Allow end users to download and print form pages
For agencies who are trying to save time, it would be very beneficial to have a download/print function within Clarity, tied to the enrollment form. Some agencies can enter directly into HMIS, and do not need a paper copy, but there are many agencies who are required to store paper forms. They have to do their enrollments on paper forms, then enter into HMIS. If you could print the form, it would save them a lot of time. Currently, when you print an enrollment form using the basic web browser function, it does not retain the responses to checkboxes, such…

Program history - destination
It would be very, very helpful to be able to see the HUD destination at program exit in the program history screen. As of now, we have to click into the program and click over to the exit screen to see this.

Ability to copy programs during configuration
A customer inquired about the ability to copy a program when doing configuration. This would be a huge time saver when configuring all programs during an onboarding.
A sys admin could set up one program, copy it for programs that share the same settings, and just need to update the program name.

“Your recent client searches” advanced settings
This is from a previously archived idea.
This is a Feature Request regarding the “Your recent client searches” box on the Search page. I’ve talked with users who would like to either have none/hide this and other users who would like to see more clients in the list. Having an option at either the agency- or user-level to change the number of clients that appear in that Recent Searches box would be a very nice addition!

Update Unit Status in Batch
Customers have asked for the ability to update the status of multiple units at one time (update in a batch). For example, a building and units were set up to prepare for a new building to come online. Units were set to inactive so they would show on the dashboard until the agency was ready to begin leasing up the new building. When the agency is ready to begin lease-up, they need to change hundreds of units to active.
As a property manager, I want to update the status of multiple units at one time so that I can efficiently…

Limiting Assessments
We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.
Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

Current Living Situation Assessment Notification
I would like to propose a CLS notification for Street Outreach & ES projects every 90 days, to ensure that clients are not dormant in the system and they are tracked accurately to reflect their updated housing condition.

Require Assessment Completion
While it is possible to require completion of individual fields on Assessments, users can still skip an entire Assessment that might contain important fields, like Current Living Situation.
it would be great to have a way to require completion of an Assessment within a data collection workflow.

When a user assigned to a Care Team is deactivated in Clarity, automate an end date to the Care Team assignment
When users are deactivated in the system, they remain as active members of a client's Care Team. This impacts reports that show "active care team members." It would be great to automate an end date to the Care Team member when their account is deactivated in HMIS.

Retain Historical Opening IDs with Referral Connections in Looker
Currently, Opening IDs with referral connections can only be viewed in Looker's CE Model for referral status's that are Pending or Pending - In Process. Retaining historical opening id information for all referral status types (completed, denied, etc.) would allow for trend analysis on the length of time between when a unit is posted and the date a client is referred to the unit.

Multi-CoC Projects: Allow a Primary Site for Each CoC
When reviewing and reporting on data for projects that serve more than one CoC, currently primary site needs to be inferred when the CoC != the Selected CoC as there can only be one primary site in the Clarity UI. This impacts the LSA, HIC, and CSV Export.
The Data Dictionary states that "There must be a one-to-one relationship to 2.02 Project Information if the project only serves one CoC (most common). … It must be possible to associate a project with the CoC code for every geographic area in which the project operates and for which it will be…13 votes -
Allow ROIs Uploaded by Agencies Who Go Inactive to Remain Valid
Currently, if an agency is inactivated, all ROIs uploaded by that agency become invalid and any clients relying on those active ROIs get an "ROI missing banner". Our ROIs are set up for the entire CoC, so the agency uploading them is not relevant to the ROI's validity.
Please add an option so ROIs can remain valid, even if the uploading agency has been inactivated.

Allow custom fields related to Referral Status to be added to a Referral Screen
As communities develop more complex Coordinated Entry Systems, more flexible referral status tracking is becoming a priority. It would add significant flexibility if system admins could add custom fields to the Referral Screen to capture additional details about referral's status. For example, adding a follow up question to "Reason Denied" to capture an additional layer of detail about why a referral was denied.

Case Manager Notification when assigned a referral
We would like to request that the case manager receive a system notification when assigned to a referral. Currently users can only see this information if they go to the "Case Manager" tab within the Caseload tab.

Alphabetical Sorting of Programs on Eligibility Screen
When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

Enrollment type care team member start date when assigned staff changes
Currently, if the assigned staff for an enrollment is changed, the start date for an enrollment type care team member does not reflect the date of this change and instead shows the project start date regardless of whether or not the staff member was the client's assigned staff at that time. We would love to see the new assigned staff's care team member start date reflect the day the assigned staff changed rather than the project start date. This would help us track when a staff member (especially navigators) were assigned to a given client.

Create a workflow warning and hard stop for Housing Move-in Dates prior to the Enrollment Date.
Create a warning to notify users when they enter a Housing Move-in Date prior to the Enrollment Date. It should also prevent the user from saving the enrollment. The Housing Move-in Date cannot be prior to the client's enrollment date even if it is a PH to PH transfer. This creates an error on the APR. The APR in Clarity categorizes this as not being housed even though there is a recorded housing move-in date.
This causes problems when trying to troubleshoot the issue.

Start Date and End Date Validation
Before saving a Start Date or End Date, validate the date is a valid calendar date. This could also check for dates recorded prior to 1/1/1915 as noted in HMIS Reporting Glossary. This could also check for dates in the future and give a warning message when the user saves that it is a date in the future to confirm accuracy. This could apply to both enrollments and services.

live markers
Allow admin to create their own system live markers - this might provide solutions to all the live marker related improvement requests here.
Doing so would grant us more freedom over our own systems and and meet the needs / preferences of our CoCs.

When moving an enrollment from one project/program to another due to a data entry error, any services, notes, files etc. does nto get moved
When moving an enrollment from one project/program to another due to a data entry error, any services, notes, files etc. do not follow or get moved to the correct enrollment which requires staff to delete the services, notes, files that might have been placed at the incorrect project/program and then re-enter all of those items. It would be helpful if the "move" tool moved all items related to the enrollment.
