Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. Pop-out Parameters Selection Box for Reports
When selecting parameters for certain reports like System Performance Measures, there is a small selection box for things like Agencies and Programs. When selecting dozens or hundreds of items in these categories, the selection box is very tedious. If there could be a pop-out window to make selections and not have to scroll up and down so much it would be a better UI. Confirming selections is difficult when you can only see a few at a time. Also, check-boxes rather than shift-select would make this selection process much easier.

live marker
Create a Live Marker to calculate the number of days between the Approximate Date Started and Project Start fields. This will allow us to create warnings for very old Approximate Date Started Dates, and warnings to notify users when the data collected doesn't make sense. For example, if a client's Approx. Date Started is at least three years ago they should have only one episode of homeless according to the data collection instructions in the Data Standards.

Mark "Client Location" as hidden/constrained on screen editor
When editing a screen in Clarity, most fields are marked with a special icon if they are hidden (crossed out eye) or constrained (up arrow with hat). However, the "client location" and "Relationship to Head of Household" are not marked in any way even though they have constraints hard-coded. So, the "client location" field will not appear on an enrollment screen if only one CoC is associated with the program associated with the screen. Multiple Attendance Services to report like other service Delivery Types
Currently, service items with multiple attendance Delivery Type do not report the same as service items with other Delivery Types (Long Term, Single Event, and Daily Attendance). All service data should be stored and reported in the same manner.
See the note within [GNRL-104] Service Summary report article as an example, "Note: For the purposes of this report, multiple attendance services are limited to a count of 1 per day in the # of Services column."

SNN Field Update in Clarity
If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.

Expand DIT data overwrite logic
The customer would like to expand the logic of how the DIT overwrites data being imported to be more than just going by the most recent date in the "DateUpdated" field: "We have several systems that do not collect Race/Ethnicity/Veteran status, and we would hate to overwrite thousands of good quality race/eth/vet records to NULL.... It has been a challenge having to clean it up with each new dump. And cleanup is necessary because these are HUD fields and affect HUD reporting..." Perhaps make the data overwrite process more customizable?

Adding a NOTES Section in the Modify The Staff
It would be convenient and useful to have a notes section in HMIS where we could enter details about a staffs access changes and/or other notes. In particular I would like to be able to enter why an account was made inactive. This would assist in next steps when a user who was made inactive is requesting to be reactivated.

Cascading from status/annual/exit screens to new enrollments
Customers have expressed the desire to have data fields entered in status/annual/exit screens to cascade into new enrollments. We know that enrollments can cascade into other enrollments, and that there are data fields entered at enrollment that are not collected in the status/annual/exit screens. However, the data would be most useful and accurate if cascading considered most recent data fields from the enrollment AND status/annual/exit screen. The goal would be to have the most recent fields from the enrollment and status/annual/exit screens cascade to subsequent enrollments.

Please add program history under Program Resources, under Modify Program, that allows tracking of program history by dates (more than just a plain text box under Program Description), so we can track audits, meetings, contracting, staff changes, incidents, events.

Copy Fields the way you can copy Screens
Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

Add audit log for when notifications are sent
Many notifications are automatically triggered by certain actions in Clarity. However, it is not always clear if the notification was actually sent or a way to check in the UI. So many customer workflows depend on those notifications being sent that it is important for System Admins to be able to see if they sent or not.

Delete Fake Entry
Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well). Auto-remove clients with a "Housed", "Sheltered" tag
When clients receive a tag of "Housed" or "Sheltered" on the Outreach map, they should be automatically removed from either the encampment or the map. The same should happen for clients who have an address added to the Location tab, which does not qualify as a place not meant for human habitation.

Require a valid ROI for a program level service transaction
In the attendance module you can toggle on "require ROI for attendance" but in regular program services this isn't an option.
