  1. Zip codes may be associated with more than one city, however, Clarity sometimes forces the wrong city to be recorded.

    For example, when recording an address with zip code 94303, the Clarity will record the city as Palo Alto, though the actual address is in East Palo Alto. (See attachment.)

    This presents an issue in reporting because East Palo Alto is within our County, but Palo Alto is not. Having the flexibility to select any of the cities associated with a zip code would be a significant help.

  3. It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.

    In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).

    To give an example:
    Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.

    Let's say we train 2 users bringing us to 97/100. All 5 users come…

  6. It would be very helpful to have a search tool for the library. Some features:

    • Search all folders

    • Search by part of title or report number

    • Prompt suggested matches

    Nice to have:

    • Option to designate which folder to search in... i.e. Admin Reports only

  7. Customers are often need to create complicated Clarity screens, programs and services (assessments and/or program enrollment, update, exit screens). Because of the difficulty involved, admins like to build a first draft on a training site to make sure the new elements work the way they hope.

    Could there be feature that allows customers to copy these complicated screens, programs, and services from one instance to another, like a training site to a live site?

  8. At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

  11. We would like to be able to define "Program Related Activity" for auto-exits at the program level. The issue we are encountering is that we use a manual CE event as an administrative action for CE and this CE event, which is not indicative of program activity at our ES and SO projects, is preventing clients from appropriately auto-exiting from those ES and SO projects. We would like a way to not include these events while determining whether to auto-exit.

  12. When a user selects "add form" in the program Forms tab and then"upload form", and has not selected a form name, the file is uploaded with no title.

    This is causing reporting issues when tracking required program forms, and making it difficult to find specific uploaded documents in the Forms tab.

    We would like to please request that selecting a form template be required when uploading documents to forms.

  13. Please add a line for Client Doesn't Know/Client Prefers Not to Answer/Data Not Collected in the Sheltered Report age categories that coorespond with household category data entry into HDX.
    While the grand total of persons is at the bottom of the report, if someone refused a date of birth and there is not an approx date of birth in HMIS, that person is NOT counted in the household tallies and it makes data entry more difficult.
    We enter our unsheltered count into HMIS, and volunteers don't always enter an approx DOB or age range when administering surveys. We pay for…

  14. In Career Services we often send out information on job openings and Career Fairs. Can you please add a function on the Career side of HMIS that allows for a mass email to be documented to the entire active caseload for this type of general correspondence as opposed to having to enter it over 100 times for each individual we are contacting. Thanks!~

  15. You can only enter the service category for a service-based measure. It would be much more helpful to be able to choose the specific service item name instead. The categories are too broad to use them as measures.

  16. Improve scoring functionality for multi-select fields in the assessment processor. Allow users to score based on number of fields, or specific fields being selected without having to create a new condition for each possible combination of selections.

  17. When adding a new SSVF program in HMIS and auto provision is toggled on at Setup, a list of SSVF services are added to the agency, in addition to the SSVF services that are already there. So now there are multiple SSVF services with only one program toggled on in each service, when the multiple programs can be toggled on in just one service.

  18. When using Dark Mode in the new Clarity UI, the scroll bar is very difficult to see. i know a lot of folks probably just use the mouse wheel, but it could be useful to ensure this UI element has a higher contrast for folks who prefer using that.

  19. We regularly have programs that have a requirement for all of their clients to be entered into CES. We'd love to see a 'canned' report that can pull all clients enrolled in a program AND who are enrolled in (or not enrolled in) CES and who the assigned staff member is for their program.

    Example: Client is enrolled in SO program, report would pull client info, assigned staff info and have a 'yes' or 'no' indicating if the client has an active CES enrollment.

    This would help agencies/programs that have this requirement to pull a report, immediately see which clients…

  20. Please add the remaining enrollment data fields to the Client Enrollment Details report. It does not include income, disability status, etc. Our users need this for auditing purposes as printing to pdf on the enrollment screen results in web links covering up the top lines of the page.
