  1. A client's enrollment date should not start before the program itself starts. The LSA treats these as errors, and we need to resolve them every year before submitting it. If Clarity stopped those errors from happening, it would save us a lot of time.

  2. Similar to the way users can embed individual Looks on a public-facing website, a customer would like to embed Looker Dashboards on public-facing websites.

  4. When using the DIT to import CE events, it is not importing the LocationCrisisOrPHHousing value from the file, and instead imports all values as "imported project". The language on this field in the data standards is "If a client was referred to an opening in a continuum crisis housing or permanent housing
    project, select the Project Name and HMIS Project ID of the referred project."

  5. It would be beneficial to be able to customize eligibility criteria within the CQ to fully integrate a complex prioritization matrix as well as program-specific criteria. Dynamic chronic homeless status is critical to sort by within the CQ.

Considering the communication limitations within Clarity, it would be highly beneficial for the end user to be able to see a consolidated list of their assigned clients that have an active referral to a housing program. Ideally, the end user would receive a notification when one of their clients has been matched to a program, as well as see this on the client profile home page.

  7. Events don’t appear in the History tab with the quick view "hover" functionality that services have. This functionality allows a user to save time when reviewing client history by hovering over the speech bubble icon to see the service note rather than clicking into each service one by one to review.

    For users who now use the Events tab to track the bulk of their client work, this quick view functionality has been lost, and as a result, their work to review client history has inadvertently been made more time-consuming and challenging.

  8. To prevent the end user from having to complete an extra step, can a referral to the community queue be automatic once the user completes the coordinated assessment (VISPDAT)?

  9. Our CES utilizes a special request for prioritization process where the end user is granted permissions to submit a Google Form. Ideally, this would be built into Clarity so the end user would receive a notification that there is a special request form for them to complete within x number of days. This would be a custom form only available to that user for a limited time.

  12. There is currently no option to set up auto-placement for manual CE Events as we can for services. It would very helpful for end-user workflows if this could be implemented.
