Quality of life improvements are requested for threshold time-outs for the outreach module such as notifications, clarifying when a client meets a time threshold and is removed on audit logs, extending someone with a check-in or something similar, etc. (It seems as though the threshold is causing major issues, but it is our only way to remove someone from an encampment where they don’t enter another encampment. It’s also an inevitable removal from an encampment so staff are consistently tasked to check on a daily basis whether someone was removed manually or just timed out from their initial addition to…

The potential exit report (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/115002592727--EXIT-101-Potential-Exits) currently does not factor in custom (enrollment-connected) assessments for figuring out whether the client can be exited. It does factor in services; we often use assessments in place for services because services are simply not robust enough. Please consider upgrading this report.

  5. Standardize system logic for "deceased." Outreach module already indicates if the participants is housed/deceased (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/1500003859462-Clarity-Human-Services-April-2021-Feature-Updates) this should be standardized across the system. And should include warnings when a deceased participant is being enrolled with a start date of the deceased date.

  6. We use passwords to allow access to some screens.

    Using the userID as live marker will allow us to create constraints that will allow users to access the screen.

  7. In order to be considered for PSH opportunities, a participant must have documentation of disability as well as chronicity. Some individuals have enough history in HMIS under the Programs tab to be considered documented for the chronicity requirement of Chronic Homelessness and if there were a field that added that history together and gave us a yes or no answer, this could decrease the barriers in obtaining PSH opportunities.

  8. The ability to run Program Review Data Quality reports for all programs in an agency would be very helpful. We have agencies with 10+ programs and having to run reports for each program is extremely time consuming. If we had the ability to choose "all programs" it would save me multiple hours per week.

  10. In Looker, there is a unique ID field for housing opportunities that are created in Clarity on the Availability screen. Our users would like this ID to appear on the Availability screen once an opportunity has been created, similar to how the Client Unique ID field functions. In addition, our users would like this ID to appear in the opening dropdown of the reassign section when matching clients to housing opportunities.   13. A customer has requested the ability to have an indicator on the Profile screen that notes if a client is housed in their system. This could be done with the ability to deploy a Live Marker for "Housing Move-In Date Entered" on the profile screen or the creation of a new Live Marker that calculates a "housed" status across the system. This live marker in conjunction with the "Warning" functionality could provide a quick display of housed status.

  15. I often times need to run the same report for all of our agencies. However, I am only able to schedule the report for 1 agency, when I attempt to schedule this for more then 1 it will override the previous agencies scheduled report.

  16. We regularly need to filter services by the staff who completed them. The Service Census (https://get.clarityhs.help/hc/en-us/articles/115002702508--GNRL-103-Service-Census) report includes this information as a drill-down in Web view, but no similar info in Excel - right where we need to filter it. Please either include this in Excel view automatically or as a drilldown format option.

  17. When a Clarity user leaves and agency, there should be a way to switch all clients on that user's caseload en masse and change them to another assigned staff member, rather than having to go to each client's program page individually.

  18. The Coordinated Entry Services have a very, very helpful "result" field that would be great to have in other types of Services. Agencies should be able to customize these. This would make Services actually helpful for tracking external referrals and connections to benefits, etc.

  19. This year, because of COVID, HUD has allowed communities to pull unsheltered PIT data from HMIS rather than conduct an in-person count. In California, 7 of the 44 CoCs chose to go this route. It would be helpful to have a pre-programmed system-wide report in Clarity to look at enrollments in SSO, SO, and CE programs where the prior living situation is unsheltered. There are other uses for such a report beyond the PIT, such as with identifying individuals for CE or for community-wide by-name lists.
