CLS cascading request
"Our street outreach team would like to have cascading work for Current Living Situation records even for their long term clients. The ability to cascade is based on enrollment start date, but why can’t it be based (at least for the CLS) on the amount of days since the previous one was recorded?
They have long term clients they work with and as you know, recording a CLS “outreach contact” is no longer a quick service transaction in Clarity – it takes longer for them to fill out the assessment page."

Service Taxonomy Manager
Setting up a new Service Taxonomy is relatively easy, but applying a Service Taxonomy to Service Items is not. There can be thousands of Service Items within a Clarity instance to which Admins might need to apply just one taxonomy code. A tool that allows admins to search for Service Items and apply taxonomy codes would remove a significant barrier to the usage of Service Taxonomies.

Report Library Search
It would be very helpful to have a search tool for the library. Some features:
Search all folders
Search by part of title or report number
Prompt suggested matches
Nice to have:
- Option to designate which folder to search in... i.e. Admin Reports only

Audit Log Enhancements
Here are some of the things we would like to see in an audit log:
Audit log similar to client audit log (full history) for user accounts (last edits, values changed, additional agency access added/removed, email changed, photo changed, etc)
Agency audit log for changes to address, active status, creation date.
Program audit log in the same vein with history (who changed what and when on a program - the name, the funding, the beds, basically every PDDE change/edit/creation)
Service audit logs (who created them, edited them, changed available dates, active/inactive, etc.)

Please make following changes:
Make HOH asterisk to different color, that will be more visible
Be able to search by HOH ID

Concurrent / Overlapping Enrollment Alert
Customer requests a feature to alert a user that is creating a new Enrollment for a client when there is already another open Enrollment (i.e. without an Exit Date) at another Agency that would overlap.

Custom "Files Screen"
As an alternative to capturing everything through data collection in Clarity, better document management features could help meet customers' needs.
A “Files Screen” for each uploaded document with meta-data and/or custom fields so there could be more robust reporting on collected documents could be really helpful with case management.
For example, when a client's drivers license has been scanned and uploaded, there could be a custom "DL Expiration" field associated with that upload.
Since a valid DL is almost always required in order to sign a lease or to obtain employment. we could be on the lookout for expiring DL's…

Allow Screen/Program Copying from One Instance to Another (e.g. training site to live site)
Customers are often need to create complicated Clarity screens, programs and services (assessments and/or program enrollment, update, exit screens). Because of the difficulty involved, admins like to build a first draft on a training site to make sure the new elements work the way they hope.
Could there be feature that allows customers to copy these complicated screens, programs, and services from one instance to another, like a training site to a live site?

Ability to add integer, other fields, to Service Items
Ability to add integer fields, other field types, to Service Items for the purpose of tracking the number of items given to clients. (e.g. client was given 5 bus passes, they would like to enter a 5 as a numeric field somewhere in the Service Item Details)

[PRINTING] Add Print Ability to ALL Assessment Screens
Requesting a print function be added to ALL Assessment Screens.
There should be a readily identifiable print icon, accessible to all users.
There is currently no system dialog to print these screens.
Web browser printing functions do not work as some items on page do NOT print (on/off toggles).

Robust, secure messaging within Clarity
Customers would like the secure messaging tool within Clarity function more like regular email (ability to cc, reply all, etc). Being able to send messages through Clarity to more than one user would allow end-users to more fully rely on Clarity for secure communication. All staff working with a particular client could be looped into one coherent thread within the messaging interface. The more the messaging tool functions like regular email, the better the likelihood of staff incorporating Clarity into their workflows.

Add Additional Complex Logic to Assessment Processor Configuration
From Customer:
"Our goal is to create a parallel processor for Vi-SPDAT 1s and 2s to translate the scores, however we would need to add some more complex logic, such as:
If the sum of (categorical field values) > 4 THEN 1 ELSE 0 , and I imagine that the custom formula is translating these categorical fields into numeric so that they may be summed, or creating complex.

[PRIVACY/SECURITY] Consent Refused Toggle: Make Available for Shared Records (between Agencies)
At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

Add 'Private' Option to Program and Service Set Up Pages
A customer has requested a feature enhancement in which there can be a 'Make Program Private' toggle on the Program Set Up page in order to lock individual programs down to an agency in which only those agency users would be able view the programs history on the client profile. (similar to the 'Make Program Private' functionality within individual enrollment when editing a 'Case Manager' assignment).
In addition, I feel as though if we had a 'Make Program Private' toggle, we should also incorporate a 'Make Service Private' toggle on the Service Set Up page as there are frequently services…
