  1. It would be useful to be able to link files to specific services. For example when we enter a Rapid Rehousing financial service I'd like to be able to link the associated file back up to that specific service.

  2. Enable the ability in Data Analytics to set visibility for individual items (looks/dashboards) similar to reports in the Report Library. We would like to be able to create a "Clarity System" level report and then be able to make it visible through Data Analytics to a specific CoC/Agency/Role. That way the item is not visible to all agencies or Data Analytics users. The only way to do this now is to create the item (dashboard/look) in the folder for each agency separately; which makes managing changes cumbersome to update.

  3. Custom services are great because they can be set on either an agency or system level. This means that agency managers can set them up. This is NOT the case for the new Note categories field, which can only be set in the field editor - and therefore flow across the entire system and can only be set by system admins. This makes no sense.   4. Combine the process of providing services and recording a current living situation (CLS). Ideally, when providing a service in an outreach program, an additional section on the service would prompt to fill out a CLS assessment. The goal is to make sure that CLS is recorded each time a service is given, and is done on the same page and through the same process to save staff time. The standard CLS process should also be available in case an outreach worker contacts a client without providing a service.

  5. Clarity would be so much more robust and flexible if client privacy settings were tied to the client and not the agency. Our community offers clients the ability to revoke consents. We also import data from another system so we are forced to choose between database health (client matching on) or client privacy. All of these issues would be resolved if client privacy was set at the client level vs. the agency.

  6. We would like to please request that the project name be included in Referral Notification emails. When receiving a referral notification, users who have multiple agency access switch from agency to agency until they can open the referral without an “access denied” warning.

  7. In order to be considered for PSH opportunities, a participant must have documentation of disability as well as chronicity. Some individuals have enough history in HMIS under the Programs tab to be considered documented for the chronicity requirement of Chronic Homelessness and if there were a field that added that history together and gave us a yes or no answer, this could decrease the barriers in obtaining PSH opportunities.

  8. Update the Client Privacy functionality to allow for marking clients private even when they are associated with multiple agencies. Currently, this option is disabled if the client has multiple agencies working with them, and there are cumbersome workarounds to get the client data protected when needed. This enhancement should allow us to mark the client private, and then data will be limited to the agencies that are currently working with the client.   9. Allow for a filter option in the outreach module map view to either show the clients location based on their most recent geolocation (current functionality), OR show clients everywhere that they have been contacted in a given time period. Currently, encampments often look underreported when they have a population that frequently moves between encampments. Showing all locations will help to correct this.

  11. Some agencies use Global HHIDs to track characteristics of households they serve over multiple enrollments, however, not all clients have a Global HHID. Even for households of one, it would helpful if these were assigned and if documentation were provided to CoCs about how a Global HHID changes as the household composition changes.

  13. I often times need to run the same report for all of our agencies. However, I am only able to schedule the report for 1 agency, when I attempt to schedule this for more then 1 it will override the previous agencies scheduled report.

  16. We have the ability to copy the configuration of our Live Clarity production instance to our training instance as a single one-off task. It would be great to automate that task so that it is done automatically on a regular schedule.

  17. What we would like to do is be able to put a date to have the system auto inactivate a user. We often know ahead of time when a users' last date of employment or access will be, it would be nice if we could enter that last date of access and have the system move them to inactive once that date occurs.

Please add an overall data quality score % (preferably with a corresponding letter grade; 90-100 = A, 80-89 = B, etc) to the top of the existing [HUDX-225]/[HUDX-225-AD] HMIS Data Quality reports available in Clarity. The denominator of this score would be the sum of all possible data quality issues per table row in the report and the numerator is the sum of all total number of errors identified per table row (all in line with the programming specifications in the HMIS Standard Reporting Terminology Glossary).

We would be looking to have an option added to the "queueremovereason" picklist that says something along the lines of "Housed in Non-HMIS Inventory", so that when these situations arise end users can remove the client from the Community Queue and select a more appropriate reason for removal.
