  1. Events don’t appear in the History tab with the quick view "hover" functionality that services have. This functionality allows a user to save time when reviewing client history by hovering over the speech bubble icon to see the service note rather than clicking into each service one by one to review.

    For users who now use the Events tab to track the bulk of their client work, this quick view functionality has been lost, and as a result, their work to review client history has inadvertently been made more time-consuming and challenging.

  2. We would like to propose the idea of being able to disable the trusted device option for certain/individual users. We have had an incident with username/password sharing and would like to have a way to better secure the account(s) for those who are not in compliance with policies.

  3. Automatically display address, when adding a geolocation in the location tab.

    When adding a location in the location tab a geolocation marker can be selected, but the address does not appear. Please add an address filed or auto populate the address to display in the address line 2.

    The end users have to manually add the address.

    This would be a helpful tool for outreach workers, as it would allow them to quickly and easily track the locations of their clients and identify areas where there is a need for services.

  4. It would be great to add a hyperlink to a case note or service note For example, to a client's folder in our company's cloud storage, to a rental listing, or property management company's website

Some providers request collection of data on various screens while there are several ways to accomplish this (Assessment, Live Marker Program Identifier, custom screens, etc) those methods may not be viable when providers only request 1 or few questions on specific screens such as the entry screen.

    An Agency Identifier live marker would function the same way as the Program Identifier live marker and would allow constraints to be build around Agency Identifiers. For example, in the case provided above, the entry screen can have the one or several fields applicable to specif agency(s) for all their programs.

  6. Typically if there is data in Clarity Human Services, we expect to be able to report on it using Looker. There are some fields that are not exposed for reporting purposes. Two examples that we would like to have exposed in the Program Descriptor model are the 'Navigation Profile' field or the 'Primary Coordinated Entry Group' field. These are found on the Agency Overview screen.

  7. We are fielding requests for the Duplicate Clients report to run based on program. Our users have historically sent us lists of clients that needed to be merged; they want to check within their own programs rather than across a whole agency.

  8. Currently, the INVENTORY dashboard can be shared by Agency, Coordinated Entry Group, or at the System level. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. For this reason, it would be beneficial if the INVENTORY dashboard shared shared by CoC instead of systemwide. This way units made in one CoC are not visible to the entire instance when the sharing setting is set to System.

    This was an idea brought forward during discussions with Washington Commerce and King County.

  9. Each coc should have the ability to adjust the reasons a referral is removed from the queue for evaluation of outcomes. Right now adding an option that is needed in CoC is difficult to train users in other CoC that it's not relevant in their community and to disregard that pick list option.

  10. For Looker, it would be very helpful to have a way to identify the penultimate assessment.

    This would be used to compare changes between the most recent assessment or exit with the previous to look for changes. For example, did income change since the last assessment. Not just compare with entry and the most recent/exit.

  12. Hello! A manager asked me if I could add additional custom fields to the Contacts Page. In addition to changing the Contact Type field, for example we could add things such as a mark that one person is a preferred emergency contact when in crisis (or alternately, if it isn't feasible to add custom fields to the Contacts page, adding this as an additional optional field to all of them).   13. Users have expressed scenarios when automations will not prompt the removal of a client from the outreach map when appropriate. Allowing users this ability will account for the scenarios in which automations are applicable.

  14. We would like to request that the case manager receive a system notification when assigned to a referral. Currently users can only see this information if they go to the "Case Manager" tab within the Caseload tab.

  15. When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

  16. It is cumbersome to enter the same parameters over and over when you want to pull a report. It would be nice to have it save somehow. Either:
    1. Save the entire report within the system
    2. A way to save to your computer with client I.D. list still accessible
    3. Save report parameters as "preset" options like saving your favorite radio stations on your car.

  17. I have a suggestion for the "Household Management" screen. When you go into a clients profile and click "Manage" above the household list it opens up the "Household Management" screen which shows a list of previous members. It would be handy to have the HMIS numbers next to the list of names of previous members.
    For example the attached, I am wanting to open up the previous household members profile "michael Williams". Usually I search the name in the search bar and can find them. In the example attached, if I search "Michael Williams" it brings up a list of…

  18. It will be great if 'Assessment Measures' only shows data when the field has been answered and not all fields in the assessment that have been selected to be an 'Assessment Measure'. The current visibility is not ideal to case managers as they only need to see the data within the fields that have been answered.

  20. It can be inconvenient to need to move to a different tab when adding client data. Some tabs, like Contact for instance, might fit under the profile, but having it as a separate tab leaves it in a view that many users rarely look at to see if it's populated.

    Another suggestion was to incorporate all family members in a single view that incorporates all of
    their demographic details.
