  1. We have a lot of different folks on care teams in order to get people housed. Adding people to a care team in Clarity does not mean they will receive notifications about the client's referral and housing status. It would greatly improve coordination of care if people on the care team actually received all notifications regarding the client. That, and /or the option to add more than one Case Manager or Navigator (either by additional field, or changing that field type to a multi-select, or both) so that providers working with clients are kept informed.

  2. According to the Program Setup: Eligibility page it's noted "When establishing eligibility criteria based on Poverty Guidelines, household size is calculated based on the client's "global" household (the client-level household) and is NOT based on the number of members in a group enrollment." It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to allow household size to be determined based on the enrolled household members using the eligibility function and not at the global level. Is this an option BF is looking to add to Clarity HS in the future?

  3. As communities develop more complex Coordinated Entry Systems, more flexible referral status tracking is becoming a priority. It would add significant flexibility if system admins could add custom fields to the Referral Screen to capture additional details about referral's status. For example, adding a follow up question to "Reason Denied" to capture an additional layer of detail about why a referral was denied.

  4. I would love to be able to control which assessment processors are visible under the "Mode" drop-down so that only processors that are related to coordinated entry are visible.

  5. We have a "centralized" CE agency and program that all users switch to in order to assess and refer to the CQ. However, there is nothing that prevents a user from referring to the CQ from their home agency after the fact (post assessment). This results in CE not being able to complete referrals and impacts the CE dashboard. It would be great if we could set permissions on what agencies can "send" clients to the CQ.

  6. Currently the Referrals access right allows both the Global REFERRALS tab and the REFERRALS tab in client records. There are multiple use cases where we need users to have access to one or the other but not both of these. We would like to be able to separately assign rights to the referrals tab in client records. Thanks!

  7. Adding the functionality for a referral to be sent back to the CQ when a referral is sent from the CQ to a housing provider that does not result in a HMID and the exit destination is still a homeless category. Allowing referral be return to the queue keeping the history of the original referral, similar to a referral that is denied by a PH provider and sent back to the queue would be very helpful.

  8. Each coc should have the ability to adjust the reasons a referral is removed from the queue for evaluation of outcomes. Right now adding an option that is needed in CoC is difficult to train users in other CoC that it's not relevant in their community and to disregard that pick list option.

  9. We would like to request that the case manager receive a system notification when assigned to a referral. Currently users can only see this information if they go to the "Case Manager" tab within the Caseload tab.

  10. When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

  12. Providers are entering CE assessments under closed CE enrollments, referring those assessments to the CQ, then wondering why their clients are not coming up for CES referrals. There's no error message or alert to keep people from entering CE assessments under a closed enrollment. Can there be?

  13. Currently if a housing referral is denied by a provider and referred back to the community queue, you have only until the inactivity threshold kicks in for that referral to make another reassignment (e.g. back to the original housing provider, who may have "re-opened" the referral). Taking away the impact that the inactivity threshold has on this aspect would be great. Thanks!

  14. Numerous occasions have come up where an agency submits an opening for one of their housing projects, and the referral is made through our coordinated entry process. Later we find out that they reported the wrong project and it would be easiest if we could just switch the project name on the referral, rather than re-submitting a new referral, which is how it currently works.

  15. I'd love to see the ability to attach a file (pdf, word, etc.) to a client level referral. This would allow for the agency/staff who receive the referral to have needed information immediately (example: application for program)

  16. Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

    In the interim, our Coordinated Entry - Referrals LookML Dashboard series may provide some of the information you are looking for, or could be used as a template for a custom Look to fit the reporting need. 

  17. Standards organizations such as DirectTrust have been working to specify ways for human services agencies to share securely emailed referrals, for any type of human service. Standards organizations are also working on ways to share service directory information. Clarity Human Services could implement these standards to be a part of this secure referral network, so Clarity users could send outgoing referrals (even outside the HUD Continuum or customer installation). Likewise, agencies could post their available human services and accept/decline incoming referrals, from the trusted external service organizations.
