Add new/existing user First and Last name on User Policy when signing agreement.
Previously, when our users signed or re-signed their user agreement, the user's first and last name would show and the user would sign, date and save it.
We just had an issue where one of our users needed to re-sign/update their agreement and instead of showing her first and last name on the agreement, it showed one of her clients first and last name she was last working on in HMIS.
We had the expression {$CLIENTFULLNAME} on the User Policy Enforcement section to bring in the name of the user who was signing, but according to the Bitfocus team, this is for client ROIs.
We were told it would be best to remove this and just have the signature and date expression on there.
I think with any user agreement that is signed (or most documents any of us come across), it normally asks for a "Printed First and Last Name" and a signature.
I would like Bitfocus to implement a way to add the First and Last name of the user who is signing or re-signing the User Agreement.
