  1. Currently, the outreach model in Looker does not have the option to enter which user entered a client's geolocation, the closest option is for the last user who updated the client's profile page. We have been exploring incorporating the geolocation feature in our PIT count and it would be nice to know who entered each location, especially when we are look at data a few days later. I recognize this feature is available for data entered on Encampment Teams and Map layers, so hopefully it's not much work to add to Geolocation, also. Thanks!

  2. Currently when an outreach worker adds a geolocation in for a client, whether through the outreach map, location tab, or CLS, reporting only shows the date that it was entered, not the date that the outreach location actually is. For example, if a client's actual location date was 7/25/23 but the worker enters it on 7/27/23, reporting for the Geolocation Added Date field will only display 7/27/23, which isn't really helpful.

  3. It would be helpful to be able to display more comprehensive history of housing program referrals in looks (i.e. history of programs a household was denied from and the reason).

  4. State of California No Place Like Home funding requires reporting on current AMI levels, as of the reporting date.

  6. On a client's SSN, users regularly complain about the shield icon being too small. Since we have to hover over the shield to make the SSN window appear, a larger icon would make it easier. Also, the window that appears when you hover over the shield icon disappears a lot when moving your mouse from the shield to the window. Can this be improved?

  8. We use ROIs as a record of a client's history of consent to share their information. Once a profile is created, it is too easy to make changes that mess up that history. Adding an access right to the roles would help us keep a record of our client's consent. There is an access right for "Client Reports". This request is consistent with that existing access right.

  10. Currently when status updates are completed in the outreach module, the date always defaults to the current date. Many outreach workers are not able to enter these updates in real time so it would be very helpful to be able to back date when entering the data.

  11. Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

    In the interim, our Coordinated Entry - Referrals LookML Dashboard series may provide some of the information you are looking for, or could be used as a template for a custom Look to fit the reporting need. 

  12. More flexibility with sharing set up. Sharing should be on a project level, not an agency level.
    Should also be able to pick what agencies and programs can see a client file per what the client would like. Right now the sharing is extremely restricting and causes issue with programs like RHY, who are not allowed to share clients that are 17 and under. If an agency has RHY, CoC and ESG funding this makes set up difficult and can cause users to make major errors and share files they should not be sharing.

  13. When editing a screen in Clarity, most fields are marked with a special icon if they are hidden (crossed out eye) or constrained (up arrow with hat). However, the "client location" and "Relationship to Head of Household" are not marked in any way even though they have constraints hard-coded. So, the "client location" field will not appear on an enrollment screen if only one CoC is associated with the program associated with the screen.   14. Please add program history under Program Resources, under Modify Program, that allows tracking of program history by dates (more than just a plain text box under Program Description), so we can track audits, meetings, contracting, staff changes, incidents, events.

  15. I have a staff member whose name has a é in it, but when I entered this to create a staff account it autocorrected to a ? mark. Would it be possible to add letters with accents to the acceptable characters for staff names? Thank you!

  16. Hello! In my organization, our Client Profile page has Fields we'd use multiple times in the same screen - reporting-wise they're different fields but essentially the same long picklist. For example, we have a dropdown of multiple languages for Primary Language, but that same list for Secondary Language. In cases like this, where the same or similar field would need to be in the same Screen, could we have a copy feature the same way we do for copying an entire Screen?

  17. Many notifications are automatically triggered by certain actions in Clarity. However, it is not always clear if the notification was actually sent or a way to check in the UI. So many customer workflows depend on those notifications being sent that it is important for System Admins to be able to see if they sent or not.

  18. Hello! I currently use Efforts to Outcomes (ETO), a rival database provider for nonprofits, but am in transition to Clarity. One feature that ETO users rely on that you could implement in Clarity to be more competitive with ETO would be their Delete Fakes feature. In short, staff in various providers will use the client last name Fake to identify a client that is fictional for training, testing, or other QA purposes (this makes it easier to filter out fake clients automatically as well).   19. Require a valid ROI for a program level service transaction
    In the attendance module you can toggle on "require ROI for attendance" but in regular program services this isn't an option. Making this feature part of program services would prevent services from being added when a valid ROI isn't present and provide staff a reminder to complete an ROI at the time of service.

  20. Please add the ability to sort by each column site wide. For instance, in Client Notes, there are column headers for Title, Category, User Name and Date. It would be extremely helpful if a user could click the column header to choose to sort by that column. This would make it a lot easier to find specific notes.
