  1. When creating an admin Access role (or any), users must individually check all rights options.

    Idea: Add a "Select All" Option at the top of the "Rights" Section, where a user has the ability to select all options at once.

  2. Usually when I am running a DQX or APR report, I want the report in at least two, if not all three, formats. It's time-consuming to go through and re-select all the options to run the same report in a different format. Thanks!

  3. In order to clean up our Coordinated Entry and Community Queue data, we sometimes need to re-enter/edit/backdate referrals. Our COC analyzes metrics like time between referral date to housing, referral date to program entry, etc. and applying the current system date when adding a referral isn't always accurate.

  4. Password requirements are clearly stated in the Help Center, but when a user is actually selecting a password, there could be more specific feedback on which requirements are not being met.

  8. We are looking forward to be able to have report build in, or shared with us to have analysis on HMIS clarity Data Base frequency accessed and used.

    • What features / pages are users accessing the most? What features / pages are users accessing the least?

    • What are the most commonly-accessed and least commonly-accessed Assessments, Programs, and Services?

    • (I know you mentioned we probably can’t get this data, but I’ll include it here anyway as it is often data that web applications store) What platform is the user accessing HMIS using?

    o Mobile?
     Operating system?
     What browser?

  9. We have many agencies who have a need to keep paper files due to grant/audit requirements. Having the ability to print a 'face sheet' that includes no only client PII but program enrollment information for their paper files would be something that would benefit many of our agencies as they often have to have that information all on one page to "prove" a particular client was entered into they system/enrolled in a program.

  10. Audit Log Enhancements for more detailed user management. We would like to be able to audit when a user logs in each time and what IP address was used. This helps to ensure that users are only using an approved IP address and are not sharing their log in credentials. It is also helpful to know how much time they spend in the system and each and every thing they do, if they look, edit, delete etc.

  11. Currently, multi-select fields are only available to be set up by BitFocus. Instead, system admins need to use multiple checkbox fields for each option. Typically, select-all-that-apply questions have many, many choices (even when those questions are designed well and thoughtfully). This quickly eats into custom field limits and custom field publishing to data analysis (both of which are very bad design elements themselves). Please improve this.

When editing a program and working with the program options in the the right column, (such as bed list or funding), once one of those options is selected you are unable to tell which program you are editing data for. It would be nice if the program title could carry into the screen you are working in within program admin.

  13. It would be nice to have a method for mass updates to staff accounts. For instances with high staff account turnover (defined as either new/departing hires or frequent toggling of inactive accounts to active) when there is a need to update many accounts at at time (at times 50 or more), that is a lot of clicking in Clarity.

    Could Bitfocus explore alternative means to staff account updates without the Clarity interface, say via a CSV upload?

  14. Expand Clarity User Profiles to include Position and an easier way to access user information (position, email, phone number), like a directory. Unless a user is actively working with a client there is no way to access their direct email or phone number within the system. Even using the messaging system, there is no hover over window of additional contact information for the person you contacted in Clarity. Deactivated/Deleted Users should show the agency admin contact information.

  15. Allow Agency System Administrators the ability to manage their own agency's user accounts. This would include the ability to deactivate, reactivate, create new users, unlock/lock, and other simple user account management for the agency. A limit of users can be set (if necessary) and if more users are needed then the Agency System Administrator would inquiry for more with the CoC System Administrators (only necessary if there is a user amount limit per agency). [Especially important for large agencies]

  17. Custom services are great because they can be set on either an agency or system level. This means that agency managers can set them up. This is NOT the case for the new Note categories field, which can only be set in the field editor - and therefore flow across the entire system and can only be set by system admins. This makes no sense.   18. For some reason, the Services Model in Looker doesn't contain detailed program info (including which program enrollment ID it's tied to). At the same time, the Client Model doesn't contain Service Item information, which we need whenever we pull Service info. Please adjust this by making enrollment, program, and service item info available in one place.

We recently implemented Coordinated Entry, with the policy that only clients who scored higher than a certain threshold (that would be periodically adjusted to match the amount of available housing) would be added to the Housing Queue. After three months, we have many (400+) clients referred directly to the Housing Queue, most of whom do not have scores that meet our threshold score criteria. How can we prevent providers assessing clients from making direct referrals to the Community Queue unless the client's assessment reaches the threshold score?

  20. Currently, if a field picklist option is no longer valid/needed, the only way to remove the option is by deleting it which causes a disconnect in the ability to report that data because the data stays in the system but is disconnected from the field option value (since it has been deleted). This request is to allow users to inactivate field options instead of deleting (or something similar).
