  1. Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).   2. There should be a bulk delete option for services attached to programs. Some clients have over 100 services attached and it is a pain to delete them one by one in order to delete the program from the system.

  4. When you create a site of type "Standalone Unit", the system creates a default Building called "Standalone Site Building". If you have multiple sites of this type, you cannot tell them apart in the filter. Please update the naming convention to include the site name in some fashion. That puts the onus on us, the customer, to choose distinct Site Names, which I think is appropriate. I suggest "Standalone" + "Site Name", but I am open to other ideas.

  7. On a client's SSN, users regularly complain about the shield icon being too small. Since we have to hover over the shield to make the SSN window appear, a larger icon would make it easier. Also, the window that appears when you hover over the shield icon disappears a lot when moving your mouse from the shield to the window. Can this be improved?

  9. According to a user in Santa Cruz, they can't e-sign forms using a touchscreen laptop. It requires using a mouse or using an ios or android device. It would be great if they could take advantage of our touchscreen laptops to sign ROI's and other forms directly into clarity and not have to invest in iPads.

    This seems to be an issue with the HTML/script coding of the web page. They found a potential solution here, or at least something to get started https://github.com/szimek/signature_pad.

  10. We use ROIs as a record of a client's history of consent to share their information. Once a profile is created, it is too easy to make changes that mess up that history. Adding an access right to the roles would help us keep a record of our client's consent. There is an access right for "Client Reports". This request is consistent with that existing access right.

  11. Files are displayed with the most recent ones last. Our staff frequently need to check to see if a client has a recent file of some type. Every single other tab on the Profile page is the opposite. History, Program, Contacts and Locations are all listed with the most recent at the top. Could you please make this page consistent with the rest?

  13. The labels/markers (Housed, Sheltered & Deceased) should be included in the Outreach model in looker so that sorting can be done with these labels. Users have expressed a desire to see how many clients associated with outreach have the housed label assigned to them.

  16. Each coc should have the ability to adjust the reasons a referral is removed from the queue for evaluation of outcomes. Right now adding an option that is needed in CoC is difficult to train users in other CoC that it's not relevant in their community and to disregard that pick list option.

  17. Adding the functionality for a referral to be sent back to the CQ when a referral is sent from the CQ to a housing provider that does not result in a HMID and the exit destination is still a homeless category. Allowing referral be return to the queue keeping the history of the original referral, similar to a referral that is denied by a PH provider and sent back to the queue would be very helpful.

Right now, assessments cannot be locked by access roles in such a way that someone can edit their own work but not others; it's currently set as either they can edit everyone in the agency, any agency, or not at all. We have some situations where it's helpful to allow our staff to revise things, but revising someone else's work (even accidentally) can cause issues. This, compiled with the issue where assessments can't quickly display who wrote them originally, leaves a lot of margin of error where colleagues could edit someone else's work either by mistake or (in grave scenarios)…

  19. Hello! Hope everything is going well.

    We recently moved to Clarity from a different database, and in the past when you went to view the history of assessments completed for a client, the previous competing database was able to list who last created or edited the assessments in the list (So imagine the columns said Assessment Name, Date Completed, then Staff Completed as opposed to the way it is now). Is there any way we could make this a feature staff could opt into?

    I suggested to this supervisor the Client Staff Data Activity Report as a workaround, but after…

  20. It would be beneficial to be able to customize eligibility criteria within the CQ to fully integrate a complex prioritization matrix as well as program-specific criteria. Dynamic chronic homeless status is critical to sort by within the CQ.
