Knowing the number of views for Dashboards and Looks in Data Analysis would help admins determine which ones are useful.

Allow Screen/Program Copying from One Instance to Another (e.g. training site to live site)
Customers are often need to create complicated Clarity screens, programs and services (assessments and/or program enrollment, update, exit screens). Because of the difficulty involved, admins like to build a first draft on a training site to make sure the new elements work the way they hope.
Could there be feature that allows customers to copy these complicated screens, programs, and services from one instance to another, like a training site to a live site?

[PRIVACY/SECURITY] Consent Refused Toggle: Make Available for Shared Records (between Agencies)
At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

Goals Template
You can only enter the service category for a service-based measure. It would be much more helpful to be able to choose the specific service item name instead. The categories are too broad to use them as measures.

Scoring multi-select fields in assessment processors
Improve scoring functionality for multi-select fields in the assessment processor. Allow users to score based on number of fields, or specific fields being selected without having to create a new condition for each possible combination of selections.

SSVF services
When adding a new SSVF program in HMIS and auto provision is toggled on at Setup, a list of SSVF services are added to the agency, in addition to the SSVF services that are already there. So now there are multiple SSVF services with only one program toggled on in each service, when the multiple programs can be toggled on in just one service.

Higher contrast on scroll bar in new Clarity UI
When using Dark Mode in the new Clarity UI, the scroll bar is very difficult to see. i know a lot of folks probably just use the mouse wheel, but it could be useful to ensure this UI element has a higher contrast for folks who prefer using that.

Report: Program enrollment & CE Enrollment
We regularly have programs that have a requirement for all of their clients to be entered into CES. We'd love to see a 'canned' report that can pull all clients enrolled in a program AND who are enrolled in (or not enrolled in) CES and who the assigned staff member is for their program.
Example: Client is enrolled in SO program, report would pull client info, assigned staff info and have a 'yes' or 'no' indicating if the client has an active CES enrollment.
This would help agencies/programs that have this requirement to pull a report, immediately see which clients…

enrollment report
Please add the remaining enrollment data fields to the Client Enrollment Details report. It does not include income, disability status, etc. Our users need this for auditing purposes as printing to pdf on the enrollment screen results in web links covering up the top lines of the page.

Update Project Roster to include enrollment CoC
Please add enrollment CoC to the Program Roster to help users identify participants active within a specific period by the enrollment CoC or add a filter to the report so the roster can be filtered by CoC, or both.

Adding "Project Transfer" to field exit_reason
When clients are going from, for example, a RRH project managed by provider A that is now being managed by provider B, having the Reason for Leaving (exit_reason) picklist option "Project Transfer" would be most helpful for reporting.

Front End Data Validation for Income, Non-Cash, Health Insurance., Disability
Users are able to have inconsistent data when they enter Y/ N to income, non-cash, health insurance and disability and have or do not have sources. Currently there is a warning that pops up when these occur, but we would like to prevent the user from saving the record with these data entry inconsistencies.

Enrollment dates for other members of households
When updating households that have a Head of Household with an existing enrollment it would be beneficial to have the newly added family members enrollment date be defaulted to the date of the head of household's enrollment vs today's date. This would create less household issues to cleanup later.

Ability to create multiple current living situations (CLS) across programs for one client
Ability to create multiple current living situations (CLS) across programs for one client as to avoid Auto exit and help eliminate extra work for outreach staff. Similar to the way household members CLS can be updated all at once or just certain ones. There should be the same thing with the programs that clients are enrolled in. This way staff are saving time entering data and can focus on helping the clients.

Update Headers in [JRSD-103] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout
Currently [JRSD-103] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout
provides data on individual clients and on families. Without knowing the exact logic behind the report I would assume "families" is accounting for Clarity households, not only families with children. If the report could be updated to give counts on the number of clients AND the number of Households, rather than "families", there would be a more clear distinction.1 vote -
Update Program to Project system wide
Please update the system to align with the data standards terminology by replacing program with project where applicable. We have to do a lot of extra work to explain to users (via documentation, training, etc.) that the system labeling isn't consistent with the definition of project. Thanks for your consideration!

Allow for Documentation for "no" Permission ROI
The documentation option goes away when a no permission is entered. We have to use the top files tab instead of using the upload pdf or e-sign options. It is a burden on case managers to add steps, and admins to check behind them.

Do not require end date for "yes" ROI Permission
The longest Default term that we can set for an ROI is 10 years. In our community, our ROI's do not expire until the client changes their consent. Therefore, we are forced to enter a "fake" end date because the system requires one.
