Multi-Select Fields as INVENTORY Dashboard Filters
Currently, it's only possible to turn checkbox and picklist field types into custom filters on the INVENTORY dashboard. With the introduction of the Multi-Select field type, many communities are interested in seeing this field type made available as a custom filter type for the INVENTORY dashboard. This would allow customers to have more dynamic control over how they identify appropriate units and beds for client referrals.

Care Team User or Program Setting (Not assign staff)
Some staff are data entry staff and automatically get assigned as a care team member. I would be great to toggle this OFF so that community members don't attempt to contact data entry staff for care coordination. This is especially true for NBN shelters, as they don't tend to assign case management at the point of enrollment. So, either toggle off at user level if they are data entry only OR toggle off at program if the care team doesn't mean the same thing for a particular program.

Integer/numeric field limits
For data validation, it would be helpful to be able to set minimum and maximum limits for numeric/integer fields. For example, if we use a 1-4 scale and someone enters "40", a user should not be able to save that data on the screen. While reporting and label/warnings can be used to help prevent this sort of invalid entry, it would be helpful if the system did not allow it in the first place if configured appropriately.

Add filter and sort capability to Client Search result list
Often Client Search results are several pages long. It would be helpful to be able to filter Client Search results by location (city, SPA), age or age range, DOB, gender, race, program enrollment status, SSN or last 4 of SSN, etc. It would also be helpful to be able to sort results by the "late updated" date.

It'd be great if the system could/would send automatic emails when a funding source is set to expire and there will be no active funding source for a project.

Organize Assessment history by type of assessment
Hello! Hope everything is going well. Our staff migrated to Clarity from ETO, and one feature that ETO has that Clarity doesn't is the ability to organize the Assessment history (known as Touchpoints to their system). Instead of providing them all in one list, it sorts them by the Assessment type, making it easier to find the specific one you're trying to view, edit, or delete. This would be a great way to not only help existing Clarity users but also help Clarity compete with other databases for those who could be moved to our side.

Backdate enrollment date to household members
When backdating a program enrollment for a household, the enrollment start date is set on the head of household, but then when each members enrollment page pulls up for household data entry, the date goes back to today's date. It would be helpful if the back dated date entered on the HOH would carry through to the household members connected to the enrollment.

Align Housing Move-In Date to Unit Start Date Automatically
After a referral to a unit is made from the community queue, a provider enrolls a client to the corresponding program and the client is automatically added to the unit in the referral, both with the current date. However, for Permanent Housing projects, when a Housing Move-In Date is entered, the user has to then manually update the unit start date to reflect the true first night that the client moved into and slept in the unit. Functionality that would allow the Unit Start Date to update based on the Housing Move-In Date entered would help improve this workflow.

Allow users to use webcam or camera to take a picture of Client ID's or SS card to upload to the Files tab in HMIS
Our agencies like it when the clients ID or SS card is uploaded to HMIS. However, this sometimes can be a pain when they do not have a scanner or the means to get that into HMIS.
Is there any way where if a user has a webcam, they can select the category and file type and take a picture of, for example, a clients drivers license/ID card or Social Security Card and upload that under files for the client?2 votes -
Add Functionality to Sort Assessment Processor Subtotals
It would be helpful to have the ability to click and drag to adjust the order of the Subtotal categories. The functionality would be similar to re-ordering elements on screens.
Currently, the Sub-totals are displayed in the order they are configured. The ability to control this would improve the end user experience and give system admins better control over what their users see.

change constraints for veteran questions: year entered military service and year separated
If you answer yes to the veteran status question, and you don't know what year the client entered military service and what year they separated, you have to enter a random year in order to save the veteran status as yes. This is a data quality concern. These should either be changed to not be required, be given a data not collected answer option, or allow for all 0's to be entered as a sign the year is unknown.

Allow a warning or block before editing core data
Hello! Similar to how the SSN has a warning pop up before you edit it as core data, could we please implement a feature where custom fields could either be prevented from editing later or require multiple clicks of confirmation before doing so, with some warning text available, to prevent misclicking away something important on the client profile or other screens?

DQ e-mail module
Create a DQ e-mail module that will send e-mails to users when DQ issues are found in records. This module will function similar to the "Annual Assessment" warning e-mails that get sent.
This might be simpler to implement than an overall system enhancement.
Some basic alerts can be date related, entry date prior to move-in date, exit date prior to entry date etc.
Some basic options might be: send daily, send monthly, etc. HUD Only, Custom only, HUD + Custom. Who to alert, etc.

Edit options under the "Mode" dropdown for Community Queue Sorting
I would love to be able to control which assessment processors are visible under the "Mode" drop-down so that only processors that are related to coordinated entry are visible.

Agency Level permissions on sending clients to the community queue
We have a "centralized" CE agency and program that all users switch to in order to assess and refer to the CQ. However, there is nothing that prevents a user from referring to the CQ from their home agency after the fact (post assessment). This results in CE not being able to complete referrals and impacts the CE dashboard. It would be great if we could set permissions on what agencies can "send" clients to the CQ.

Make Agency Overview screen and associated questions/fields visible to System Admins
The Agency Overview (AO) screen is not included in the list of screens accessible to Admins through the System Setup workspace. Not being able to view the screen means admins cannot see the relationship between questions and fields for reporting purposes.
Similarly, I noticed two other places where the omission of the AO screen appears to have an impact:
1) Fields unique to the AO screen do not appear in the Field Editor list;
2) Questions and Fields unique to the AO screen do not appear in the Question and Clarity Fields views, respectively, found in the Project Descriptor model…2 votes -
Inclusion of all Agency Overview screen fields in Looker
The fields from the Agency Overview screen are mostly stored in the Project Descriptor model of Looker under the "Agency" view. However, not all fields from that screen are represented, and they don't appear to exist anywhere else in Looker.
Can the fields associated with the following questions from the Agency Overview screen be added to the Agency view in the Project Descriptor model?
- Navigation Profile
- Default User Home Screen
- Dashboard
- Open Units Report
- Staff Inventory Access

Default User Home Screen
There are many agencies who have various programs including Street Outreach. With the new Outreach tool in Clarity, I would have to build another agency of the same name in order to set the Default User Home Screen as Outreach for that specific program. This way, it does not affect other users.
What I would like to see is have this option to set under the User Setup Screen and not the Overview of the agency. This way when street outreach users log in, it takes them to the outreach tool, while other users still got to the "search for…

Allow a program to collect general data, not tied to a specific client
Hello! Our program has work we do in the community with people that we serve but don't technically become clients officially (and thus we can't collect certain information on them in the client profiles). Sometimes we host workshops or public education, and sometimes we serve anonymous clients such as via a hotline. It would be great if a program could be designated as a "general" program or something similar, where you can perform an assessment or screen that is tied to the program but not tied to a specific client. Could this be done?

Would be great to have an app version of Clarity that could be used for the PIT and other project enrollments and updates that take place in the field. Another alternative would be updates to the outreach module that would allow users to add assessments or project enrollments.
