  2. After creating a new Funding Source there isn’t a way to
    • Modify Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields, they are grayed out or
    • I also can’t Delete Funding Source.

    We need to have Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields and delete Funding Source option available.

  3. We know that staff creating/updating any screen (enrollment, assessment, service) is available in Looker. But it is completely baffling that this information is not immediately visible in the front-end of Clarity, from the history tab, etc. A supervisor or another program staff member should be able to click on a history tab, assessments screen, etc. and immediately see who completed a certain action. This is necessary for really basic management.

  4. It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).

  7. Please allow System Administrators to set Audit Log permissions by role. Agency Managers regularly need to perform data quality checks to see who made what change to a certain field.

  8. Rather than having a text field for geocodes, it would be more convenient for admins to have a picklist of available geocodes. To limit the geocodes that appear in picklists, perhaps the full set of HUD geocodes be established as a System Variable setting where admins could choose which geocodes would appear in geocode picklists.

  11. Zip codes may be associated with more than one city, however, Clarity sometimes forces the wrong city to be recorded.

    For example, when recording an address with zip code 94303, the Clarity will record the city as Palo Alto, though the actual address is in East Palo Alto. (See attachment.)

    This presents an issue in reporting because East Palo Alto is within our County, but Palo Alto is not. Having the flexibility to select any of the cities associated with a zip code would be a significant help.

  13. Clarity would be so much more robust and flexible if client privacy settings were tied to the client and not the agency. Our community offers clients the ability to revoke consents. We also import data from another system so we are forced to choose between database health (client matching on) or client privacy. All of these issues would be resolved if client privacy was set at the client level vs. the agency.

  14. It would be very, very helpful to be able to see the HUD destination at program exit in the program history screen. As of now, we have to click into the program and click over to the exit screen to see this.

  15. We can use Clarity to match clients to programs based on defined criteria. What about matching clients to clients? Communities who look at shared housing as a means to more PH placements (as opposed to single occupancy) might be very interested in functionality that facilitates roommate matching as part of CE processes.

  20. Please improve the functionality of the Availability Listing section. Specifically, give users the ability to edit the (poorly named) "additional notes" field, where we list the most distinguishing information about a unit -- address, Unit or Apt. # or a letter. While these listings get IDs within looker, front end users don't have access to that.

    Very often with our units at a YMCA or YWCA, the specific unit for the referral gets changed to a different number. Since it cannot be edited once a match has been made, it becomes enormously confusing for all the CE partners to keep…
