Ability to Complete Assessments in Offline Mode
Some of our outreach-based end users need to complete assessments with clients in locations that are inaccessible for the internet. It would be helpful to have an offline version of Clarity or Clarity assessments where the data was cached and then uploaded when the end user reconnects to the internet.

This is necessary for BART. There are times that the internet service can be shaky in our system, and we need for CIS to have the ability to enter data at any time they are encountering an individual. Waiting to get to an area where service is available can result in pertinent information not being captured (and accurately).
