  4. Provide a setting (similar to attendance module ROI required toggle) to give the option where a client can/cannot be referred to the community queue if they have a missing/invalid ROI.

  6. When requested by a client, it would be beneficial to have the ability to lock down a client record at the System level, where only System Administrators can see the data regardless of whether the client has had data entered at multiple agencies.

  7. Customers should have a way to enter in any address into the location tab. Presently, only geo-locatable addresses can be entered using the "Add Address" button in the "Address 1" field.

  8. If we are running an APR (for example) for multiple programs or multiple dates at the same time, currently the report queue only keeps the most recent run of the APR in memory and overwrites or removes previous runs. User has requested the ability to run multiple APRs and have the results stored in Clarity to compare without having to download.

  10. The limiting factor in providing a direct referral to an eligible program is that the agency CoC of the user must be the same as the agency CoC of the program. While an Agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, its Programs can be assigned to a CoC different than the parent agency or even multiple CoCs.

    When the user's CoC does not match the agency CoC for the program to which the user wants to make a referral, the program will not be made available, even though the client might otherwise be eligible.

  13. "Our street outreach team would like to have cascading work for Current Living Situation records even for their long term clients. The ability to cascade is based on enrollment start date, but why can’t it be based (at least for the CLS) on the amount of days since the previous one was recorded?

    They have long term clients they work with and as you know, recording a CLS “outreach contact” is no longer a quick service transaction in Clarity – it takes longer for them to fill out the assessment page."

  16. Request for the ability to give users the ability to see another user’s role when using the messaging system in Clarity.

    Use Case: Users would like to case conference with staff at an agency where a client has previously been served, but they do not necessarily feel comfortable messaging the staff person who appears as the assigned staff person on the client’s enrollment because that person may no longer be at the agency or be in a position to speak to someone outside the agency about a client.

  17. Setting up a new Service Taxonomy is relatively easy, but applying a Service Taxonomy to Service Items is not. There can be thousands of Service Items within a Clarity instance to which Admins might need to apply just one taxonomy code. A tool that allows admins to search for Service Items and apply taxonomy codes would remove a significant barrier to the usage of Service Taxonomies.

  18. We would like a way to have the notes from multiple queues cascade to other queues. Often we have people willing to relocate, so they will be on multiple queues, it would be best to have open communication between all the queues, so we do not duplicate efforts.

  19. Have attendance module service item check-in stop working after a client has been exited from program on the same day (versus following day), when multiple attendance Delivery type set and "Require Program Enrollment" toggle on. Would incorporate time of day program exit occurs in system.

  20. The ability to set Home screen overrides is great, but system admins need the ability to activate specific dashboards for specific users. This is essential for program managers that need to see custom dashboards made for them that would not be appropriate for all users from their agency to see.
