Stand Alone Looker Organization
We would like to be able to see in the stand alone looker which reports have been published to Clarity, the last time they were viewed, and be able identify which reports use specific fields as they change and/or become obsolete so that we can identify looks that are going to break.

Dashboard filter combining Or statements
Would it be possible to add the ability to filter by OR statements in a Dashboard, specifically something like "if the client checked yes to question 1 OR checked yes to question 2, show them in this filter"? We can do this at the individual Look level using a custom dimension, but for dashboards where we need to quickly enable or disable such a filter for 25+ looks at once for data analysis this could present difficulties.

Automatically publish fields to Customer Data Model
When custom fields are added in Clarity Human Services, they are not available to customers with the Customer Data Model (SQL) unless they specifically ask Bitfocus to add them, one field at a time. It would be great if these fields could "automatically" be added and available in the Customer Data Model without having to have a separate request. This automation could occur on a regular daily/weekly/monthly schedule which makes most sense.

Be able to add buttons or links to custom screens as a field type
It would be really helpful if we could add buttons that either act as hyperlinks, or just hyperlinks in the form of text on custom screens that could direct users to other screens or even important reference documentation (like HUD documents for example).

Ability To Hide Names in Recent Clients List
For security, it would be great to have the ability to either hide the names in Recent Clients list or to show their searchable ID's instead of names. This would be helpful when working in an open office environment and you want to access the client search screen.

Limited System Admin Access Role for Comparable Databases
For VSPs who use system admins outside of their agency, there are concerns with client privacy based on this line from the database manual.
"Access to a comparable database is controlled by the VSP. Only staff who work directly with survivors and have a “need to know” professional basis, their supervisors, and agency administrators should be able to view specific client data"
With this in mind, a new access role for admins of comparable databases using Clarity is being suggested. this access role should allow admins to log into Clarity and pull aggregate reports such as APRs, SPMs, LSA data…

Block ROI Uploads from an Agency
Our CoC creates partnership agencies, which allow workers from multiple organizations to access their collaborative projects. We want all new client profiles and ROIs to be created under the primary program agencies.
Please create an option to block users from being able to upload ROIs if they are logged into specific agencies.

Allow ROIs Uploaded by Agencies Who Go Inactive to Remain Valid
Currently, if an agency is inactivated, all ROIs uploaded by that agency become invalid and any clients relying on those active ROIs get an "ROI missing banner". Our ROIs are set up for the entire CoC, so the agency uploading them is not relevant to the ROI's validity.
Please add an option so ROIs can remain valid, even if the uploading agency has been inactivated.

add Head of household IDs to HMIS Performance Looker Model
It would be useful to have fields for Enrollment HoH ID, and Global Household HoH ID that can be added as fields to the HMIS Performance model.
This would allow us to run reports on household data and check to see who is the head of household at the enrollment level and at the Global level for checking the accuracy of the data.
This would help identify when global households separate into different enrollments, whether for valid reasons or not.

Start Date and End Date Validation
Before saving a Start Date or End Date, validate the date is a valid calendar date. This could also check for dates recorded prior to 1/1/1915 as noted in HMIS Reporting Glossary. This could also check for dates in the future and give a warning message when the user saves that it is a date in the future to confirm accuracy. This could apply to both enrollments and services.

Turn on IP whitelisting and MFA at Agency Level only
Instead of only turning on IP whitelisting and MFA at the system level, it should also be able to be turned on/off at the Agency level so only some agencies are affected. This will add more flexibility to security policies.

Create a separate access right for the referrals tab in client records
Currently the Referrals access right allows both the Global REFERRALS tab and the REFERRALS tab in client records. There are multiple use cases where we need users to have access to one or the other but not both of these. We would like to be able to separately assign rights to the referrals tab in client records. UI Updates
It can be inconvenient to need to move to a different tab when adding client data. Some tabs, like Contact for instance, might fit under the profile, but having it as a separate tab leaves it in a view that many users rarely look at to see if it's populated.
Another suggestion was to incorporate all family members in a single view that incorporates all of

Change INVENTORY Dashboard Sharing Settings to CoC-Based
Currently, the INVENTORY dashboard can be shared by Agency, Coordinated Entry Group, or at the System level. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. For this reason, it would be beneficial if the INVENTORY dashboard shared shared by CoC instead of systemwide. This way units made in one CoC are not visible to the entire instance when the sharing setting is set to System.
This was an idea brought forward during discussions with Washington Commerce and King County.

Allow Inventory Screen to be Created for each CoC or Referral Setting
Currently, Inventory screens are system-level screens that cannot be copied. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. Each CoC manages its housing stock, they have separate CE systems, and reporting is completed by each CoC.
Each CoC may want to implement Inventory but need to record different information using custom fields on the housing inventory screens.
Since the Inventory screens cannot be copied, each CoC would either need to agree on a set of custom fields, see each other's fields, or use complex constraints and configurations to hide the fields from each CoC, making…

Direct link to Bitfocus help pages
In the system currently, if one has questions about a particular page, they need to open another browser tab and navigate to the Bitfocus Help Center. Once there, they need to hope they are using the correct search terms to find the information they are looking for.
My suggestion is to have a link on each Clarity page that would take you directly to the relevant Help page(s) for additional information.

Edit additional fields in Add Contact
Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).
