search option for the "Inventory" tab
As a Care Coordinator for Urban Alchemy, it would be beneficial for there to be a search option when looking for a specific room/unit in the Inventory, instead of having to scroll through an entire roster of rooms/units to find the one I'm looking for. Sometimes the information is needed quickly and the current way of using the Inventory doesn't allow for a quick search. Priority: Level 1

Client Screen Language Translation Settings
Add the ability to translate client facing screens. Add to System Setup\Settings a "Translation" section where users can determine if a translation service is used such as "Google Translate" or manual translation (system should allow for multiple options). This would then be included in screens so when enabled at screen level and based on selection (allow for multiple selections), the screen will display a translation option with available translations services\languages. When one of these options is selected, the screen will either display the translated screen or display the translated fields alongside the regular fields.

Add version number on intake forms from Bitfocus
We have agencies who have client records from years ago and use the Clarity Intake/Exit/Assessment forms. They sometimes get confused on the verison that was used to what is being used now. If Bitfocus can add a version number to these forms (I recommend on top where the header is) to allow Case Managers the ability to tell what version of the from was used for that client.

Make it possible to hide units on the inventory dashboard by making either the site or building inactive, not by individual units
You can not "mass hide" units that are not ready to come online. This is a problem we ran into. We are configuring hundreds of units, but can't hide the ones that aren't ready yet - they still show up under "beds/units" and the inventory dashboard. We tried making the site, building and UCT inactive, but that doesn't work. We learned the only way to hide the rooms was to make each bed offline or give it a future date - impossible to do with hundreds of units . If making the Site, building or UCT could hide the actual…

Automatically Recalculate Goals based on service date
As of the June 2024 Feature release, Goals now automatically recalculate when their associated measure is met or not met. For Goals with a Service Based Measure, the goal will automatically recalculate using the current date not the date entered for the Service.
For example, let's say I have a Goal for a client to receive an employment service, that is measured by whether a employment service category service is issued. Ability to trigger emails after an action is completed in HMIS
It would be FANTASTIC if we could set up automatic custom notifications to be sent out to the user email or a designated email when an action takes place in HMIS. For example an email is sent to the program director when someone is enrolled in their program. Another example would be an email is sent to the CES team email when someone is entered into outreach and needs an assessment completed. This could bridge some of our process together between platforms and it would take us to the next level!

Expand Care Team/ Case Load functionality to non-Clarity User profiles
Currently only Clarity users can be added as Care Team members. This limits the functionality of the case load feature for agency managers. It would be great to profile/ add a care team member that is not in clarity. An integration of contacts/ care team functionality!

Allow users to use webcam or camera to take a picture of Client ID's or SS card to upload to the Files tab in HMIS
Our agencies like it when the clients ID or SS card is uploaded to HMIS. However, this sometimes can be a pain when they do not have a scanner or the means to get that into HMIS.
Is there any way where if a user has a webcam, they can select the category and file type and take a picture of, for example, a clients drivers license/ID card or Social Security Card and upload that under files for the client?3 votes -

Add a dimension under Client Notes-Client Level to to better identify the last client-level notes entered and/or to assist in calculating the number of days from today to last client-level note. *Similar to the Client Notes Enrollment Level: Latest Note by Enrollment dimension.

Toggle Additional Household Members in Attendance
The ability to toggle additional/all household members in an Attendance Module's scanned services would be incredibly helpful for agencies that provide daily, weekly, or monthly services for entire households; especially when only one or two members of the household are present but the service must be applied to everyone.

Note Tags
It would be helpful to be able to select "tags" for a case note. So the worker can pull up notes and find the ones that are tagged for a specific item. Example, they could put in a case note about meeting with a probation officer, and then before the next meeting, pull up all of the notes that are tagged "Probation", or something like that.

Penultimate assessment
For Looker, it would be very helpful to have a way to identify the penultimate assessment.
This would be used to compare changes between the most recent assessment or exit with the previous to look for changes. For example, did income change since the last assessment. Not just compare with entry and the most recent/exit.

outreach module
Currently, count/recognition of clients residing in an encampment includes only those who enrolled in services (e.g., enrolled in Clarity/HMIS). However, there are those individuals who reside in these encampments, who are not "yet" (or may never) be interested in services - therefore, NOT enrolled in Clarity/HMIS.
Idea: Add capability feature to account for these individuals who reside in encampments and are not enrolled in Clarity/HMIS. (Possibly with encampment profile).

Live Marker: Agency Identifier
Some providers request collection of data on various screens while there are several ways to accomplish this (Assessment, Live Marker Program Identifier, custom screens, etc) those methods may not be viable when providers only request 1 or few questions on specific screens such as the entry screen.
An Agency Identifier live marker would function the same way as the Program Identifier live marker and would allow constraints to be build around Agency Identifiers. For example, in the case provided above, the entry screen can have the one or several fields applicable to specif agency(s) for all their programs.

Be able to add buttons or links to custom screens as a field type
It would be really helpful if we could add buttons that either act as hyperlinks, or just hyperlinks in the form of text on custom screens that could direct users to other screens or even important reference documentation (like HUD documents for example).

Turn on IP whitelisting and MFA at Agency Level only
Instead of only turning on IP whitelisting and MFA at the system level, it should also be able to be turned on/off at the Agency level so only some agencies are affected. This will add more flexibility to security policies.

UI Updates
It can be inconvenient to need to move to a different tab when adding client data. Some tabs, like Contact for instance, might fit under the profile, but having it as a separate tab leaves it in a view that many users rarely look at to see if it's populated.
Another suggestion was to incorporate all family members in a single view that incorporates all of
