  1. Under funding source/grant activity there is no ability to delete. This is an issue if we make an entry in error and need to correct something that was entered previously. Currently you can add an end date, but this doesn't help if something was entered in error, incorrect data is reflected instead of being able to be removed.

  2. Client Unique Identifier (UID) is only visible on the Client Profile tab. Our users would like to be able to see the UID while navigating through all client-related tabs including History, Service, Programs, etc. Our users suggested including the UID to the right of the client's name in the header.

  3. When a client passes away, and a provider exits them from their program with a destination of "deceased", auto-exit them from any additional active enrollments.

  4. Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added

  5. Service funding sources are listed in the dropdown it isn't in alphabetical order which make it a bit of a mess for people to use. Alphabetical sorting would be easier!

  6. Current CE APR is a System Administrator level report and parameters only allow for full system output. Although that is the overall purpose of the report to HUD, customers would like the ability to run this report at the agency level. If the current CE APR is made available to a non Sys Admin, they will get report content that does not follow sharing restrictions in the same way that other reports do. Customers would also like agency level reporting for any other key HUD reports.

  11. If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.

  12. Using the data analysis tool, customers want to quantify the shelter-utilization migratory movements of clients with multiple emergency shelter entry-exit within a reporting date range – eg: 2 years. For example, a client has emergency shelter entry-exit history and has moved from zipcode 12345 -> 23456 -> 34567 -> 45678. The goal is to quantify each of these zipcode-to-zipcode records (eg: how many clients went from zipcode 12345 to 23456) and map this migration flow using “connect with lines”.

  13. The system should not allow the program start date to occur after the housing move-in date. The program start date should never occur after the housing move in date. Since the program start date defaults to the current date and allows users to save (after displaying a gentle light-orange warning that does not seem to be a deterrant), this issue continues.

  14. I understand that developers are planning on improvements to the HMIS Population Over Time model and I'd really like to see the it go back farther than two years. If the point of this is longitudinal analysis, it should go back farther, especially given that the LSA looks back three years. Ideally I would like to see it go back to 2012 so we can dig deeper into client histories similar to the canned CLNT-127 report.

  15. We have an assessment that chronicles the housing status of our clients. We would like there to only be ONE assessment so users are redirected to updating the existing one.

    Can you add a toggle that would block any additional assessments from being completed if the client's account already has one?

  16. It would be convenient and useful to have a notes section in HMIS where we could enter details about a staffs access changes and/or other notes. In particular I would like to be able to enter why an account was made inactive. This would assist in next steps when a user who was made inactive is requesting to be reactivated.

  17. Customers have expressed the desire to have data fields entered in status/annual/exit screens to cascade into new enrollments. We know that enrollments can cascade into other enrollments, and that there are data fields entered at enrollment that are not collected in the status/annual/exit screens. However, the data would be most useful and accurate if cascading considered most recent data fields from the enrollment AND status/annual/exit screen. The goal would be to have the most recent fields from the enrollment and status/annual/exit screens cascade to subsequent enrollments.

  19. I have many agencies that use the SSOM assessment, this was an assessment created by Bitfocus but there is no report to pull these fields out in a meaningful way and the fields are not available in looker. It would be helpful if these fields were available so reports can be built.

  20. Clarity is not currently meeting our CoC’s need to easily understand what’s due with Assessments and add as needed. There are several points of feedback we have about the Assessments tab within a Program Enrollment, to make it clearer for our end users. This is made more important by the Current Living Situation assessment now being required.

    Current issues for our end users are:

    · Current heading is “Status Assessments” which to them = Status Update Assessment

    · “Assessment Due” is unclear- what kind of Assessment is due? Annual, Status Update, Current Living Situation? No way to click through. If…
