  1. In Career Services we often send out information on job openings and Career Fairs. Can you please add a function on the Career side of HMIS that allows for a mass email to be documented to the entire active caseload for this type of general correspondence as opposed to having to enter it over 100 times for each individual we are contacting. Thanks!~

  2. Improve scoring functionality for multi-select fields in the assessment processor. Allow users to score based on number of fields, or specific fields being selected without having to create a new condition for each possible combination of selections.

  3. When adding a new SSVF program in HMIS and auto provision is toggled on at Setup, a list of SSVF services are added to the agency, in addition to the SSVF services that are already there. So now there are multiple SSVF services with only one program toggled on in each service, when the multiple programs can be toggled on in just one service.

  4. When using Dark Mode in the new Clarity UI, the scroll bar is very difficult to see. i know a lot of folks probably just use the mouse wheel, but it could be useful to ensure this UI element has a higher contrast for folks who prefer using that.

  5. We regularly have programs that have a requirement for all of their clients to be entered into CES. We'd love to see a 'canned' report that can pull all clients enrolled in a program AND who are enrolled in (or not enrolled in) CES and who the assigned staff member is for their program.

    Example: Client is enrolled in SO program, report would pull client info, assigned staff info and have a 'yes' or 'no' indicating if the client has an active CES enrollment.

    This would help agencies/programs that have this requirement to pull a report, immediately see which clients…

  6. Please add the remaining enrollment data fields to the Client Enrollment Details report. It does not include income, disability status, etc. Our users need this for auditing purposes as printing to pdf on the enrollment screen results in web links covering up the top lines of the page.

  7. Please add enrollment CoC to the Program Roster to help users identify participants active within a specific period by the enrollment CoC or add a filter to the report so the roster can be filtered by CoC, or both.

  8. When clients are going from, for example, a RRH project managed by provider A that is now being managed by provider B, having the Reason for Leaving (exit_reason) picklist option "Project Transfer" would be most helpful for reporting.

  9. Users are able to have inconsistent data when they enter Y/ N to income, non-cash, health insurance and disability and have or do not have sources. Currently there is a warning that pops up when these occur, but we would like to prevent the user from saving the record with these data entry inconsistencies.

  10. When updating households that have a Head of Household with an existing enrollment it would be beneficial to have the newly added family members enrollment date be defaulted to the date of the head of household's enrollment vs today's date. This would create less household issues to cleanup later.

  11. Currently [JRSD-103] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout
    provides data on individual clients and on families. Without knowing the exact logic behind the report I would assume "families" is accounting for Clarity households, not only families with children. If the report could be updated to give counts on the number of clients AND the number of Households, rather than "families", there would be a more clear distinction.

  12. Please update the system to align with the data standards terminology by replacing program with project where applicable. We have to do a lot of extra work to explain to users (via documentation, training, etc.) that the system labeling isn't consistent with the definition of project. Thanks for your consideration!

  13. The documentation option goes away when a no permission is entered. We have to use the top files tab instead of using the upload pdf or e-sign options. It is a burden on case managers to add steps, and admins to check behind them.

  14. The longest Default term that we can set for an ROI is 10 years. In our community, our ROI's do not expire until the client changes their consent. Therefore, we are forced to enter a "fake" end date because the system requires one.

  15. Functionality is limited when communities want to use Clarity to track staff hours. If a staff doesn't have an activity that is directly tied to a specific client there is no way to record it. For example, if a staff member is called out to an encampment for clean up but doesn't provide any direct service to a client. Or if there's a mobile shower unit that distributes hygiene products but doesn't have enough time with clients to get any information about individual clients.   18. Need an option to duplicate a particular user's User Profile, including additional agencies. Click on a "Duplicate" button on a user's profile and it would create the exact settings including access role and additional agencies, leave personal info blank. When selecting additional agencies, allow either a dropdown menu with selection boxes or a search option, rather than the current very time-consuming method of scrolling through hundreds of agencies for each and every add.

  19. Disable the ability to scroll on a number field to increment/decrement the number value. We have found on our encampment screens that users are scrolling down on the setup screen to get to the bottom to save, but are inadvertently changing the values in our custom fields resulting in negative client counts. Even though we've added a WARNING that pops up if a negative number is entered, it does not prevent the client from saving the invalid value.

    I wanted to bring up a potential enhancement for HMIS reporting that could improve the accuracy and efficiency of service data tracking. During a recent review of our reporting processes, we identified a need for clearer aggregate totals in the Service Summary and Service Census reports to reduce manual calculations and improve data usability.

    Here are two possible enhancements that could benefit many HMIS users:
