have a download/print function within Clarity, tied to the enrollment form. Some agencies can enter directly into HMIS, and do not need a paper copy, but there are many agencies who are required to store paper forms. They have to do their enrollments on paper forms, then enter into HMIS. If you could print the form, it would save them a lot of time. Email sent out to Navigator when assigned in Community Queue
When a Navigator is assigned in the Community Queue, it will help tremendously if the Navigator receives an email to know she/he has been assigned a new client. This will avoid having to do an extra step of having to email the Navigator.

Allow private clients when tied to multiple agencies
Update the Client Privacy functionality to allow for marking clients private even when they are associated with multiple agencies. Currently, this option is disabled if the client has multiple agencies working with them, and there are cumbersome workarounds to get the client data protected when needed. This enhancement should allow us to mark the client private, and then data will be limited to the agencies that are currently working with the client. Enrollment Type Care Team Member Sharing
Currently, enrollment type care team members are not visible across agencies if the sharing settings for Service/Programs/Assessments data are turned off across agencies. It would be great to be able to see those Care Team Members without making all enrollment data visible--this would allow for greater coordination between providers in our community while still protecting clients' privacy.

Distinct Sharing Settings for Location and Contact
There are situations where customers may want different sharing settings for Location information and Contact information, but both features share the same sharing settings. Can these be separated?
Note that the Sharing settings for Contacts and Locations are labeled as just "Location". At a minimum, the label should read "Contacts/Location" to reflect the actual functionality.

[Data Sharing] Ability to lock client record at SA Level
When requested by a client, it would be beneficial to have the ability to lock down a client record at the System level, where only System Administrators can see the data regardless of whether the client has had data entered at multiple agencies.

Share referral notes across multiple CQ's
We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

[PRIVACY/SECURITY] Consent Refused Toggle: Make Available for Shared Records (between Agencies)
At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

Direct control of Private toggle in assessments
Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

[REPORTS] Client Reports Pull Data Based on Data Sharing Settings
We would like the client reports (like Client History report) to pull information based on the data sharing levels established in the system, rather than just pulling the information entered by your agency.
So the Client History report for example would show the exact same information that you are able to see in the Client History tab.
