Chronic Homelessness Live Marker
Creating a Chronic Homeless Live Marker from data entered in the CH core Data Standard fields on enrollment screens such as 3.08 and 3.917, which would allow Admins to do nifty things like include it on CE Assessments or as conditions for Assessment Processors.

We think this is important for eligibility as well. And, ideally it would match the HMIS Reporting Glossary as well as the Looker variable for CH!

San Luis Obispo CoC is also looking for this functionality. Ideally would have at least two markers: one that calculates based on the assessment date and another that calculates as of the exit date (substituting current date if exit is null).
