Allow flexibility between zip codes and city designations
Zip codes may be associated with more than one city, however, Clarity sometimes forces the wrong city to be recorded.
For example, when recording an address with zip code 94303, the Clarity will record the city as Palo Alto, though the actual address is in East Palo Alto. (See attachment.)
This presents an issue in reporting because East Palo Alto is within our County, but Palo Alto is not. Having the flexibility to select any of the cities associated with a zip code would be a significant help.

User Admin - Manual Increase of License Caps
It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.
In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).
To give an example:
Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.Let's say we train 2 users bringing us to 97/100. All 5 users come…

Tracking Views in Data Analysis
Knowing the number of views for Dashboards and Looks in Data Analysis would help admins determine which ones are useful.

Search all folders
Search by part of title or report number
Prompt suggested matches

[PRIVACY/SECURITY] Consent Refused Toggle: Make Available for Shared Records (between Agencies)
At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

Customer Portal: show banner on Messages screen
Communities have requested the ability to add a disclaimer or banner at the top of Messages in the Portal, letting users know that in cases of emergency, they should reach out to 911, and not attempt to contact their care team via the Portal. This could potentially be a standard banner or customizable by community.

Customer Portal: Allow assessments to be completed without provider request
Currently, Assessments in the Customer Portal can only be completed after being requested by a provider in Clarity. It would be useful to allow specific assessments to also be completed without a provider request.
Some potential use cases for this include:
-master application for future housing or employment opportunities
-outreach request or other provider support request (like housing problem solving)

Customer Portal Integration with INVENTORY
It would be useful for Clarity INVENTORY to integrate in real time with the Customer Portal, so clients can see available shelter beds and/or be added to a reservation or wait list for an available shelter bed.

The edit and delete button Mistake
Since the Edit and Delete buttons are sitting right next to each other, it’s a little too easy to click the wrong one… which I have just successfully demonstrated. I accidentally deleted a user.
If there were a recovery or “undo” option on that screen, it would make fixing this kind of slip much easier. Otherwise, the only solution is to recreate the user’s profile and then enjoy a generous serving of humble pie while explaining what happened and asking them to reset their password.

Include client UI number on the caseload page
Recently staff started using the Caseload button in the upper right corner more often, which is great! They have relayed the feedback that since the client list links to each profile individually, it'd be great if the UI numbers could be on display on the main Caseload page to save them a few clicks and loading times. Could we please do something like this and add a column?

When Pentaho Reports are accessible in the New User Interface, please ensure that it is clear that there is a link to the report's associated Help Desk article. In the current interface, the link does not stand out in any way, and people often don't realize it exists.

Auto Exit from Street Outreach Program
It would be fabulous if we could set up Street Outreach programs to auto-exit clients when they enter Emergency Shelter, or obtain housing (enrolled in Perm Housing program or move-in date entered) similar to CE. Often we have agencies that conduct street outreach and they are not the same agency that provides temporary or permanent housing.
Allowing clients on the street to be auto exited from the SO program with the date and location of either temp or perm housing would enhance data quality for communities.1 vote -
Under the Program History tab, would it be possible to add a "Move-in-date" between the Start Date and End Date.
Under the Program History tab, can we add Move-in-Date between a program's Start Date and End Date. Programs without a Housing Move-In Date would remain blank while Programs like PSH that have one would be whatever is in that Program’s field. This will help audit move-in-dates at a glance.

DIT: Matched Client Summary
After the file has been validated and prior to file being imported, add Match count section to "Data Analysis" that will display the matching type, Regular, Full, No, and then provide the count of clients that were matched and those who were not matched based on matching type...For example, matching type = No would show "0 matched" and "0 not matched" and # client profiles created, which should match the "Data Analysis" # Client Record(s)

Enrollment Page Update – Human Trafficking Question
I wanted to suggest adding a field on the enrollment page specifically for human trafficking. Currently, there is a question regarding fleeing domestic violence, but it may be helpful to separate these categories to better capture client needs and ensure appropriate support.
