ability to write one assessment and have it apply to multiple clients
In some cases, an assessment might need to apply to multiple clients, similar to how a service can apply to multiple clients (but in niche cases it doesn't make sense to do this in services). Could we ever consider ability to have one assessment associated with multiple clients to save time?

Increase the font size for the Clarity Unique Identifier in the [CLNT-103] Photo ID Card - Sample
Agencies use the attendance functionality to speed up the process of data entry, especially for those repetitive services.
However, in some cases, they have volunteers that will not be allowed to have access directly to the system. The volunteers write down the number on a tracking sheet and then the agency enters after the fact.
One of our agencies requests the following "...Is there a way to make the Clarity number larger on the cards? We have some volunteers who write down the numbers whose eyesight is not great?"

New User Interface: When using the History section, could we display the same info as when an assessment shows in the global/program level?
Hello! In the History search results, could we please also have the format of the details match both the content and order as if scrolling Assessments sections? For example, could we have the history page show the name, created by, created on, updated by, and updated on?

Merge Clients: could we show client unique identifiers?
Could we have the part that displays the two clients merging on the righthand side also show the UIs? Currently, it shows name, DOB, and SSN, but in the case of a lot of duplicates these will be the same - making it harder to tell if you correctly placed the intended one as Primary. Thank you!

Contacts: can we have the note appear without a mouse-over?
When using the contacts page, the notes can currently be viewed by holding your mouse over the icon - but would it be possible to merely have that populate the text automatically? Lately we've been having issues where contact notes are missed, which is a problem for DV survivors who may have contacts listed in safety concern ways, such as "only call at night." Thank you!

New user interface: display created by, created on, updated by, updated on in the same order in both program/global
Hello! In the new user interface, I super appreciate that you can see Created On, Created By, Updated On, and Updated By as separate categories. Could we please re-arrange them so that, regardless of whether looking at the global assessment level or program assessment level, they appear in the same order? Right now they are both in different orders and require a different number of clicks to access (some require the drop down). Thank you!

Show client unique identifiers on Caseload page (both current and future user interface)
Hello! Often staff will tell me this would save them a few clicks, as they may go to the Caseload page to quickly receive a list of their assigned clients and their respective UIs. Could we help them skip a step by populating this on this page? Thank you!

Add Customizable Drop-Down Menu Option to the Services on the Program Screen
Add drop-down/ pull-downs to services in the Program Screen to allow for better customization. It would help our agency better track the services our clients receive. For example, adding a customizable drop-down for selecting the funding source the service came from would be valuable! Adding a customizable drop-down to services would make using the services feature in the Programs Screen much easier!

filters and search within services
We have agencies with tons of services.
Scrolling through the services box is inefficient.
It'd be nice if we could filter via regex or at least search.
IE, if I want to select all services that have [Program1] in the name
I can add a filter where text must include "[Program1]"
And it'll be as if I clicked [Program1] Service 1, [Program1] Service 2, [Program1] Service 3
Of course, adding multiple filters to a single query is always helpful.

VA Financial Services need to display the Financial Start and End Date on the History tabs
With the Oct 1, 2025 update, the VA Financial Services now appear on the History tabs with the "Date Provided" as both Start and End Date. Our users need to be able to easily see the Financial Start and End Dates. For example, if you pay October rent on September 25th, you only see 9/25/2025. We need to also see "10/1/25 to 10/31/25". Without those dates, it is very confusing to the users. Having to edit the service just to see which month we provided rent is not intuitive. Please find a way to add the Financial Start and End…

Operational API needs to have a comparison option
When using this, I can only pull data with field values "equal to", such as "clientID" is "equal to" "12345". An example of what we need is to pull records where "end date" is "less than" a given date, such as today. Ultimately we want to edit the results of this pull. Doing it one at a time is just as bad as editing directly in Clarity.

Allow negative dollar amounts for the custom dollar fields
We use Clarity assessments for creating budgets for the client, and in particular have an automatic calculation on a dollar field to compare income to expenses. Occasionally clients will have a negative balance here, where expenses exceed income, which would manifest in the field as a negative number - but dollar fields aren't currently built to allow you to save a negative number.
This creates a problem as we need to know if a client is operating at a deficit in order to best know how to help them.

View Contact Fields (phone, email, address) in the PROFILE Screen for Ease of Access
View the Phone and Email fields entered under the CONTACT screen AND view the address field entered under the LOCATION screen on the PROFILE screen. Being able to view the CONTACT and LOCATION info. on the PROFILE screen would be helpful for ease of access.

assigning general case note to all on caseload
In Career Services we often send out information on job openings and Career Fairs. Can you please add a function on the Career side of HMIS that allows for a mass email to be documented to the entire active caseload for this type of general correspondence as opposed to having to enter it over 100 times for each individual we are contacting. Thanks!~
