The time it takes to individually input services for sure has increased. Inputting multiple services at once will decrease the needed time to input services. The time it takes to input services, waiting for the animation of closing the services and then waiting for the animation to input a new service, has made it very time consuming. I'd also like to add the ability to delete services would be appreciated. As little as we do to make almost zero mistakes alas we are still human and multiple people may be inputting services at the same time. I hope we aren't the only agency where we inadvertently input services that have already been inputted. Also adjusting to a new system may cause duplicates to occur as well. So being able to delete or change them would be very much appreciated.

Boosting this. It takes multiple hours for our providers to update services for all of our guests simply because we have to enter one service at a time. Our system used to be Client Track and we loved the service entry feature there. At the very least, allow users to open multiple service tabs at once instead of waiting for the button animations to appear and disappear.

Our agency has a lot of repeat services and staff members have requested having a feature where they could enter in multiple services easily (like a dropdown or quantity number), rather than clicking submit repeatedly to add them.

When providing a service to a client, it would be helpful to be able to add multiple service items all at the same time for the client, perhaps with a tick box by each one to save time.
