  2. We would like their Matchers to have Looker Access; however they do not want them to be able to view any data marked "Private."

    I think this can be accomplished through using [Access Filters (with User Attributes)|https://discourse.looker.com/t/access-filters-with-user-attributes/4596]

    Ideally we would like a few different Looker access roles, outlined in the attached matrix. Ideally, this would be adjustable and managed by the Collaborative admins for flexibility.

  3. From Customer:

    "Our goal is to create a parallel processor for Vi-SPDAT 1s and 2s to translate the scores, however we would need to add some more complex logic, such as:

    If the sum of (categorical field values) > 4 THEN 1 ELSE 0 , and I imagine that the custom formula is translating these categorical fields into numeric so that they may be summed, or creating complex.

  4. The current "Disable Inactive Users" function only applies to when the users have logged in at least one time. Our request is to allow the same functionality for newly created account so that users than never use their account can will be auto-disabled.

  5. There is currently the ability to automatically provide a service upon enrollment. A customer requested the ability to automatically provide a case management (or other) service when a case note is added in the client record.

  6. A customer has requested to have the ability to select certain reports in Clarity as "favorites" for quicker access to frequently used reports rather than navigating the report library to find particular reports each time.

    This feature enhancement would require that there be no inconsistencies between the field "Disabling Condition" and the disability types (Physical Disability, Developmental Disability, Chronic Health Condition, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health Problem, and Substance Abuse Problem) in order to save the screen.

    When a client advises that s/he has a disabling condition, the response to the Disabling Condition field should be "Yes". You then must select the type of condition from one or more of the following: Physical Disability, Developmental Disability, Chronic Health Condition, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health Problem, and Substance Abuse Problem.   8. Please make following changes:

    1.   Make HOH asterisk to different color, that will be more visible
      
    2.   Be able to search by HOH ID
      
    3.   Add Houdehold ID next to “Household Members”
      
    4.   Add Unique Identifier next to the client

  9. Feature Enhancement - Customer is requesting CoC assignment switching to be added to user setup. Customer would like to be able to produce client lists based on staff CoC. Customer has programs setup in CoCs that are not the same as Agency CoC
