  2. "Our street outreach team would like to have cascading work for Current Living Situation records even for their long term clients. The ability to cascade is based on enrollment start date, but why can’t it be based (at least for the CLS) on the amount of days since the previous one was recorded?

    They have long term clients they work with and as you know, recording a CLS “outreach contact” is no longer a quick service transaction in Clarity – it takes longer for them to fill out the assessment page."

  4. A way to favorite resources in the Customer Portal resource directory so users are easily able to find their most important resources, and add notes about them. Also have them appear on the Locations tab within the Portal for easy access

  5. Allow for a tracked characteristic to be built off the AMI data uploaded to system variables to ensure that an AMI tracked characteristic can be created to directly match the AMI eligibility that is set up under a program. This will aid matchmakers in making appropriate referrals from the queue.

  6. Rather than making two versions of an assessment where one program has extra questions, could we make something where we make a display constraint on specific questions, such that if a client is in a specific program then questions populate, but hide otherwise? Thank you!

  8. Customer would like the ability to set a Daily Attendance or Multiple Attendance service to toggle on both options, "Tracking Time is Adjustable" and "Track Time per Attendance". Currently by setting time tracking as adjustable, an attendance service cannot be associated with a service attendance record.

    On the database side, the field clientservicetracking.refdate is not populated unless “Track Time per Attendance” is on, which associates it with the clientservice_dates table. If “Tracking Time is Adjustable” is toggled on, then “Track Time per Attendance” is automatically turned off and removed as an

  10. Having a project type field on the UCT screen causes confusion because reports pull the project type of the program connected to INVENTORY. If the field on the UCT screen does not match the program's project type, this has been a source of data quality issues. When these DQ issues occur, this cannot be fixed by a sys admin.

  11. Because of the LSA, we found out we had closed out programs that still had inventories open. Please make it so that the system ends everything with an open date with the same ending date as the program end date. There's no reason to have open bed inventory when the program ends.

  12. I came across the following scenario, which I believe will cause data entry errors for our users. The issue is that if a provider deletes a client’s reservation from the Availability screen, the opportunity becomes available, but the client remains matched to the opportunity. My recommendation would be to remove the delete button from the availability screen if a housing opportunity has a pending referral.

    Scenario:
    Client is referred to a housing opportunity through the Community Queue.
    Reservation is deleted on the Availability screen

  14. When you create a new funding source, the picklist currently has options for HUD: COC - Homeless Preventions, HUD: COC - Supportive Services Only, HUD: ESG - Street Outreach, etc. etc. etc., then lets you put in the fund start date, Grant ID, Grant start date, amount.

    Make it so that the "Funding Source" picklist only shows the base type of funding, such as, "HUD: COC", "HUD: ESG", "VA: VASH", etc. removing the subtype of funding, the "- Supportive Services Only", "- Rapid Re-Housing", etc. part of the funding source.

  15. Since the Quality of Date of Birth field can be reported as "approximate or partial DOB reported" the system should allow users to record a partial DOB.

    Perhaps allow 00 (zeros) to be used in the date of birth field- ex. 00/00/2003

    Some providers, such as DV agencies, may only collect partial DOBs (just the year) and don't want to record false day/ month data.

  16. We would like the housing opening notifications to be a separate user access role. We have several queues in our community for ES and PH. The teams who make referrals to ES do not need to get an email notification for PH Housing openings/availability for agencies/programs they do not have access to in Clarity.

  18. We have noticed data entry issues where a users enters an amount for an income source and then changes the source to "no." The amount continues to exist and is reported in Looker if the source toggle is set to no. Please either prevent the user from changing the source toggle to no without also removing the amount or automatically delete the amount when the source toggle is changed to no.

  19. Inventory allows the flexibility to connect units to multiple programs under the same building. Many communities have configured Inventory this way and want to see unit information by program, not building. However, there isn't a program's agency field available.

    Adding a program's agency filter to the Inventory module would allow users to view the information by program. Additionally, having a field in Looker available for program agency will also aid in creating custom reports.
