User Admin - Manual Increase of License Caps
It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.
In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).
To give an example:
Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.
Let's say we train 2 users bringing us to 97/100. All 5 users come back from leave. In this scenario, 2 of the 5 who went on temporarily leave now trigger an activation fee. It can get somewhat messy to know who to bill the activation fee in this case.
Being able to manually purchase an allocation or license cap increase can solve this issue for license and user management activities. Currently we can do this by simply adding licenses over our cap, being able to have a button or process to do this without creating a new license would be helpful.
