Email Functionality
Users should be able to control their email settings to permit or prohibit certain types of auto-notifications.

Yes, please - we created a new Admin Access Role for our team to better document licenses in use in our instance, since we have a statewide HMIS implementation here in Colorado, only to discover that certain email notifications (particularly those associated with Program Openings that have nothing to do with programs our team is involved with) are unable to be disabled due to the Access Role settings we've enabled. The default System Administrator Access Role is not plagued by these email notification issues the way our custom Admin Access Role is. The one-size fits all approach for notifications does not meet our communities needs.
