Roommate matching
We can use Clarity to match clients to programs based on defined criteria. What about matching clients to clients? Communities who look at shared housing as a means to more PH placements (as opposed to single occupancy) might be very interested in functionality that facilitates roommate matching as part of CE processes.

Allow previously collected data to "cascade" upon Auto-Exit
Customers would like the ability to carry forward ("cascade") any data collected prior to an exit as the response collected during an auto-exit.
Such functionality would be different from the current 'Exit Screen Fields Due to Inactivity' functionality. Instead of pre-defining default exit data for an exit field, customers would have the ability to allow the most recently collected data (something collected during enrollment or a status update, for example) to carry forward into the corresponding exit field when an auto-exit takes place.

It would be great to have notes cascade between community queues for coordinated entry.
We have community queues for each of our service regions as well as our major urban area. We have clients that bounce around or may be willing to relocate, so they may be referred to multiple community queues. When case managers enter notes, they only see what is entered based on what queue they access the client from, even though other agencies in a different region may be working with or housing the same client (ie: a client is sheltered in Lincoln but wants to move to the Panhandle, they would be referred to both the Lincoln queue and BOS…

Please improve the functionality of the Availability Listing section. Specifically, give users the ability to edit the (poorly named) "additional notes" field, where we list the most distinguishing information about a unit -- address, Unit or Apt. # or a letter. While these listings get IDs within looker, front end users don't have access to that.
Very often with our units at a YMCA or YWCA, the specific unit for the referral gets changed to a different number. Since it cannot be edited once a match has been made, it becomes enormously confusing for all the CE partners to keep…

Allow flexibility between zip codes and city designations
Zip codes may be associated with more than one city, however, Clarity sometimes forces the wrong city to be recorded.
For example, when recording an address with zip code 94303, the Clarity will record the city as Palo Alto, though the actual address is in East Palo Alto. (See attachment.)
This presents an issue in reporting because East Palo Alto is within our County, but Palo Alto is not. Having the flexibility to select any of the cities associated with a zip code would be a significant help.

Enter a TFA Amount Column to the [CLNT-102] Client History Report
It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).

Allow users to have access to another agency but not all projects at the agency
We have many users that may need access to just one project at another agency but currently there is no way to set that up. If there was a way to allow a user to be at one agency and have access to another agency but not all of the projects within this would be very helpful.

Make it possible for checkbox fields to be marked "Required"
For checkbox fields, add indicator allowing it to be marked as "answered" so that we can see whether a checkbox field has actually been answered. Checkbox fields are currently not able to be set as "Required" because of their logic. It would be good to know whether the question is set at 0/Off because that is the actual answer rather than if they simply didn't answer the question. This is a potential Data Quality gap in the system.

[PRINTING] Add Print Ability to ALL Assessment Screens
Requesting a print function be added to ALL Assessment Screens.
There should be a readily identifiable print icon, accessible to all users.
There is currently no system dialog to print these screens.
Web browser printing functions do not work as some items on page do NOT print (on/off toggles).

Robust, secure messaging within Clarity
Customers would like the secure messaging tool within Clarity function more like regular email (ability to cc, reply all, etc). Being able to send messages through Clarity to more than one user would allow end-users to more fully rely on Clarity for secure communication. All staff working with a particular client could be looped into one coherent thread within the messaging interface. The more the messaging tool functions like regular email, the better the likelihood of staff incorporating Clarity into their workflows.

User Admin - Manual Increase of License Caps
It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.
In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).
To give an example:
Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.Let's say we train 2 users bringing us to 97/100. All 5 users come…
