  1. Could Field Interactions have the 'Recover deleted data' function? On the Location tab, if the 'Recover deleted data' is clicked, deleted Client Locations appear but deleted Client Field Interactions don't. It would be handy if the Client Field Interactions could also be recovered.

  2. For checkbox fields, add indicator allowing it to be marked as "answered" so that we can see whether a checkbox field has actually been answered. Checkbox fields are currently not able to be set as "Required" because of their logic. It would be good to know whether the question is set at 0/Off because that is the actual answer rather than if they simply didn't answer the question. This is a potential Data Quality gap in the system.

  4. Zip codes may be associated with more than one city, however, Clarity sometimes forces the wrong city to be recorded.

    For example, when recording an address with zip code 94303, the Clarity will record the city as Palo Alto, though the actual address is in East Palo Alto. (See attachment.)

    This presents an issue in reporting because East Palo Alto is within our County, but Palo Alto is not. Having the flexibility to select any of the cities associated with a zip code would be a significant help.

  5. There is a well known issue with MS Office products that causes hyperlinks to open without session information. This causes Clarity links in Excel, Word, ect to open the sign in page rather than the target URL. The implementation of special rules for fetch requests from MS Office products would allow Clarity users to open hyperlinks from Office products using their active sessions.

  7. It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.

    In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).

    To give an example:
    Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.

    Let's say we train 2 users bringing us to 97/100. All 5 users come…

  11. At this time, we can add new Referral notes or we can delete them, but we cannot edit. Customer would like the ability to edit referral notes.

  12. Ability to add integer fields, other field types, to Service Items for the purpose of tracking the number of items given to clients. (e.g. client was given 5 bus passes, they would like to enter a 5 as a numeric field somewhere in the Service Item Details)

  13. Please improve the functionality of the Availability Listing section. Specifically, give users the ability to edit the (poorly named) "additional notes" field, where we list the most distinguishing information about a unit -- address, Unit or Apt. # or a letter. While these listings get IDs within looker, front end users don't have access to that.

    Very often with our units at a YMCA or YWCA, the specific unit for the referral gets changed to a different number. Since it cannot be edited once a match has been made, it becomes enormously confusing for all the CE partners to keep…

  14. We would like to be able to schedule the Assessment Details report (with certain parameters) in order to get our custom fields out. This would help with the issue of having to publish each individual field to Looker and then building each individual field to a custom report, then scheduling that.

  16. Currently, prior_residence is collected for adults and shows null for children when queried in Looker. This dimension would help with reporting for PIT and funding.

  20. We use alerts for suspension of services. Once the duration of the suspension has been reached, there is often a need for approval (from a director, etc.) before the suspension is cleared. Having alerts expire completely at their expiration date creates a risk for the agency. We need a way to require a checkbox for someone to approve them.
