Link Data Import Tool Log Results to Unique ID
One customer's experience with the Results Log in the DIT:
First, this log includes too much data - this log should only include data that has been updated from the Export File.
In order to be able to use this data, all individual items included whether client profile, enrollment, etc need to be related to the unique client ID.

Improve accuracy of DIT Dashboard
The numbers on this dashboard should count only those records which were actually updated. Currently the #s displayed are significantly higher than this and are not useful.

More filter options for Outreach map
There was a feature request by our users for filtering the outreach module map by client demographics such as age, veteran status, disabling condition. Many of our teams that are piloting the usage of the Module are using it for targeted encampment efforts - some of the users are partnering with population-specific providers to connect them and said it may be useful to be able to, at a glance, find veterans and youth who they’ve connected with on the map.

Improve readability of Outreach audit logs
Audit logs can be somewhat difficult to read at times. It can be unclear why a client was removed, it can be difficult to understand what is happening. The way that backdating information in the outreach module works with audit logs can also be a little hard to grasp for non-admin-level users. (From our understanding of the feedback, most confusion seems to be related to threshold removals)

Quality of life improvements for threshold time-outs
Quality of life improvements are requested for threshold time-outs for the outreach module such as notifications, clarifying when a client meets a time threshold and is removed on audit logs, extending someone with a check-in or something similar, etc. (It seems as though the threshold is causing major issues, but it is our only way to remove someone from an encampment where they don’t enter another encampment. It’s also an inevitable removal from an encampment so staff are consistently tasked to check on a daily basis whether someone was removed manually or just timed out from their initial addition to…

Potential exit report should include custom assessments
The potential exit report (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/115002592727--EXIT-101-Potential-Exits) currently does not factor in custom (enrollment-connected) assessments for figuring out whether the client can be exited. It does factor in services; we often use assessments in place for services because services are simply not robust enough. Please consider upgrading this report.

Quality Assurance: Deceased Standardized Logic
Standardize system logic for "deceased." Outreach module already indicates if the participants is housed/deceased (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/1500003859462-Clarity-Human-Services-April-2021-Feature-Updates) this should be standardized across the system. And should include warnings when a deceased participant is being enrolled with a start date of the deceased date.

Quality Assurance: Chronological Date Entry Logic
Users at times enter in start dates that occur after the exit date or vise versa. Similarly, users enter Housing Move-in date that may be outside the enrollment (before start date or after exit date).
While there are canned reports ([DQXX-121] Project Start Date > Project Exit Date, [GNRL-106] Program Roster), a pro-active approach would be better.
Also, include logic that detects if enrollment dates are future dated and either generate an alert or possibly and this as "On/Off" switch for system admins to manage.

Add userID as live marker
We use passwords to allow access to some screens.

chronic homelessness verification
In order to be considered for PSH opportunities, a participant must have documentation of disability as well as chronicity. Some individuals have enough history in HMIS under the Programs tab to be considered documented for the chronicity requirement of Chronic Homelessness and if there were a field that added that history together and gave us a yes or no answer, this could decrease the barriers in obtaining PSH opportunities.

Data Quality Reports for "all programs" for a particular agency
The ability to run Program Review Data Quality reports for all programs in an agency would be very helpful. We have agencies with 10+ programs and having to run reports for each program is extremely time consuming. If we had the ability to choose "all programs" it would save me multiple hours per week.

Bulk Delete/Mark as Read Clarity Messages
Add functionality to bulk delete or mark all as read for Clarity messages. Some of our users have hundreds of message notifications of referrals because of our recent CES migration, and they would like a quick way to clear them out.

Display Housing Opportunities ID
In Looker, there is a unique ID field for housing opportunities that are created in Clarity on the Availability screen. Our users would like this ID to appear on the Availability screen once an opportunity has been created, similar to how the Client Unique ID field functions. In addition, our users would like this ID to appear in the opening dropdown of the reassign section when matching clients to housing opportunities. "Housed" indicator on profile screen
A customer has requested the ability to have an indicator on the Profile screen that notes if a client is housed in their system. This could be done with the ability to deploy a Live Marker for "Housing Move-In Date Entered" on the profile screen or the creation of a new Live Marker that calculates a "housed" status across the system. This live marker in conjunction with the "Warning" functionality could provide a quick display of housed status.

Allow System Administrators to run multiple reports of same kind
Some customers may be responsible for running 40-50 CAPERs at one time for the quarterly ESG CV submissions. Is there any way System Administrators can have “special permissions” to run multiple reports?
