[PRIVACY/SECURITY] Consent Refused Toggle: Make Available for Shared Records (between Agencies)
At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

End inactive status from the Inventory Module
As a user, I can make a unit inactive from the Inventory Module, but I cannot end the inactive status without going to Manage Sites. I would like to end a unit's inactive status from the Inventory Module.
Add the ability for a user to end a unit's inactive status from the Inventory dashboard.

Operational API needs to have a comparison option
When using this, I can only pull data with field values "equal to", such as "clientID" is "equal to" "12345". An example of what we need is to pull records where "end date" is "less than" a given date, such as today. Ultimately we want to edit the results of this pull. Doing it one at a time is just as bad as editing directly in Clarity.

View Contact Fields (phone, email, address) in the PROFILE Screen for Ease of Access
View the Phone and Email fields entered under the CONTACT screen AND view the address field entered under the LOCATION screen on the PROFILE screen. Being able to view the CONTACT and LOCATION info. on the PROFILE screen would be helpful for ease of access.

Add Deactivated to the Staff Status Drop Down
When running a system-wide or agency-level staff report, it would be valuable to include a distinction between users who have been:
Inactivated due to non-use (system-triggered status)
versus
Deactivated by the agency (agency action).
This enhancement would allow agencies and the HMIS Lead to more quickly identify the reason for account status changes. It would also support compliance with HUD Standards by improving accuracy and efficiency in monitoring user access.

Have assignments for beds on the inventory module automatically update when the UCT is changed
When UCTs are changed on the inventory module, currently the beds need to be reassigned to the same participants. It would be ideal if this was automatically done.

Location
There should be household information that applies to all of the members of the household, such as the location. We have households with as many as 10 (or more) members. The way the system is designed, you have to go to a separate screen for each individual to enter the location and to enter the contact information when it applies generally to the whole household. This would mean entering the 10 demographic screens, and then going to 20 more screens to enter the location and contact information. Add assigned staff at program level to new UI toolbar (Second User Interface Demo)
A lot of staff love that there's a toolbar that follows you, showing the client name, UI number, etc. A common request is to add the assigned staff from that program, as well as the different programs where the client is enrolled (or at least the one you're currently viewing) in case there are multiple programs for that client. This would help staff that write support tickets to the sys admin, and also help the sys admin identify who to contact in the event of an issue more quickly. Thank you!

Referrals by Project Type
In the feature focus today, we saw a demo of upcoming changes to the new platform. The referrals were able to be filtered by program name. Could you add a filter for project type as well?

Program Eligibility Section
I have a suggestion. Under the section that shows the program enrollment and eligibility, it would be helpful if all organizations filled out their requirements to get into there program. This way, when i am looking to refer my clients to a program i can easily see the requirements for entry. However, I've tried to find a section where i could add my program's requirements so they appear in the referral section, but i haven't been able to locate it. I'm not even sure if such a section exists for adding eligibility details for others to see.

Referral Beds Availability section
I have a suggestion. When I'm in a client's account and click on the referral tab to choose an agency for a referral, it would be helpful if agencies providing housing, like the Navigation Center and Five Keys, could show live tracking of available beds. Has this feature been discussed before? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Reassigned date visibility
We would like to propose that the reassigned date be more visible on the pending referrals screen. We utilize queues and there is very often confusion when seeing the referred date (date referred to the queue) and the reassigned date (referral reassigned from the queue to a program). Because referrals are often time sensitive - the addition/visibility of this date is very critical for our community.

We would like to request that the check-in function on a pending referral and located on the client profile be visible on the audit logs so that we can confirm who checked someone in (and where they did so)

Notes Preview - Quick View of Assessment Notes
We've received some user feedback regarding the current process for viewing assessment notes in Clarity. Many have found it time-consuming to open each individual assessment to access the information - when there appears to be space for a preview of the note. If there was a preview of the notes field on the assessment, it would speed up coordination and workflows.

CES "Check-in" button available to CES Access Roles on multiple pages
Idea: To allow for the assigning or perhaps customization of adding the "check-in" button to any page allowing for ease of use for CES access roles to. Perhaps as a minimum to have the “check-in” button below the client UID on the client profiles page for all CES user access roles, not just "System Admins".
It's not very helpful for us to have that option since we are not direct participant facing. Thank you!
