Add dimensions to "Is Last Enrollment" view that are based on last active enrollment
The existing dimensions within the "Is Last Enrollment" view of the Looker HMIS Performance model rank enrollments based on the [Project Start Date] and then [Enrollment ID]; however, in some cases the user needs to be able to limit to each client's last active enrollment in a reporting period as opposed to the last initiated one. This is most relevant when needing to establish whether a client is a "stayer" or a "leaver" for a set of projects in a period.

Creating New Funding Sources Should be Broken Down by Type
When you create a new funding source, the picklist currently has options for HUD: COC - Homeless Preventions, HUD: COC - Supportive Services Only, HUD: ESG - Street Outreach, etc. etc. etc., then lets you put in the fund start date, Grant ID, Grant start date, amount.
Make it so that the "Funding Source" picklist only shows the base type of funding, such as, "HUD: COC", "HUD: ESG", "VA: VASH", etc. removing the subtype of funding, the "- Supportive Services Only", "- Rapid Re-Housing", etc. part of the funding source.

Refuse Toggle on Enrollment Questions
User Story:
Per HUD standards, we are to enroll each client we encounter into our Street Outreach program and document a CLS Assessment. However, a majority of the interactions our team has is with clients that refuse to provide any identifying information, much less answer any of the intake questions.
Is there any way that a toggle can be implemented into an enrollment form that will automatically answer each intake question with "Client Prefers not to Answer"? If not each question, at least most of them?

search option for the "Inventory" tab
As a Care Coordinator for Urban Alchemy, it would be beneficial for there to be a search option when looking for a specific room/unit in the Inventory, instead of having to scroll through an entire roster of rooms/units to find the one I'm looking for. Sometimes the information is needed quickly and the current way of using the Inventory doesn't allow for a quick search. Priority: Level 1

Ability to Enable/Disable Service Notes
All services automatically have a "Service Note" field where notes can be entered. Agencies have requested that this field be disabled for some of their services as they do not want staff inputting notes here. However, there is not an ability to do this on the back end. It would be helpful if when setting up services, admins would have the ability to enable or disable the "Services Notes" field from displaying.

System Warning upon Deletion Request: Enrollment connected to Coordinated Entry Assessment
It would be helpful if the system had a warning built in that alerts you when a program is about to be deleted, but it has a CE assessment attached to it. Currently if you delete an enrollment where a CE assessment has been created, the CE assessment will remain without the program enrollment. However without the program enrollment the assessment no longer qualifies as coordinated entry.

Live Marker: Household Move-In Date
Reason: Move-in date is added to the current head of household at entry, and it is not visible to other members' enrollment or their database records.
Logic: Looker already has a Household Move-In Date field so just apply the same logic for the live marker.
Outcome: When this live marker is added to screens, it will display the current head of household move-in date from the entry screen. New interface Add Client button is obscure
The new Add Client button has no hints to tell the user what it does. There is no tooltip, and there is no "URL hint" that appears when you hover over it. Please add some text to the button so users know what it does.

Enrollment data private for one household member
Have the ability to make a program enrollment private for specific clients instead of the entire enrolled household. For example, when enrolling a household where one or more persons signs an HMIS ROI "No", but the rest of the household signs "Yes", there should be a way to toggle on "Make Program Private" for only the clients that signed "No". Or when toggling "Make Program Private", have a popup that allows you to toggle this on or off for individual clients.

Fix the "Save & Close" button on the exit screen
The "Save & Close" button on the Exit screen does not "close" it saves and reloads the Exit screen. I see this behavior when exiting a client after reopening the program enrollment to fix a data entry error. Improve Clarity by either making the "Save & Close" button close the exit screen OR by renaming the button as "Save"

Add "Agency ID" option in Looker to the field Release of Information
We built a custom report that included identifying the agency that uploaded a specific ROI. The field category "Release of Information" includes fields for Agency CoC and Agency Name, but not Agency ID. There is an ID field listed, but it is the ID of the ROI.
We recently established a uniform naming convention for all of our agencies and programs. For the custom reports that each agencies has that identifies errors in the ROIs that they have uploaded, we have to manually change the names in ALL 150+ agencies.

Ability to Complete Assessments in Offline Mode
Some of our outreach-based end users need to complete assessments with clients in locations that are inaccessible for the internet. It would be helpful to have an offline version of Clarity or Clarity assessments where the data was cached and then uploaded when the end user reconnects to the internet.

Safe Guards for Mistaken Expirations
We have had an issue with shelter providers allowing referrals to accidentally expire while still working towards a transportation plan/intake appointment and then subsequently enrolling folks as a non linked enrollment.
Right now if they have already completed intake, to rectify this we have to delete the enrollment and re-refer them to the program opening and then re-add the enrollment. If the provider catches this before enrolling they have to potentially wait on our matching team to resend a match before completing their intake appointment or take the data on paper and enter it later.

Uploading Files - New Update Is Creating Extra Clicks
There seems to be a new update in the ONE system when it comes to uploading files, and I am running into the following issue:
When you go to a Profile and click on “FILES” then click “Add File,” it takes you to a page titled “UPLOAD A FILE.” Then, you click “Select File,” and choose the file to upload and then click “ADD RECORD.” The file is then uploaded and you are redirected back to the “MODIFY FILE” page for the same file you just uploaded.
It would save a lot of time if instead, we were redirected back…

Client Screen Language Translation Settings
Add the ability to translate client facing screens. Add to System Setup\Settings a "Translation" section where users can determine if a translation service is used such as "Google Translate" or manual translation (system should allow for multiple options). This would then be included in screens so when enabled at screen level and based on selection (allow for multiple selections), the screen will display a translation option with available translations services\languages. When one of these options is selected, the screen will either display the translated screen or display the translated fields alongside the regular fields.

Enhancing Auto Exit Monitoring in Looker for Client Enrollments
Please add a field to Looker that enables communities to easily monitor inactivity within client enrollments for activity types that trigger Auto Exit functionality. These specifications are documented in Bitfocus Help Desk articles and programmed into Clarity. The absence of a field like this in Looker hampers our ability to ensure clients are not prematurely auto-exited, making the process far more labor-intensive to monitor and spot-check than necessary.
