field geolocation- display on location tab
Greetings- We have recently added a new field for geolocation to the clients enrollment to add zip code of last permanent address. However, if we choose to display this in the location tab, the type shows up as "field geolocation" instead of the field name. We would like to see the field name appended to the field geolocation type (or the field displayed in another column) so that users can differentiate what field geolocation data that are viewing on the location tab. Goals Template
You can only enter the service category for a service-based measure. It would be much more helpful to be able to choose the specific service item name instead. The categories are too broad to use them as measures.

filters and search within services
We have agencies with tons of services.
Scrolling through the services box is inefficient.
It'd be nice if we could filter via regex or at least search.
IE, if I want to select all services that have [Program1] in the name
I can add a filter where text must include "[Program1]"
And it'll be as if I clicked [Program1] Service 1, [Program1] Service 2, [Program1] Service 3
Of course, adding multiple filters to a single query is always helpful.

Show which agency is currently selected on the agency list
It'd be nice rather than dissapearring the currently selected agency from the agency list, if it were highlighted.
I'm occasionally going down the list agency-by-agency, and it'd help to know which one I'm currently on.
Makes it easier to confidently select the next agency.

Add Program Setting to Allow or Disallow Direct Referrals
We often get users making "direct referrals" from the Referrals tab on the client profile page in error (they should instead be making a referral from the queue). There is currently a setting on the Program page called "Direct Unit/Bed Referrals", which is related to Inventory. It would be great if there was setting called "Direct Referrals" (options could be Disabled, Optional, Required) to first determine if any direct referrals are allowed to the program. Then the "Direct Unit/Bed Referrals" setting could be sub-setting to determine the parameters of the direct referrals (if allowed).

client recent search
With the new interface, it would be great to either have the recent search of clients collapse/expand in one of the action hub boxes by way that the client's names aren't already visible.

duplicate entries
Our community is experiencing multiple duplicate entries that are flagging on our LSA. Is there possibilities to troubleshoot the workflow that is allowing same project enrollments along with same project type enrollments?
Maybe looking into adding a warning before users begin the second enrollment.

Add an option to identify pets as a “Household Member"
User Story:
As an outreach worker who works with unhoused individuals and their pets, I want an option to be added that identifies a pet in the “Household Members” section so that we can link the pet to the owner, have an accurate representation of family size, track safety and liability, and know who the client will be taking with them if they were to receive housing. We provide services to clients AND their animals, and we propose a comprehensive set of criteria to be included such as:
- Photo Entry
- Breed
- Age
- Name
- Color
- Microchip status
- Vaccination records
- Size
- Temperament
- …

Auto Offline End Dates
Currently, you have to specify a period of time to make units automatically offline at program exit. It would be useful to have an option to make units offline indefinitely with no offline end date. To get around this, we make the offline period a very long time, but then users are confused about this random end date way out in the future. Also, users cannot clear out the end date from the Inventory dashboard, which would be very helpful.

Operational API needs to have a comparison option
When using this, I can only pull data with field values "equal to", such as "clientID" is "equal to" "12345". An example of what we need is to pull records where "end date" is "less than" a given date, such as today. Ultimately we want to edit the results of this pull. Doing it one at a time is just as bad as editing directly in Clarity.

For Inventory page, filter by program in addition to agency
We have several programs in one building in real life, so accordingly we revised our inventory functions to have all programs in one building. Previously, we had them in separate buildings, but needed to merge them so we can reassign units to different programs as needed. So for a while, we got used to sorting by building to get to different programs, but can't do that anymore. It would be great if we could sort by programs the same way we can filter by agency, site, etc. Thank you!

Ability to Enable/Disable Service Notes
All services automatically have a "Service Note" field where notes can be entered. Agencies have requested that this field be disabled for some of their services as they do not want staff inputting notes here. However, there is not an ability to do this on the back end. It would be helpful if when setting up services, admins would have the ability to enable or disable the "Services Notes" field from displaying.

View Contact Fields (phone, email, address) in the PROFILE Screen for Ease of Access
View the Phone and Email fields entered under the CONTACT screen AND view the address field entered under the LOCATION screen on the PROFILE screen. Being able to view the CONTACT and LOCATION info. on the PROFILE screen would be helpful for ease of access.

ROI Banner - Different for Yes and No Responses
Currently the orange ROI banner shows for clients that have a "no" response to data sharing, which is a valid "active" ROI response. We would like to see a different banner for clients with active ROI's that are a "no" from those that don't have an ROI on file at all. Thank you.

Add Deactivated to the Staff Status Drop Down
When running a system-wide or agency-level staff report, it would be valuable to include a distinction between users who have been:
Inactivated due to non-use (system-triggered status)
versus
Deactivated by the agency (agency action).
This enhancement would allow agencies and the HMIS Lead to more quickly identify the reason for account status changes. It would also support compliance with HUD Standards by improving accuracy and efficiency in monitoring user access.

Have assignments for beds on the inventory module automatically update when the UCT is changed
When UCTs are changed on the inventory module, currently the beds need to be reassigned to the same participants. It would be ideal if this was automatically done.

Enhancing Auto Exit Monitoring in Looker for Client Enrollments
Please add a field to Looker that enables communities to easily monitor inactivity within client enrollments for activity types that trigger Auto Exit functionality. These specifications are documented in Bitfocus Help Desk articles and programmed into Clarity. The absence of a field like this in Looker hampers our ability to ensure clients are not prematurely auto-exited, making the process far more labor-intensive to monitor and spot-check than necessary.

Set maximum ROI term
We would like to be able to set a maximum ROI term in addition to a default ROI term. Our community's release expires 3 years from the date of the signature unless a previous date is specified, however, it is possible to override the date to extend it to any number of years beyond the default. This requires us to monitor and manually update any dates that are set beyond 3 years.

Update the [GNRL-403] Public Alert Notice to remove active service
The [GNRL-403] Public Alert Notice requires an active service in order to display the public alert.
I would like to request an update to this report to remove the service restriction and have the report be based on the public alert creating agency and user.
