Allow admin to create their own system live markers - this might provide solutions to all the live marker related improvement requests here.
Doing so would grant us more freedom over our own systems and and meet the needs / preferences of our CoCs.

Create flexibility to add an Email Address not associated with a user account to receive program notifications
Use case: many programs have a general email address that is shared across program staff. These shared email addresses are often used to manage referrals to a program to make sure they are addressed as soon as possible.
Currently, an additional user license would be needed to associate the email address with in order to receive notifications. In this case, the email notifications would be the only reason for the license. Ideally, this functionality would be available without using a user license.

Improved Document Management/Files in Clarity - Search and Group Functionality
Improved document management. We are moving towards being fully paperless which means uploading multiple PDF files to a client's enrollment. However, the existing system doesn't allow for searching or grouping files by file type.

Pre-validation of HUD reports in Clarity
It would be great if certain HUD reports can be "pre-validated" in Clarity (run against some known HUD validation checks). This could save users time when submitting to HDX (1 or 2) or Sage, if they know right away that there is a problem with their file/report. They would not even have to "waste time" submitting a problem file to HUD but be prompted to fix errors right in Clarity.

Broadcast messages in Client Portal
In the upcoming Client Portal it would be great to be able to "broadcast" messages to all client participants rather than just 1:1 communication.

Add Hidden Field Option to Encampment Screen
Many communities are using the Encampment Screen to complete encampment assessments that may include scoring. Encampment screens are not compatible with assessment processors. To help improve options for scoring, I'd like to recommend the use of hidden fields. Hidden fields are commonly used in complex assessment design and this option would create more flexibility to configure scoring within the encampment screen.
As a sample use case, I'd like to create a hidden & read only field for High Health Risk. I would add display constraints to the field so that it is only enabled when the encampment meets conditions for…

copy services across agencies/ ability to copy service taxonomy
It would save a lot of time to have a service template that allows us to apply a uniform set of services to multiple agencies rather than recreating them under each agency management screen. Also, when creating a service taxonomy, we cannot copy one that is already established and make minor tweaks like we can with screens.

Service funding sources
Service funding sources are listed in the dropdown it isn't in alphabetical order which make it a bit of a mess for people to use. Alphabetical sorting would be easier!

é and other characters for staff names
I have a staff member whose name has a é in it, but when I entered this to create a staff account it autocorrected to a ? mark. Would it be possible to add letters with accents to the acceptable characters for staff names? Thank you!

Editing Social Security Number
On a client's SSN, users regularly complain about the shield icon being too small. Since we have to hover over the shield to make the SSN window appear, a larger icon would make it easier. Also, the window that appears when you hover over the shield icon disappears a lot when moving your mouse from the shield to the window. Can this be improved?

Limiting Assessments
We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.
Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

Access right for Privacy page
We use ROIs as a record of a client's history of consent to share their information. Once a profile is created, it is too easy to make changes that mess up that history. Adding an access right to the roles would help us keep a record of our client's consent. There is an access right for "Client Reports". This request is consistent with that existing access right.

Display Files with most recent at the top.
Files are displayed with the most recent ones last. Our staff frequently need to check to see if a client has a recent file of some type. Every single other tab on the Profile page is the opposite. History, Program, Contacts and Locations are all listed with the most recent at the top. Could you please make this page consistent with the rest?
