90 days Inactive Notification
As an HMIS Lead for our CoC, we would benefit from a toggle that would send notifications to assigned staff who have a clients who has been inactive for more than 90 days. We're finding that many clients in our HMIS are remaining open with no contact and we're hoping to prompt a reminder for the case manager so that they will update services, case notes, or CLS as needed.
We're hoping that this type of functionality might be similar to the toggle that allows end users to receive reminders for annual assessments.
