  1. When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

  2. When reviewing and reporting on data for projects that serve more than one CoC, currently primary site needs to be inferred when the CoC != the Selected CoC as there can only be one primary site in the Clarity UI. This impacts the LSA, HIC, and CSV Export.

  3. A client's enrollment date should not start before the program itself starts. The LSA treats these as errors, and we need to resolve them every year before submitting it. If Clarity stopped those errors from happening, it would save us a lot of time.

  4. Currently, if an agency is inactivated, all ROIs uploaded by that agency become invalid and any clients relying on those active ROIs get an "ROI missing banner". Our ROIs are set up for the entire CoC, so the agency uploading them is not relevant to the ROI's validity.

    Please add an option so ROIs can remain valid, even if the uploading agency has been inactivated.

  6. We would like to request that the case manager receive a system notification when assigned to a referral. Currently users can only see this information if they go to the "Case Manager" tab within the Caseload tab.

  7. Right now the oldest one is first. On almost every screen, the "history" is displayed with the most recent items first. Look at both History tabs, both Assessment tabs, the Program tab, and so on. But when you edit an enrollment and look on the right-side display, the oldest one is first. In order to find out if something recent is missing you have to page through them. This display should show the most recent first like all the other tabs. I tried to paste a screenshot but it did not appear here.

  8. Create a warning to notify users when they enter a Housing Move-in Date prior to the Enrollment Date. It should also prevent the user from saving the enrollment. The Housing Move-in Date cannot be prior to the client's enrollment date even if it is a PH to PH transfer. This creates an error on the APR. The APR in Clarity categorizes this as not being housed even though there is a recorded housing move-in date.

    This causes problems when trying to troubleshoot the issue.

  9. The use case for this is coordinated entry programs. Currently, inactivity auto-exit functionality is limited, allowing the exit date only to fall on the last date of an eligible activity or the last bednight. These dates are designed to minimize overlaps in housing programs or shelters; however, this is not a concern when it comes to coordinated entry.

    Many communities have time limits placed on when someone becomes inactive, and is thus no longer prioritized for coordinated entry. A great option for coordinated entry projects would be an exit date option that allows one to set the exit date for…

It would be helpful if we had the ability to link notes that have been entered from the agency-level "Notes" tab to a program enrollment (ex: there would be a "Link from Notes" button within the enrollment's "Notes" tab similar to the "Link from History", "Link from Assessments", and "Link from Files" functions).

    For certain reports we pull in the last note entered into a client's program enrollment; if an end user accidentally enters notes into the agency-level Notes tab, those notes won't pull into the report. To fix the issue, they have to delete any notes they entered at…

    This is a Feature Request regarding the “Your recent client searches” box on the Search page. I’ve talked with users who would like to either have none/hide this and other users who would like to see more clients in the list. Having an option at either the agency- or user-level to change the number of clients that appear in that Recent Searches box would be a very nice addition!

  12. When moving an enrollment from one project/program to another due to a data entry error, any services, notes, files etc. do not follow or get moved to the correct enrollment which requires staff to delete the services, notes, files that might have been placed at the incorrect project/program and then re-enter all of those items. It would be helpful if the "move" tool moved all items related to the enrollment.

  14. When saving a Look/dashboard to a specific agency's Data Analysis folder in standalone Looker, the folders are labeled with only the agency's agency ID. Users have to first locate the agency ID before they can save the Look/Dashboard o the proper folder as most people do not know them off of the top of their head. If updated, the folders need to still reference the Agency ID so that each agency has a unique identifier, but if the Clarity code could be altered so that these folder names could also contain the agency name, it would make it much more…

  16. Here are some of the things we would like to see in an audit log:

    Audit log similar to client audit log (full history) for user accounts (last edits, values changed, additional agency access added/removed, email changed, photo changed, etc)
    Agency audit log for changes to address, active status, creation date.

    Program audit log in the same vein with history (who changed what and when on a program - the name, the funding, the beds, basically every PDDE change/edit/creation)

    Service audit logs (who created them, edited them, changed available dates, active/inactive, etc.)

  17. When assigning points to a Subtotal in an Assessment Processor, the logic rounds point values to the nearest tenth (ie: if a point value of 3.75 is assigned, the system rounds the value up to 3.8 when the screen is saved).

    There are 2 HUD CoCs in our implementation that are creating new Coordinated Entry Assessments, both of which are assigning a percentage of points based on clients' responses to the assessment questions. This results in point values that need to be rounded to the nearest hundredth.

  19. Clarity is not currently meeting our CoC’s need to easily understand what’s due with Assessments and add as needed. There are several points of feedback we have about the Assessments tab within a Program Enrollment, to make it clearer for our end users. This is made more important by the Current Living Situation assessment now being required.

  20. It would be help to have a recurring schedule options of the reports within the schedule option now. Currently, an user is able to schedule reports for each day they want the report initiated. It would be extremely useful to have an option to run reports daily, weekly, monthly, etc..
