  1. I have a suggestion. When I'm in a client's account and click on the referral tab to choose an agency for a referral, it would be helpful if agencies providing housing, like the Navigation Center and Five Keys, could show live tracking of available beds. Has this feature been discussed before? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

  2. We would like to propose that the reassigned date be more visible on the pending referrals screen. We utilize queues and there is very often confusion when seeing the referred date (date referred to the queue) and the reassigned date (referral reassigned from the queue to a program). Because referrals are often time sensitive - the addition/visibility of this date is very critical for our community.

  3. We would like to request that the check-in function on a pending referral and located on the client profile be visible on the audit logs so that we can confirm who checked someone in (and where they did so)

  4. We've received some user feedback regarding the current process for viewing assessment notes in Clarity. Many have found it time-consuming to open each individual assessment to access the information - when there appears to be space for a preview of the note. If there was a preview of the notes field on the assessment, it would speed up coordination and workflows.

  5. Idea: To allow for the assigning or perhaps customization of adding the "check-in" button to any page allowing for ease of use for CES access roles to. Perhaps as a minimum to have the “check-in” button below the client UID on the client profiles page for all CES user access roles, not just "System Admins".

    It's not very helpful for us to have that option since we are not direct participant facing. Thank you!

  8. We would like to be able to define "Program Related Activity" for auto-exits at the program level. The issue we are encountering is that we use a manual CE event as an administrative action for CE and this CE event, which is not indicative of program activity at our ES and SO projects, is preventing clients from appropriately auto-exiting from those ES and SO projects. We would like a way to not include these events while determining whether to auto-exit.

  9. When a user selects "add form" in the program Forms tab and then"upload form", and has not selected a form name, the file is uploaded with no title.

    This is causing reporting issues when tracking required program forms, and making it difficult to find specific uploaded documents in the Forms tab.

    We would like to please request that selecting a form template be required when uploading documents to forms.

  10. Please add a line for Client Doesn't Know/Client Prefers Not to Answer/Data Not Collected in the Sheltered Report age categories that coorespond with household category data entry into HDX.
    While the grand total of persons is at the bottom of the report, if someone refused a date of birth and there is not an approx date of birth in HMIS, that person is NOT counted in the household tallies and it makes data entry more difficult.
    We enter our unsheltered count into HMIS, and volunteers don't always enter an approx DOB or age range when administering surveys. We pay for…

  11. In Career Services we often send out information on job openings and Career Fairs. Can you please add a function on the Career side of HMIS that allows for a mass email to be documented to the entire active caseload for this type of general correspondence as opposed to having to enter it over 100 times for each individual we are contacting. Thanks!~

  12. Improve scoring functionality for multi-select fields in the assessment processor. Allow users to score based on number of fields, or specific fields being selected without having to create a new condition for each possible combination of selections.

  13. When adding a new SSVF program in HMIS and auto provision is toggled on at Setup, a list of SSVF services are added to the agency, in addition to the SSVF services that are already there. So now there are multiple SSVF services with only one program toggled on in each service, when the multiple programs can be toggled on in just one service.

  14. When using Dark Mode in the new Clarity UI, the scroll bar is very difficult to see. i know a lot of folks probably just use the mouse wheel, but it could be useful to ensure this UI element has a higher contrast for folks who prefer using that.

  15. We regularly have programs that have a requirement for all of their clients to be entered into CES. We'd love to see a 'canned' report that can pull all clients enrolled in a program AND who are enrolled in (or not enrolled in) CES and who the assigned staff member is for their program.

    Example: Client is enrolled in SO program, report would pull client info, assigned staff info and have a 'yes' or 'no' indicating if the client has an active CES enrollment.

    This would help agencies/programs that have this requirement to pull a report, immediately see which clients…

  16. Please add the remaining enrollment data fields to the Client Enrollment Details report. It does not include income, disability status, etc. Our users need this for auditing purposes as printing to pdf on the enrollment screen results in web links covering up the top lines of the page.

  17. Please add enrollment CoC to the Program Roster to help users identify participants active within a specific period by the enrollment CoC or add a filter to the report so the roster can be filtered by CoC, or both.

  18. When clients are going from, for example, a RRH project managed by provider A that is now being managed by provider B, having the Reason for Leaving (exit_reason) picklist option "Project Transfer" would be most helpful for reporting.

  19. Users are able to have inconsistent data when they enter Y/ N to income, non-cash, health insurance and disability and have or do not have sources. Currently there is a warning that pops up when these occur, but we would like to prevent the user from saving the record with these data entry inconsistencies.

  20. When updating households that have a Head of Household with an existing enrollment it would be beneficial to have the newly added family members enrollment date be defaulted to the date of the head of household's enrollment vs today's date. This would create less household issues to cleanup later.
