Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). When it comes time for monthly or quarterly reporting, there is a feature where an Administrator account can run a Delete Fakes report that removes any client with the last name Fake from the system.

This provides a way to train staff that is low risk and easily cleaned up, raising data quality down the road.
