  1. Idea from Riverside County customer: For many fields or screens in Clarity there are Edit (square box) and Delete (trash can) "buttons" that are very close together. This is typically not a problem when using a mouse, but when using a mobile device or laptop with touch pad, it can be very tricky to select one without accidentally selecting the other. If/when the UI is updated, please keep this in mind and make them farther apart or somehow easier to select.

  2. For improved CE reporting, it would be helpful to have a way to breakdown the reasons a client has been temporarily removed from the queue to Snoozed. Options could include In Transitional Housing, Incarcerated, Hospitalized, In Substance Abuse Treatment program.

  3. A client that was unable to locate at the time of referral to a housing intervention should be removed from the community queue and re-referred once they resurface in Clarity (service transaction or program enrollment)

  4. Remove clients from the community queue if the do not have an active release of information. Add a prompt to the client profile that states client has been removed and should be referred to community queue once a release of information is updated. (Anonymous profiles excluded)

  6. Users should have the ability to create a custom notification, for example to alert them when an assessment is due or coming due. This could be similar to the notification for Annual Assessments, except able to be used with any assessment, even custom assessments

  7. When clients receive a tag of "Housed" or "Sheltered" on the Outreach map, they should be automatically removed from either the encampment or the map. The same should happen for clients who have an address added to the Location tab, which does not qualify as a place not meant for human habitation.

  8. It would be helpful to have the ability to create notifications for client enrollments expected to auto-exit due to inactivity. The functionality could be similar to pending referral notifications, with flexibility to set a certain number of days prior to the auto-exit. This would give the assigned care team an opportunity to update the enrollment and prevent the auto-exit before it happens.

    The additional type of notification would be helpful for Coordinated Entry.

  9. With the requirement to upload ROIs for every client, it would be extremely helpful to be able to run a report and see which clients in a given program are due for a renewal or need an initial ROI uploaded. Checking each client individually is a huge waste of staff time when you have thousands of people to check.

  10. A report with a listing of the report names that are toggle on per agency. Or, have this developed so that it can be pulled from Looker.

    For example, users with access to the embedded Looker are able to run Looker reports or dashboards that are pushed to the agency. Instead of having to review this list individually for each agency, it would be helpful to have a report.

  11. We are requesting the ability to customize screens in more ways. As communities begin working on building out their own exclusively-digital, custom triage tools, there is a need to make the assessments screens more aesthetic and functional.

    Some ideas are ability to change text size and color on screens (fields, labels, warnings), ability to delineate sections with lines rather than just spaces, and the ability to customize the icon caution sign on screen 'warnings' (remove icon, pick a different icon).

  12. The addition of the "Public Alert" indicator for associated entries found in the Search results for our Day Shelter Attendance was a great first step. These indicators often serve as a safety warning to our staff. As such, it needs to be added to the results shown in the main SEARCH FUNCTION. It would really be helpful if these indicators appear at every level of SEARCH provided in all ATTENDANCE functions.

  14. Users assigned to Access Roles that have the Data Analysis Save role activated are able to update and save any looks that are available to their agency. This includes looks or dashboards that were created by the System Administrators and released to all users in the instance. We have had several instances when we release a report that is meant to be used by users at any agency, but when we review the report later fields have been added or removed, or filters have been changed.

    We would like to be able to distinguish what reports users with this access…

  15. Services and Referrals that are on the templates the are already in the system should pull over into a copy of the template. This will ensure that all the correct Services and Referrals are on the template copy. Having to recreate these services and referrals take time away from the other work we already need to be doing.

  16. Many of our partner agencies are trying to eliminate the need for paper files. However, it can be difficult to find uploaded files. Please add the ability to filter/sort files by category and file name. Thank you.

  20. We have the ability have clients automatically populate the outreach map based on location types identified. Users expressed the desire to have clients automatically removed from the outreach map based on location types identified as well.
