Notifications for client enrollments expected to auto-exit due to inactivity
It would be helpful to have the ability to create notifications for client enrollments expected to auto-exit due to inactivity. The functionality could be similar to pending referral notifications, with flexibility to set a certain number of days prior to the auto-exit. This would give the assigned care team an opportunity to update the enrollment and prevent the auto-exit before it happens.
The additional type of notification would be helpful for Coordinated Entry.

Automatically remove clients from outreach map based on address type.
We have the ability have clients automatically populate the outreach map based on location types identified. Users expressed the desire to have clients automatically removed from the outreach map based on location types identified as well.

On the Referrals: Denied Tab, update tooltip for the icon that indicates a Referral was SENT back to Community Queue
In the Referrals Denied tab, if a Referral was sent back to the Community Queue, there is a gray band of color and there is an icon to the far right of the client name (a box with an arrow in it). For the icon, there is a tooltip that pops up with "SEND back to Queue." (all caps mine)
This can be confusing for End Users who may see this as an action icon with the function or opportunity to "send" the Referral back to the Queue.
Changing the tooltip to read "sent" would be an immediately clear way…

Additional Access Role Settings for Direct and/or Eligibility Page Referrals
In order for program eligibility to appear on a community queue, the program's Public Listing must be set to "Public." However, this means that users with the ability to refer will also see these programs listed on the eligibility page after assessing a client, and they can freely refer them to these programs instead of just a community queue, which is not desired by (most) communities.
Turning off the "Create referral" access right means that they then can't refer to the community queue at all. There is a separate access right to "Refer Directly to Community Queue," so a similar…

Utilize more recent satellite imagery
I've noticed the imagery available in the Outreach module appears to be older than what’s available on Google Maps, making it more difficult to pinpoint where encampments are based on foliage and landmarks.
Another idea that would help in similar cases is allowing encampment locations to be entered manually as lon/lat coordinates. It could use that location as a node from which the shape of the encampment could be drawn.

Queue Activity Modification
It appears as though a client who is on the queue, gets referred to a program and then denied due to no contact is counting as activity to keep them active (and no auto exit due to inactivity) even if they have no other system activity. Changing this so that a denial due to no contact is not counted as system activity to keep someone on queue would help with queue maintenance.

While serving a group of clients within an encampment, data entry could be more efficient if users could record Services snd/or Notes to multiple Encampment members at once.

Give System Admins the ability to re-order queues
We are now using multiple queues and for users who work with queues it would be better for them to default to the queue that we determine, as well as to be able to order the queues in the way we designate. There is something clunky about user experience of having to look at the names of the queues and click on the one that you want to use -- having it default to a main queue and also having the order of the queues be meaningful will help in this area.

Update how the page refreshes when checking in clients for reservations/bed nights
When recording attendance for clients in large sites, the sections on the lower part of the page require the user to scroll to the bottom of the page, click the reservation slot, go back to the top of the screen to record the attendance, and then scroll all the way back down to click on the next reservation. The need to scroll the page is cumbersome for providers with large sites with numerous reservation slots; a change in how the page refreshes would reduce check-in time.

Allow Custom Services to be Deleted with the DIT
If System Admins can upload Custom Services through the XML DIT, they should also be able to delete Custom Services. Our organization recently integrated a new agency into HMIS with a large quantity of custom services, but one of those services is misleading and should be removed from the system. We have no way to do this because "custom services are not supported for deletion using the DIT, only HUD-defined services".

Include Project Name in Referral Notification Emails
We would like to please request that the project name be included in Referral Notification emails. When receiving a referral notification, users who have multiple agency access switch from agency to agency until they can open the referral without an “access denied” warning.

Ability to Link a File to a Service
It would be useful to be able to link files to specific services. For example when we enter a Rapid Rehousing financial service I'd like to be able to link the associated file back up to that specific service.

Able to filter in the module by those marked as “unsheltered” in their most recent CLS, in addition to exclude those active in shelter.
Allow for more settings in the setup to prevent clients that are sheltered from appearing on the outreach module map. For example, if a client is currently active in a shelter with regular bed nights, or has a recent current living situation that is not place not meant for habitation, those should be able to be filtered off of the outreach module view.

After creating a new Funding Source there isn’t a way to
• Modify Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields, they are grayed out or
• I also can’t Delete Funding Source.We need to have Funding Source and Funding Source Non Federal fields and delete Funding Source option available.

Label fields across screens and Looker consistently and in line with Data Standards
Data element 2.02.3 Operating Start Date is labeled on the project setup screen as "Operating Start" and in Looker as "Availability Start."

It would be great to have notes cascade between community queues for coordinated entry.
We have community queues for each of our service regions as well as our major urban area. We have clients that bounce around or may be willing to relocate, so they may be referred to multiple community queues. When case managers enter notes, they only see what is entered based on what queue they access the client from, even though other agencies in a different region may be working with or housing the same client (ie: a client is sheltered in Lincoln but wants to move to the Panhandle, they would be referred to both the Lincoln queue and BOS…
