  2. Allow for the ability to reorder slots in the service setup. Currently they are limited to the order they were created in. This is an issue when trying to organize rooms that are created later but need to be grouped with other rooms within the same section.

  3. Allow for the option to set reservations without an end date. Currently an end date is required, and it is not always known how long the client will be staying in the bed. This is also to avoid providers having to extend reservations unnecessarily.

  4. Allow for notes to be recorded for all types of services, regardless of service delivery types. Perhaps this can be a new toggle in the service setup that will show/hide the notes box.

  5. The ability to run Program Review Data Quality reports for all programs in an agency would be very helpful. We have agencies with 10+ programs and having to run reports for each program is extremely time consuming. If we had the ability to choose "all programs" it would save me multiple hours per week.

  6. Password requirements are clearly stated in the Help Center, but when a user is actually selecting a password, there could be more specific feedback on which requirements are not being met.

  7. We recently implemented Coordinated Entry, with the policy that only clients who scored higher than a certain threshold (that would be periodically adjusted to match the amount of available housing) would be added to the Housing Queue. After three months, we have many (400+) clients referred directly to the Housing Queue, most of whom do not have scores that meet our threshold score criteria. How can we prevent providers assessing clients from making direct referrals to the Community Queue unless the client's assessment reaches the threshold score?

  8. It would be handy to have a tool for merging Agencies in Clarity for those times when service providers merge organizations or when we have set up an Agency for a temporary purpose that later needs to be merged into the primary Agency.

The tool would facilitate the move of services, programs, staff, sharing departments, and sites from a source Agency to a destination Agency. It should also indicate when there are potential sharing limitations resulting from the merge.

  9. This includes being able to scan a client card to assign them to a reservation, as well as scanning the card to mark the client as present. For marking attendance, this should be set up in a way that allows a provider to continuously scan cards to mark attendance without having to change pages or click between clients. The goal is to use cards to increase the efficiency of the process and reduce time spent clicking on reservation slots.

  10. Allow for custom warnings on services that will prompt for an engagement date. For example, if a service is being provided in an outreach program that would only be provided to clients after they are engaged, the system should prompt the user to confirm if the client is engaged, and if so, record an engagement date. That should update the engagement date on the entry for that enrollment.

  11. Ability to set up staff prompts during assessments. For example, when starting a new assessment, have a prompt appear that reminds the staff to wear mask, or provide some specific instructions on how to complete the assessment.

  12. Please consider fixing this flaw in the software:

Based on the way the screen appears when one opens automated messages, users can easily assume that they can send a response. My understanding is that these messages don’t really land anywhere; they go into some vortex, thought the sender can see a history in their own message inbox. This is confusing. Users cannot or should not respond to “admin admin” however the interface makes it appear that they could reply and some, in fact, have. Some users have thought that responding would generate a message within the current referral page that…

  13. This year, because of COVID, HUD has allowed communities to pull unsheltered PIT data from HMIS rather than conduct an in-person count. In California, 7 of the 44 CoCs chose to go this route. It would be helpful to have a pre-programmed system-wide report in Clarity to look at enrollments in SSO, SO, and CE programs where the prior living situation is unsheltered. There are other uses for such a report beyond the PIT, such as with identifying individuals for CE or for community-wide by-name lists.

  14. For all HUD fields, add the Data Element (DE), Implementation Date (if field is new, date added), Retirement Date (if field is no longer being used, when it was retired).

Our agency does data sharing, mainly HUD data elements, with other entities. However, we used HUD CSV export document to identify HUD fields which made it difficult to map back to the database fields.

  15. Usually when I am running a DQX or APR report, I want the report in at least two, if not all three, formats. It's time-consuming to go through and re-select all the options to run the same report in a different format. Thanks!

  16. Objective: Only show relevant fields on report.

    1. If the field is hidden on the screen, then hide the field in the report.

Reason: With the addition of the hide function on the screens, there might be fields that may not make sense to the end user and will display on the report.
Outcome: Any field that is hidden on the screen will not show up on the report.

    1. If data is not applicable, then show "Not Applicable."

Reason: There are fields that are not applicable to all project types and may not appear on the the screens. Also, the cascading…

  17. I would like the different report categories to be listed alphabetically by report name rather than by the code that Bitfocus (or Clarity) assigns the report. It is frustrating to scroll through some of the longer categories (like Administrator Reports) trying to find the title of the report that you want to run. I am constantly missing my titles (probably because I'm scrolling faster than I can read), but if it was alphabetical, I wouldn't have any problem at all.

  18. Our implementation has multiple CoC's and sometimes we want to pull an APR for more than one CoC but we cannot. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports as System Administrator across the system to include any/all agencies and projects no matter what CoC they are in.
