Improve workflow for entering services after program exit has already been entered
When a user has to update Services after a Program Exit has already been entered, they have to re-open the entire enrollment and make the changes and then close it back down again. This design seems like a means to make sure services are not outside of the range of the program start and end dates, but it doesn't actually work because you can put in a service outside of the program start and end dates.

Allow Notes and Public Alerts to be Imported with the DIT
Most agencies that we integrate have client notes and public alerts that should be imported into HMIS, but the DIT doesn't support this. It would be helpful for new agencies and the team doing the integration if notes and public alerts could be imported using the DIT.

Allow Custom Services to be Deleted with the DIT
If System Admins can upload Custom Services through the XML DIT, they should also be able to delete Custom Services. Our organization recently integrated a new agency into HMIS with a large quantity of custom services, but one of those services is misleading and should be removed from the system. We have no way to do this because "custom services are not supported for deletion using the DIT, only HUD-defined services".

Ability to enter a date in the future that would switch user to inactive.
What we would like to do is be able to put a date to have the system auto inactivate a user. We often know ahead of time when a users' last date of employment or access will be, it would be nice if we could enter that last date of access and have the system move them to inactive once that date occurs.

Link Reservations to Inventory
Link the reservation features with the new Inventory platform. These two functionalities should be closely integrated so that providers can reserve clients to specific rooms/slots/beds, mark attendance, and allow for reporting on how clients are tied to programs and funding sources in the Inventory setup.

Assign multiple people to a single room (to allow for tracking household members or partners).
Allow for the assignment of multiple clients per slot to facilitate household data collection. Currently, only one person can be assigned to a reservation, and this makes households difficult to pull data for. It would be much more streamlined if providers could assign multiple clients to a single room and have that reflected on the slot view as well as when pulling reports/Looks.

Allow users to have access to another agency but not all projects at the agency
We have many users that may need access to just one project at another agency but currently there is no way to set that up. If there was a way to allow a user to be at one agency and have access to another agency but not all of the projects within this would be very helpful.

CLS cascading request
"Our street outreach team would like to have cascading work for Current Living Situation records even for their long term clients. The ability to cascade is based on enrollment start date, but why can’t it be based (at least for the CLS) on the amount of days since the previous one was recorded?
They have long term clients they work with and as you know, recording a CLS “outreach contact” is no longer a quick service transaction in Clarity – it takes longer for them to fill out the assessment page."

Link to Unit Card from Units/Bed Tab in Program Enrollment

A way to favorite resources in the Customer Portal resource directory so users are easily able to find their most important resources, and add notes about them. Also have them appear on the Locations tab within the Portal for easy access

Allow usage of Departments for Additional Agency Access
Our community has programs that are interagency and at times we need to create additional agencies in which staff from multiple agencies have access and track information.
Allowing us to set up departments under their additional agency access would be helpful in ensuring people are able to see what is going on, but only access the programs they are supposed to. It would cut down on accidental enrollments into incorrect programs.4 votes -

We would like a pre-calculated field in Looker that shows a count of the CURRENT enrollment household. The only existing fields now show a static count at the time of entry but that can change as household members get exited or new ones enter.

Create display constraint based on program (program name or program identifier)
Rather than making two versions of an assessment where one program has extra questions, could we make something where we make a display constraint on specific questions, such that if a client is in a specific program then questions populate, but hide otherwise? Thank you!

Allow negative dollar amounts for the custom dollar fields
We use Clarity assessments for creating budgets for the client, and in particular have an automatic calculation on a dollar field to compare income to expenses. Occasionally clients will have a negative balance here, where expenses exceed income, which would manifest in the field as a negative number - but dollar fields aren't currently built to allow you to save a negative number.
This creates a problem as we need to know if a client is operating at a deficit in order to best know how to help them.

Ability to create multiple current living situations (CLS) across programs for one client
Ability to create multiple current living situations (CLS) across programs for one client as to avoid Auto exit and help eliminate extra work for outreach staff. Similar to the way household members CLS can be updated all at once or just certain ones. There should be the same thing with the programs that clients are enrolled in. This way staff are saving time entering data and can focus on helping the clients.
