  1. We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.

    Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

  2. It would be help to have a recurring schedule options of the reports within the schedule option now. Currently, an user is able to schedule reports for each day they want the report initiated. It would be extremely useful to have an option to run reports daily, weekly, monthly, etc..

  3. On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.

    I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

  4. Our agency has a lot of repeat services and staff members have requested having a feature where they could enter in multiple services easily (like a dropdown or quantity number), rather than clicking submit repeatedly to add them.

  5. When scanning in or adding clients in the Attendance module, have an actual pop up appear for those who have a public alert.

    Currently, an icon will appear next to the client's name and then you must hover over the client name and then click on the public alert to see it.

    This causes delays for shelters that need to check in a large number of clients.

    An immediate pop up would ensure that End Users have the ability to both quickly check many people in AND catch important public alerts.

  6. When we go in to enter services for a CORE Mobile Outreach client, we would like a drop down menu that we can use to toggle services after entering the service dates and vendors. At the moment, we have to enter each individual service one by one, which is extremely repetitive and time consuming.

  7. Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.

    It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

  8. It would be really great if we were able to search by participant phone number. I get a lot of calls where I can't fully decipher the name they give me on the voicemail message but they leave a phone number. I can sometimes​ call them back and figure it out of course, but it's really helpful to be able to find their name for folks whose phones don't work/turned off, etc. This makes it much easier to follow up with their housing.

Would it be possible to add the ability to filter by OR statements in a Dashboard, specifically something like "if the client checked yes to question 1 OR checked yes to question 2, show them in this filter"? We can do this at the individual Look level using a custom dimension, but for dashboards where we need to quickly enable or disable such a filter for 25+ looks at once for data analysis this could present difficulties.

    While we could do individual pulls one at a time, if the question is "how many individuals said yes to one of these…

  10. Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).   11. Link the reservation features with the new Inventory platform. These two functionalities should be closely integrated so that providers can reserve clients to specific rooms/slots/beds, mark attendance, and allow for reporting on how clients are tied to programs and funding sources in the Inventory setup.

  12. Allow for the assignment of multiple clients per slot to facilitate household data collection. Currently, only one person can be assigned to a reservation, and this makes households difficult to pull data for. It would be much more streamlined if providers could assign multiple clients to a single room and have that reflected on the slot view as well as when pulling reports/Looks.

  13. There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

  14. Currently, service items with multiple attendance Delivery Type do not report the same as service items with other Delivery Types (Long Term, Single Event, and Daily Attendance). All service data should be stored and reported in the same manner.

    See the note within [GNRL-104] Service Summary report article as an example, "Note: For the purposes of this report, multiple attendance services are limited to a count of 1 per day in the # of Services column."

  15. Hello! Hope everything is going well.

    We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?

  16. We need a case management plan (it could be a custom assessment) that has the ability to individually print so that we can provide it to the client. Preferably they could also sign it. Unfortunately the custom forms does not provide as many features as the custom assessments or that could be a good solution.

  17. It would be great if users could bulk add services based on their active case loads. They would see a list of all their assigned clients (or alternatively search bar where they could add todays clients to a list) and then assign a bulk service (or toggle multiple services) for all the clients on the list (or check off the ones it applies to). Perhaps new enrollments assigned to them could automatically show up on this list.

  18. It would save a lot of time to have a service template that allows us to apply a uniform set of services to multiple agencies rather than recreating them under each agency management screen. Also, when creating a service taxonomy, we cannot copy one that is already established and make minor tweaks like we can with screens.

  19. We have received feedback from CoC partner agencies about using the calendar:

    "When scheduling appointments, first the report of appointments has to be run to see if there's any conflicting appointments.

    It takes FOREVER (feels like it) for a report to be run. Then you have to go put in the appointment after the report shows up.

    Then you have to rerun the report to make sure the appointment you scheduled is on the guests schedule and wait for FOREVER again....

    If there's anyway we could have a quicker way to access each guest's schedule that would be great.

  20. If System Admins can upload Custom Services through the XML DIT, they should also be able to delete Custom Services. Our organization recently integrated a new agency into HMIS with a large quantity of custom services, but one of those services is misleading and should be removed from the system. We have no way to do this because "custom services are not supported for deletion using the DIT, only HUD-defined services".
