Allow help chat button to be draggable across the screen
Hello! Sorry this category doesn't fit - I wasn't able to find the correct one. When there is a family of four or more, the quick shortcut buttons in the lower right corner of the program can be blocked by the help chat button (shown here: https://i.imgur.com/MFVi9pS.png ). Would it be possible to make the chat button something we can drag and drop elsewhere, or possibly move it to another space, so that this doesn't interfere?

Adding Client Files to Goals
My team and I love the functionality of goals! However, we found that it was limited to services, status update assessments, and time. We would love to see this expand into client files.
Ex: Goal of obtaining a driver's license or State ID can be met when a CM uploads "Personal Identification: Driver's License or State ID Card" into Client Files.

Make Current Living Situation visible in Client History
We would like to please request that the Current Living Situation (CLS) assessment be included in the Client history tab (or even better all of the HUD required assessments). This information is accessed often, so it would benefit many teams in our community if t is more accessible.

An agency would like the ability to auto exit clients at 100 and 300 days. Currently, implementations can not specify the days; please allow the ability to edit the picklist for the number of days for auto exit threshold.

Staff Screen: Audit Log Section
From the lens of a agency/program manager or System Administrator, it could be extremely useful to have an additional section on a user's staff screen (https://instance name.clarityhs.com/manage/staff/edit/user ID) that contains an Audit Log record (potentially below User Policy).
I envision this:
- As being a section that highlights activities to a certain page/row limit but is also downloadable to a csv (potentially with a selectable date range)
- Being tied to an access role
- Being utilized for general audits for security and activity review

An Access Role where the user can create new client records and edit them, but only have Read-Only access to all other clients
When training new HMIS users, we want them to practice creating new client records and editing the data in those records they have created. We also want them to be able to search for and read through other client records that others have created.
However, we DO NOT want them to be able to alter client records made by others. We have found that in the course of their training, trainees sometimes make accidental or uninformed changes to other client records. Allow modifying of units/unit configuration while a family occupies it to prevent circumstantial issues
Hello! I ran into an issue where I needed to add a newborn family member to the housing inventory for compliance reasons, but I could not add a bed to the unit without changing the unit configuration, and could not change the unit configuration while someone was occupying the space. It would be great if we could add members of the same family all at once (and retroactively in this case), or just allow us to change unit configurations with fewer restrictions.

Ability to "link forms from history"
It would be helpful to be able to link forms from history. Our CoC has outreach programs that work with clients in encampments. We have forms in our system that outreach workers can complete to assist with homeless certifications. They can fill out the forms in the field, at the client level. When those clients enter an ES program, having the ability to link those client level forms into the program enrollment can assist with the documentation needed to show the client is homeless and with staff completing homeless verification forms with the client. "Other" Files could be turned off or removed
We are trying to make our program intake process "paperless", by having staff scan and upload files to the client's enrollment. We want to be able to run a report and verify that all the necessary paperwork has been uploaded. With "Other" so easy to use, it does not work.
Every file category has a file name which is always available, "Other". It allows staff to enter their own file name. It cannot be removed; it is part of every category as soon as you create it. "Other" is too easy to use. We have literally thousands of "other" files.…

Add mapping of UserID in DIT
Similar to the way that we can map Program IDs or Service IDs when importing a file with the DIT, it would be helpful to be able to map User IDs so that the user who created a client or enrollment record in another database can be tracked in Clarity by linking to existing Clarity user IDs. Then the user can be associated with the Clarity enrollment rather than the file importer or "Admin" when using the DIT API.

Ability to add services to HoH progam enrollment only
When creating a service we'd love the ability to set services up so they can only be accessed/tracked/created in the HoH's program only. We have programs that we need to have users only track under the HoH. However, users sometimes forget and will track services under the second adult in the HH or under the children. This causes issues when we are running custom reports that are set to only pull information from the HoH and the services provided.

Add the ability to report on citizenship information in Looker
There are currently 2 fields in Clarity that collect information regarding a client's citizenship status (citizenstatus & uscitizen). However, neither of these fields are available for us to pull into Looker to build reports off of. We would like to have these 2 fields added so that we can pull a client's citizenship information.

Add a Clickable History Bar to the Top of Clarity
Clarity doesn't allow the back button on your browser to be used to instantly jump back to the previous page without a form re-submission. It would be great if there was a bar at the top of the page that showed 3 or 4 of the previous pages you were on, that way you could click on one to instantly return to that page.

Exporting File URL Link under Clients File Link field
Please allow downloading or exporting file links. Even though Clarity generates a link that is accessible through a context menu in the Data Table, the URL of the link is not an exportable or reportable value in Looker. My agency is developing an app that would allow navigating to files and audit those files in a more centrallized and faster manner, and the file links are a key feature of this application.

Add Housing Move-In Date Option to Status Update Assessments
Since the housing move-in date is on the enrollments page instead of the status update assessment, users will often leave the housing move-in date blank or are left confused since they frequently don't have that information when they initially enroll clients into a program. This can cause data errors. Could the housing move-in date be added as an option to status update assessments?

Allow End Users or Admins to Transition Head of Household Status and Corresponding Enrollment Data
Users will often enroll the incorrect family member as Head of Household then submit a request asking for help when they cannot move the status and enrollment data to the correct family member, leading to a tedious process to fix. This happens most frequently on VA program enrollments.

Allow System Admins to Send Mass Messages to End Users
