  1. We are looking to have functionality created for us so that we could enter in credit instead of an expense. For instance, we pay for someone to stay at a hotel for 4 nights at $150 per night. Our fiscal department writes a check to the hotel for $650 paid upfront. The expense is then put into Clarity for check #123 for $650.

    Then later on, since the person only stayed for 3 nights, the hotel sends us a check for $150. We want to be able to enter a credit into Clarity for (their check number) in the amount…

  2. We need a case management plan (it could be a custom assessment) that has the ability to individually print so that we can provide it to the client. Preferably they could also sign it. Unfortunately the custom forms does not provide as many features as the custom assessments or that could be a good solution.

  3. On the attendance module at the bottom of the tables shows an aggerate count of the number of times that service was recorded for that day. It shows it as "## clients" which is confusing because depending on the service delivery type a service can be recorded for a client more than once per day.

    I suggest changing this to "## entries", "## attendance" or something similar so that it better reflects what count. Right now by indicating "## clients" it is not correct.

  4. When editing a screen in Clarity, most fields are marked with a special icon if they are hidden (crossed out eye) or constrained (up arrow with hat). However, the "client location" and "Relationship to Head of Household" are not marked in any way even though they have constraints hard-coded. So, the "client location" field will not appear on an enrollment screen if only one CoC is associated with the program associated with the screen.   5. Many communities are using the Encampment Screen to complete encampment assessments that may include scoring. Encampment screens are not compatible with assessment processors. To help improve options for scoring, I'd like to recommend the use of hidden fields. Hidden fields are commonly used in complex assessment design and this option would create more flexibility to configure scoring within the encampment screen.

  6. Sharing set at a program level instead of an agency.
    Departments do not work like they should for programs like RHY. It would be better to have more flexibility on where visibility can be set.

  7. Please add program history under Program Resources, under Modify Program, that allows tracking of program history by dates (more than just a plain text box under Program Description), so we can track audits, meetings, contracting, staff changes, incidents, events.

  8. I have a staff member whose name has a é in it, but when I entered this to create a staff account it autocorrected to a ? mark. Would it be possible to add letters with accents to the acceptable characters for staff names? Thank you!

  9. Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

  10. Many notifications are automatically triggered by certain actions in Clarity. However, it is not always clear if the notification was actually sent or a way to check in the UI. So many customer workflows depend on those notifications being sent that it is important for System Admins to be able to see if they sent or not.

  11. Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well).   12. It would be great if users could bulk add services based on their active case loads. They would see a list of all their assigned clients (or alternatively search bar where they could add todays clients to a list) and then assign a bulk service (or toggle multiple services) for all the clients on the list (or check off the ones it applies to). Perhaps new enrollments assigned to them could automatically show up on this list.

  13. Require a valid ROI for a program level service transaction
    In the attendance module you can toggle on "require ROI for attendance" but in regular program services this isn't an option. Making this feature part of program services would prevent services from being added when a valid ROI isn't present and provide staff a reminder to complete an ROI at the time of service.

  14. The Data Import Tool seems to completely ignore the "DateDeleted" attribute on the Exit HMIS XML Element. If an Exit has been marked as deleted by setting a value to "DateDeleted", existing exists will not be deleted, and if that enrollment did not previously have an exit, that enrollment will be updated with the deleted exit date. This is a major problem as it makes it impossible to accurately import data from external sources, not only is there no way to remove an exit that was erroneously entered into the other system previously, but it is also actively importing garbage…

  16. Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

  17. Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.

    It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

  18. Either use the existing [STFF-106] report and add a parameter to select either Client Notes Hours, or Service Hours. OR create a new report under the Program Based Reports category.

    Still need the ability to select by Program and User.

    Increasingly our funders and stakeholders are asking for hours to be tracked along with Services. It makes sense to do both within the Services functionality AND be able to report out.

  19. When searching for a staff member in Clarity, search results display the agency that the staff person is associated with. It would be helpful to System Admins to be able to click directly on the Agency name in the search results to switch to that agency
