  2. Our CES utilizes a special request for prioritization process where the end user is granted permissions to submit a Google Form. Ideally, this would be built into Clarity so the end user would receive a notification that there is a special request form for them to complete within x number of days. This would be a custom form only available to that user for a limited time.

  3. Considering the communication limitations within Clarity, it would be highly beneficial for the end user to be able to see a consolidated list of their assigned clients that have an active referral to a housing program. Ideally, the end user would receive a notification when one of their clients has been matched to a program, as well as see this on the client profile home page.

  4. To prevent the end user from having to complete an extra step, can a referral to the community queue be automatic once the user completes the coordinated assessment (VISPDAT)?

  5. Automatically display address, when adding a geolocation in the location tab.

    When adding a location in the location tab a geolocation marker can be selected, but the address does not appear. Please add an address filed or auto populate the address to display in the address line 2.

    The end users have to manually add the address.

    This would be a helpful tool for outreach workers, as it would allow them to quickly and easily track the locations of their clients and identify areas where there is a need for services.

  6. We're having an issue where certain housing navigators are not able to see or leave referral notes if they are not working under an agency that sent or is receiving the referral. Our community voted to set Service/Programs/Assessments/Events Placed as "basic shared," and because these are all grouped together, we can't open up sharing for referrals for certain access roles because the agency sharing settings override any access role permissions. A solution to this would be to include referral notes in Basic Shared, since leaving a note is not changing the status or behavior of the referral in any way.…

  7. It would be great to add a hyperlink to a case note or service note For example, to a client's folder in our company's cloud storage, to a rental listing, or property management company's website

  8. We have a lot of different folks on care teams in order to get people housed. Adding people to a care team in Clarity does not mean they will receive notifications about the client's referral and housing status. It would greatly improve coordination of care if people on the care team actually received all notifications regarding the client. That, and /or the option to add more than one Case Manager or Navigator (either by additional field, or changing that field type to a multi-select, or both) so that providers working with clients are kept informed.

  9. Numerous occasions have come up where an agency submits an opening for one of their housing projects, and the referral is made through our coordinated entry process. Later we find out that they reported the wrong project and it would be easiest if we could just switch the project name on the referral, rather than re-submitting a new referral, which is how it currently works.

  10. Currently when status updates are completed in the outreach module, the date always defaults to the current date. Many outreach workers are not able to enter these updates in real time so it would be very helpful to be able to back date when entering the data.

  11. Link Community Queues to active enrollments in Coordinated Entry. Link it so when someone is exited from the Coordinated Entry project (both manual and auto) that they are automatically removed from any queues. This means that everyone on a queue is active in coordinated entry.

  12. As communities develop more complex Coordinated Entry Systems, more flexible referral status tracking is becoming a priority. It would add significant flexibility if system admins could add custom fields to the Referral Screen to capture additional details about referral's status. For example, adding a follow up question to "Reason Denied" to capture an additional layer of detail about why a referral was denied.

  13. Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

    In the interim, our Coordinated Entry - Referrals LookML Dashboard series may provide some of the information you are looking for, or could be used as a template for a custom Look to fit the reporting need. 

  14. For custom assessments that document and track budgets, we are unable to save the assessment if the total calculation of income related amounts vs expense amounts is a negative dollar amount. I am submitting this idea to recommend changing applicable settings to allow negative calculations.

  15. Allow admin to create their own system live markers - this might provide solutions to all the live marker related improvement requests here.

    Doing so would grant us more freedom over our own systems and and meet the needs / preferences of our CoCs.

  17. It would be great if in the body messages, such as the referral notes, you could tag other users so they could be brought in to the conversation easily to discuss the client in a thread - or be able to have communications with more than one other user on a single thread.

  18. Customers have asked for the ability to update the status of multiple units at one time (update in a batch). For example, a building and units were set up to prepare for a new building to come online. Units were set to inactive so they would show on the dashboard until the agency was ready to begin leasing up the new building. When the agency is ready to begin lease-up, they need to change hundreds of units to active.

  19. More flexibility with sharing set up. Sharing should be on a project level, not an agency level.
    Should also be able to pick what agencies and programs can see a client file per what the client would like. Right now the sharing is extremely restricting and causes issue with programs like RHY, who are not allowed to share clients that are 17 and under. If an agency has RHY, CoC and ESG funding this makes set up difficult and can cause users to make major errors and share files they should not be sharing.

  20. As a System Administrator, I would like to have the ability to restore deleted user accounts. So that I may recover the account myself and not have to submit a help desk ticket to fix the issue for me.
