Sort Report Library by name of Report within each Report Category
I would like the different report categories to be listed alphabetically by report name rather than by the code that Bitfocus (or Clarity) assigns the report. It is frustrating to scroll through some of the longer categories (like Administrator Reports) trying to find the title of the report that you want to run. I am constantly missing my titles (probably because I'm scrolling faster than I can read), but if it was alphabetical, I wouldn't have any problem at all.

Recurring Reports
It would be help to have a recurring schedule options of the reports within the schedule option now. Currently, an user is able to schedule reports for each day they want the report initiated. It would be extremely useful to have an option to run reports daily, weekly, monthly, etc..

Ability to enter a date in the future that would switch user to inactive.
What we would like to do is be able to put a date to have the system auto inactivate a user. We often know ahead of time when a users' last date of employment or access will be, it would be nice if we could enter that last date of access and have the system move them to inactive once that date occurs.

ROI
Allow for assigned delete rights for ROI's, in access roles, not just system admins. Or maybe, allow for choice of ROI when merging clients, who both have active ROI's.

Email sent out to Navigator when assigned in Community Queue
When a Navigator is assigned in the Community Queue, it will help tremendously if the Navigator receives an email to know she/he has been assigned a new client. This will avoid having to do an extra step of having to email the Navigator.

Toggle Services
When we go in to enter services for a CORE Mobile Outreach client, we would like a drop down menu that we can use to toggle services after entering the service dates and vendors. At the moment, we have to enter each individual service one by one, which is extremely repetitive and time consuming.
Example
Service start date: 1/1/2021 Service end date: 1/1/2021

Generate a Global Household ID for all Clients
Some agencies use Global HHIDs to track characteristics of households they serve over multiple enrollments, however, not all clients have a Global HHID. Even for households of one, it would helpful if these were assigned and if documentation were provided to CoCs about how a Global HHID changes as the household composition changes.

Additional Options for Capturing 'Prioritization Status' for Coordinated Entry Assessments (4.19)
Related to the existing idea advocating for 4.20 Coordinated Entry Events to be Service based Events instead of Inferred Events, (https://ideas.bitfocus.com/forums/930328-clarity-human-services/suggestions/43917810-provide-access-to-data-element-4-20-response-categ), there is an additional need related to how the 'Prioritization Status' associated with 4.19 Coordinated Entry Assessments is captured within Clarity.
Currently, the only way to capture that a client has been 'Placed on prioritization list' (4.19_7.1) is if the Coordinated Entry Assessment associated with the client is placed on a Community Queue. For communities that choose to take advantage of the CQ functionality offered by Clarity, this works well, but for communities who choose not to…

Allow Search for Client by Personal ID
Personal ID (as opposed to Unique ID) is included in the data extracts for Federal HMIS Partner submissions. Errors in those submissions will identify offending records by Personal ID, however, there's no easy way to search for a record.
Allowing search by Personal ID would be a huge help to the users who are troubleshooting the Federal HMIS Partner uploads.

Allow custom fields to be imported in CSV format using the DIT
Allow custom fields to be imported in CSV format using the DIT.
The HUD CSV spec has a file, Custom.csv, for custom fields. That allows the two organizations to collaborate and create rules for importing custom fields. Right now, Bitfocus only allows XML to import custom fields. For us, it would be easier to import our data in CSV format.

Integrate card reader functionality into the reservation process.
This includes being able to scan a client card to assign them to a reservation, as well as scanning the card to mark the client as present. For marking attendance, this should be set up in a way that allows a provider to continuously scan cards to mark attendance without having to change pages or click between clients. The goal is to use cards to increase the efficiency of the process and reduce time spent clicking on reservation slots.

Link Reservations to Inventory
Link the reservation features with the new Inventory platform. These two functionalities should be closely integrated so that providers can reserve clients to specific rooms/slots/beds, mark attendance, and allow for reporting on how clients are tied to programs and funding sources in the Inventory setup.

Ability to reorder slots
Allow for the ability to reorder slots in the service setup. Currently they are limited to the order they were created in. This is an issue when trying to organize rooms that are created later but need to be grouped with other rooms within the same section.

Ability to mark a room offline, with date range and dropdown for reason offline.
Allow for the ability to mark a slot offline (with a date range), as well as a dropdown for the reason offline (maintenance, staff use, etc). This should be able to be configured directly on the bed reservation page by the service provider without having to access the setup/management pages.

Assign multiple people to a single room (to allow for tracking household members or partners).
Allow for the assignment of multiple clients per slot to facilitate household data collection. Currently, only one person can be assigned to a reservation, and this makes households difficult to pull data for. It would be much more streamlined if providers could assign multiple clients to a single room and have that reflected on the slot view as well as when pulling reports/Looks.

Ability to track additional custom data elements per client/reservation
Ability to track additional custom data elements per reservation that is specific to the client. This is meant to record additional information such as client’s medication needs, doctor appointments, temperature, contact information, etc). This is meant to be a quick way to keep track of client’s needs that are specific to their slot.

Mass check-in (with check boxes or swipe cards)
Allow for the ability to mass-check-in clients. Similar to card reader functionality, we want the ability for a staff person to check in a large number of clients without having to click on the slots one by one and marking them as present. Ideally this would be some sort of check box on each slot with a select all option and then marking the attendance for those selected.

Continuous reservation with no end date
Allow for the option to set reservations without an end date. Currently an end date is required, and it is not always known how long the client will be staying in the bed. This is also to avoid providers having to extend reservations unnecessarily.

Allow notes for all service delivery types
Allow for notes to be recorded for all types of services, regardless of service delivery types. Perhaps this can be a new toggle in the service setup that will show/hide the notes box.
