  1. The "Save & Close" button on the Exit screen does not "close" it saves and reloads the Exit screen. I see this behavior when exiting a client after reopening the program enrollment to fix a data entry error. Improve Clarity by either making the "Save & Close" button close the exit screen OR by renaming the button as "Save"

  2. We built a custom report that included identifying the agency that uploaded a specific ROI. The field category "Release of Information" includes fields for Agency CoC and Agency Name, but not Agency ID. There is an ID field listed, but it is the ID of the ROI.

    We recently established a uniform naming convention for all of our agencies and programs. For the custom reports that each agencies has that identifies errors in the ROIs that they have uploaded, we have to manually change the names in ALL 150+ agencies.

  4. We have had an issue with shelter providers allowing referrals to accidentally expire while still working towards a transportation plan/intake appointment and then subsequently enrolling folks as a non linked enrollment.

    Right now if they have already completed intake, to rectify this we have to delete the enrollment and re-refer them to the program opening and then re-add the enrollment. If the provider catches this before enrolling they have to potentially wait on our matching team to resend a match before completing their intake appointment or take the data on paper and enter it later.

  5. Currently, users don't have the option to add or display their pronouns within Clarity. I'm suggesting that when a new staff account is created there is a field for adding the staff member's pronouns. These pronouns should then be displayed along with the user's name and contact information when they are members of a client's care team.

  6. We have agencies who have client records from years ago and use the Clarity Intake/Exit/Assessment forms. They sometimes get confused on the verison that was used to what is being used now. If Bitfocus can add a version number to these forms (I recommend on top where the header is) to allow Case Managers the ability to tell what version of the from was used for that client.

  7. We have "non-CE System" programs called RAP "Regional Assistance Program" that provide CE events. There is no standard report that provides information about those events. The "CE APR" comes up blank when I run it on the RAP programs. We could use a report that organizes the CE event information. Data Analysis reports are really just a list of what was done.

  13. Hello! Sorry this category doesn't fit - I wasn't able to find the correct one. When there is a family of four or more, the quick shortcut buttons in the lower right corner of the program can be blocked by the help chat button (shown here: https://i.imgur.com/MFVi9pS.png ). Would it be possible to make the chat button something we can drag and drop elsewhere, or possibly move it to another space, so that this doesn't interfere?

  14. My team and I love the functionality of goals! However, we found that it was limited to services, status update assessments, and time. We would love to see this expand into client files.

    Ex: Goal of obtaining a driver's license or State ID can be met when a CM uploads "Personal Identification: Driver's License or State ID Card" into Client Files.

  15. We would like to please request that the Current Living Situation (CLS) assessment be included in the Client history tab (or even better all of the HUD required assessments). This information is accessed often, so it would benefit many teams in our community if t is more accessible.

  16. An agency would like the ability to auto exit clients at 100 and 300 days. Currently, implementations can not specify the days; please allow the ability to edit the picklist for the number of days for auto exit threshold.

  17. From the lens of a agency/program manager or System Administrator, it could be extremely useful to have an additional section on a user's staff screen (https://instance name.clarityhs.com/manage/staff/edit/user ID) that contains an Audit Log record (potentially below User Policy).

    I envision this:
    - As being a section that highlights activities to a certain page/row limit but is also downloadable to a csv (potentially with a selectable date range)
    - Being tied to an access role
    - Being utilized for general audits for security and activity review
    - Including general staff activity, report runs (with parameters), recent client searches, etc.

  18. When training new HMIS users, we want them to practice creating new client records and editing the data in those records they have created. We also want them to be able to search for and read through other client records that others have created.

    However, we DO NOT want them to be able to alter client records made by others. We have found that in the course of their training, trainees sometimes make accidental or uninformed changes to other client records.   19. Hello! I ran into an issue where I needed to add a newborn family member to the housing inventory for compliance reasons, but I could not add a bed to the unit without changing the unit configuration, and could not change the unit configuration while someone was occupying the space. It would be great if we could add members of the same family all at once (and retroactively in this case), or just allow us to change unit configurations with fewer restrictions.

  20. It would be helpful to be able to link forms from history. Our CoC has outreach programs that work with clients in encampments. We have forms in our system that outreach workers can complete to assist with homeless certifications. They can fill out the forms in the field, at the client level. When those clients enter an ES program, having the ability to link those client level forms into the program enrollment can assist with the documentation needed to show the client is homeless and with staff completing homeless verification forms with the client.
