  1. Ability to search for users by agency while in System in the Manage/Staff tab. System Admins should not have to switch back and forth between agencies to find out what users are attached to an agency.

  3. Users have expressed scenarios when automations will not prompt the removal of a client from the outreach map when appropriate. Allowing users this ability will account for the scenarios in which automations are applicable.

  4. We have the ability have clients automatically populate the outreach map based on location types identified. Users expressed the desire to have clients automatically removed from the outreach map based on location types identified as well.

  5. Under funding source/grant activity there is no ability to delete. This is an issue if we make an entry in error and need to correct something that was entered previously. Currently you can add an end date, but this doesn't help if something was entered in error, incorrect data is reflected instead of being able to be removed.

  6. In the Referrals Denied tab, if a Referral was sent back to the Community Queue, there is a gray band of color and there is an icon to the far right of the client name (a box with an arrow in it). For the icon, there is a tooltip that pops up with "SEND back to Queue." (all caps mine)

    This can be confusing for End Users who may see this as an action icon with the function or opportunity to "send" the Referral back to the Queue.

    Changing the tooltip to read "sent" would be an immediately clear way…

  7. Similar to the functionality under launchpad>merge where a program enrollment can be moved, generate functionality to move assessments/services/notes etc that are incorrectly entered under one client record to a different client record. Currently when end user enter this information incorrectly under one client, we must delete the record and advise the end user to re-enter the information into the appropriate client record. This functionality could save case managers time from having to re-enter data.

  8. As a larger agency we have many contracts that are not managed by any CoC and require programs for us to record our work. Many delays occur with setup and particular needs of those necessary programs. We wish to record data into Clarity in order to provide a robust picture of available services in the county as well as to show impact in regional data analysis that happens when it comes to system performance.

    It would be great if agencies could have a designated Agency Administrator that would have access to:
    -Create programs
    -Create funding codes (if needed)
    -Create custom…

  9. It would be really great if we were able to search by participant phone number. I get a lot of calls where I can't fully decipher the name they give me on the voicemail message but they leave a phone number. I can sometimes​ call them back and figure it out of course, but it's really helpful to be able to find their name for folks whose phones don't work/turned off, etc. This makes it much easier to follow up with their housing.

  10. Our new "add funding source" popup window has 17 pages. Most of them are inactive and / or ended. We need a way to limit the choices. If the funding source has an end date in the past, you are not using it. If the funding source is inactive, you are not using it.

    We add 15+ funding sources each year for ONE program. There are other programs that also have new contracts each year. Next year we will be up to 20 pages!

    Please provide a method to restrict the funding sources on the "program add funding source popup…

  11. In order for program eligibility to appear on a community queue, the program's Public Listing must be set to "Public." However, this means that users with the ability to refer will also see these programs listed on the eligibility page after assessing a client, and they can freely refer them to these programs instead of just a community queue, which is not desired by (most) communities.

    Turning off the "Create referral" access right means that they then can't refer to the community queue at all. There is a separate access right to "Refer Directly to Community Queue," so a similar…

  14. Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added

  15. If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.

  16. In the program enrollment for a client, when making a reservation through providing a bed service, there are two times when a dropdown selection for the unit is available, once when providing the service and another time when previewing the reservation, but for the same unit. This can lead to frequent user errors as they believe they have made the unit selection in the first dropdown menu but, after clicking the Previre Reservation button, can inadvertently change that selection when selecting the slot in the next dropdown menu.

Updating the client forms to allow for further development changes in font color, inclusion of custom logos, underline, font picklist, just like any other document that can be helpful and/or allow to download customers existing forms to update for the signature line or witness signature line, date, etc.

  19. Could there be some sort of tool tip or reminder on the Add Program screen that reminds us to go to the Field Editor to create the new funding source name? Or even better, allow us to add straight from the screen. Too many steps are involved when it comes to setting up new funding sources.
