Full smartphone compatibility

Full mobile compatibility is generally a given in 2022. If this was a revenue-generating activity, we'd be leaving millions on the table. We're leaving thousands of folks behind (especially in low resource parts of King county) by not having full smartphone compatibility for field workers

It would help in collecting data for funding opportunities, as well as connecting outreach workers to a central data source which can create equity in reporting.

With the NOFO for Outreach and Rural Communities funding , this will be essential to fulfill data requirements for outreach teams, in addition for clients using clarity through the client portal.

Several of our users would like improved functionality on their smartphones. Currently, we only see that we can access Clarity through the phone's web browser, and access is not optimized for a phone screen. Are there any plans for app access or, at least, screen optimization features?
