  1. In order for program eligibility to appear on a community queue, the program's Public Listing must be set to "Public." However, this means that users with the ability to refer will also see these programs listed on the eligibility page after assessing a client, and they can freely refer them to these programs instead of just a community queue, which is not desired by (most) communities.

    Turning off the "Create referral" access right means that they then can't refer to the community queue at all. There is a separate access right to "Refer Directly to Community Queue," so a similar…

  2. It would be helpful to have a direct link to the client's profile from the display cards on the Inventory dashboard. This link would show for clients currently referred or occupying a unit.

  4. Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added

  5. If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.

  6. In the program enrollment for a client, when making a reservation through providing a bed service, there are two times when a dropdown selection for the unit is available, once when providing the service and another time when previewing the reservation, but for the same unit. This can lead to frequent user errors as they believe they have made the unit selection in the first dropdown menu but, after clicking the Previre Reservation button, can inadvertently change that selection when selecting the slot in the next dropdown menu.

Updating the client forms to allow for further development changes in font color, inclusion of custom logos, underline, font picklist, just like any other document that can be helpful and/or allow to download customers existing forms to update for the signature line or witness signature line, date, etc.

  9. Could there be some sort of tool tip or reminder on the Add Program screen that reminds us to go to the Field Editor to create the new funding source name? Or even better, allow us to add straight from the screen. Too many steps are involved when it comes to setting up new funding sources.

  12. Our user had a great idea to create a flag/alert for users who are about to enter a client into a similar program

    For example: Emergency Shelters often have "Overlapping Enrollments" with other Agencies who have ES programs that clients may still remain active after they have left. ES program staff are asking for a flag/alert that may pop up if they are entering a client into a the same program type where the client may still be active in another program of the same type.

  13. We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.

    Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

  14. Customers have expressed the desire to have data fields entered in status/annual/exit screens to cascade into new enrollments. We know that enrollments can cascade into other enrollments, and that there are data fields entered at enrollment that are not collected in the status/annual/exit screens. However, the data would be most useful and accurate if cascading considered most recent data fields from the enrollment AND status/annual/exit screen. The goal would be to have the most recent fields from the enrollment and status/annual/exit screens cascade to subsequent enrollments.

  15. Objective: The "start" and "end" dates will allow the fields in screens to become active on the "start" date and inactive on the "end" date. Default start and end dates should match that of the screen.

    Reason: Currently, system admin need to manually add, hide, delete, fields from screens live. These changes may cause some users to experience error messages. Also, some modification may include adding, hiding, or deleting several fields which might make this time consuming.

    Outcome: System will automatically activate or de-activate screen's fields based on the dates entered.

  17. I've noticed the imagery available in the Outreach module appears to be older than what’s available on Google Maps, making it more difficult to pinpoint where encampments are based on foliage and landmarks.

    Another idea that would help in similar cases is allowing encampment locations to be entered manually as lon/lat coordinates. It could use that location as a node from which the shape of the encampment could be drawn.

  20. It appears as though a client who is on the queue, gets referred to a program and then denied due to no contact is counting as activity to keep them active (and no auto exit due to inactivity) even if they have no other system activity. Changing this so that a denial due to no contact is not counted as system activity to keep someone on queue would help with queue maintenance.
