Many users in our CoC would like to be able to run a report of the active clients in their projects, particularly Street Outreach or Emergency Shelter, and see the status of these clients in the Coordinated Entry System. The issue right now is that the CES data is owned by another agency, so sharing settings do not allow users to pull both their agency's data and the CES data. Similar to the functionality under launchpad>merge where a program enrollment can be moved, generate functionality to move assessments/services/notes etc that are incorrectly entered under one client record to a different client record. Currently when end user enter this information incorrectly under one client, we must delete the record and advise the end user to re-enter the information into the appropriate client record. This functionality could save case managers time from having to re-enter data.

  4. As a larger agency we have many contracts that are not managed by any CoC and require programs for us to record our work. Many delays occur with setup and particular needs of those necessary programs. We wish to record data into Clarity in order to provide a robust picture of available services in the county as well as to show impact in regional data analysis that happens when it comes to system performance.

    It would be great if agencies could have a designated Agency Administrator that would have access to:
    -Create programs
    -Create funding codes (if needed)
    -Create custom…

  5. Currently, multi-select fields are only available to be set up by BitFocus. Instead, system admins need to use multiple checkbox fields for each option. Typically, select-all-that-apply questions have many, many choices (even when those questions are designed well and thoughtfully). This quickly eats into custom field limits and custom field publishing to data analysis (both of which are very bad design elements themselves). Please improve this.

  6. It appears as though a client who is on the queue, gets referred to a program and then denied due to no contact is counting as activity to keep them active (and no auto exit due to inactivity) even if they have no other system activity. Changing this so that a denial due to no contact is not counted as system activity to keep someone on queue would help with queue maintenance.

  7. Add functionality to bulk delete or mark all as read for Clarity messages. Some of our users have hundreds of message notifications of referrals because of our recent CES migration, and they would like a quick way to clear them out.

  8. End users have provided a lot of feedback in our implementation about reading through case notes in Clarity. They find it time consuming to open each individual case note to read the notes, or to run the "Case Notes" report on the Client Profile.

    It would be very helpful to have a pop up window that displays the note details when you hover over the case note. This would be similar to the way Referral notes are set up; if you hover over the "comment" icon for the Referral on the history tab, a pop up window appears and displays…

  9. I would like to propose a CLS notification for Street Outreach & ES projects every 90 days, to ensure that clients are not dormant in the system and they are tracked accurately to reflect their updated housing condition.

  12. Personal ID (as opposed to Unique ID) is included in the data extracts for Federal HMIS Partner submissions. Errors in those submissions will identify offending records by Personal ID, however, there's no easy way to search for a record.

    Allowing search by Personal ID would be a huge help to the users who are troubleshooting the Federal HMIS Partner uploads.

  13. When someone enters their password incorrectly too many times, the system tells them they are "banned" and to try again later but doesn't say when. I have been told that when you are banned, the system locks you out for two hours, and if you try to log in again during that two hour window, the clock restarts. Not telling the user this in the ban alert means that they may try to log back in in 5 minutes or half an hour, etc., and have no idea that they are pushing their ability to log in for another two…

  14. I've noticed the imagery available in the Outreach module appears to be older than what’s available on Google Maps, making it more difficult to pinpoint where encampments are based on foliage and landmarks.

    Another idea that would help in similar cases is allowing encampment locations to be entered manually as lon/lat coordinates. It could use that location as a node from which the shape of the encampment could be drawn.

If there was an additional tab within the System Variables set up to include/allow Census Data (or even HUD's CoC Analysis Tool data), communities could use this data to easily analyze potential disparities within their CoC(s). This information could be exposed in Looker to create Looks and dashboards to begin/continue data driven approaches for systemwide improvement.

  18. In order to clean up our Coordinated Entry and Community Queue data, we sometimes need to re-enter/edit/backdate referrals. Our COC analyzes metrics like time between referral date to housing, referral date to program entry, etc. and applying the current system date when adding a referral isn't always accurate.

  19. Being able to go directly from the outreach client screen to a specific profile tab, such as services, assessments or notes would make it more efficient to make profile changes for multiple clients one after another. Right now the only link from the outreach client screen goes to the profile overview tab, and our users would like quicker access to other tabs, such as assessments and services.
