  1. Allow for the ability to reorder slots in the service setup. Currently they are limited to the order they were created in. This is an issue when trying to organize rooms that are created later but need to be grouped with other rooms within the same section.

  2. Allow for the ability to mark a slot offline (with a date range), as well as a dropdown for the reason offline (maintenance, staff use, etc). This should be able to be configured directly on the bed reservation page by the service provider without having to access the setup/management pages.

  3. Allow for the option to set reservations without an end date. Currently an end date is required, and it is not always known how long the client will be staying in the bed. This is also to avoid providers having to extend reservations unnecessarily.

  4. Allow for notes to be recorded for all types of services, regardless of service delivery types. Perhaps this can be a new toggle in the service setup that will show/hide the notes box.

We recently implemented Coordinated Entry, with the policy that only clients who scored higher than a certain threshold (that would be periodically adjusted to match the amount of available housing) would be added to the Housing Queue. After three months, we have many (400+) clients referred directly to the Housing Queue, most of whom do not have scores that meet our threshold score criteria. How can we prevent providers assessing clients from making direct referrals to the Community Queue unless the client's assessment reaches the threshold score?

  6. It would be handy to have a tool for merging Agencies in Clarity for those times when service providers merge organizations or when we have set up an Agency for a temporary purpose that later needs to be merged into the primary Agency.

    The tool would facilitate the move of services, programs, staff, sharing departments, and sites from a source Agency to a destination Agency. It should also indicate when there are potential sharing limitations resulting from the merge.

  7. Our implementation has multiple CoC's and sometimes we want to pull an APR for more than one CoC but we cannot. It would be helpful to be able to pull reports as System Administrator across the system to include any/all agencies and projects no matter what CoC they are in.

  8. We use passwords to allow access to some screens.

    Using the userID as live marker will allow us to create constraints that will allow users to access the screen.

  9. The Coordinated Entry Services have a very, very helpful "result" field that would be great to have in other types of Services. Agencies should be able to customize these. This would make Services actually helpful for tracking external referrals and connections to benefits, etc.

  10. We can use Clarity to match clients to programs based on defined criteria. What about matching clients to clients? Communities who look at shared housing as a means to more PH placements (as opposed to single occupancy) might be very interested in functionality that facilitates roommate matching as part of CE processes.

  11. Please improve the functionality of the Availability Listing section. Specifically, give users the ability to edit the (poorly named) "additional notes" field, where we list the most distinguishing information about a unit -- address, Unit or Apt. # or a letter. While these listings get IDs within looker, front end users don't have access to that.

    Very often with our units at a YMCA or YWCA, the specific unit for the referral gets changed to a different number. Since it cannot be edited once a match has been made, it becomes enormously confusing for all the CE partners to keep…

  13. Setting up a new Service Taxonomy is relatively easy, but applying a Service Taxonomy to Service Items is not. There can be thousands of Service Items within a Clarity instance to which Admins might need to apply just one taxonomy code. A tool that allows admins to search for Service Items and apply taxonomy codes would remove a significant barrier to the usage of Service Taxonomies.

  14. A customer has requested a feature enhancement in which there can be a 'Make Program Private' toggle on the Program Set Up page in order to lock individual programs down to an agency in which only those agency users would be able view the programs history on the client profile. (similar to the 'Make Program Private' functionality within individual enrollment when editing a 'Case Manager' assignment).

    In addition, I feel as though if we had a 'Make Program Private' toggle, we should also incorporate a 'Make Service Private' toggle on the Service Set Up page as there are frequently services…

  15. Many screen types in Clarity can be customized in the screen editor section. This includes the ability to add custom fields to these screen types. It would be nice to be able to customize Vendor screens so that details like the Vendor ID and vendor location (custom fields) can be added. This will help with reconciling service funds between HMIS and accounting software.

  16. Please add enrollment CoC to the Program Roster to help users identify participants active within a specific period by the enrollment CoC or add a filter to the report so the roster can be filtered by CoC, or both.

  17. The [GNRL-403] Public Alert Notice requires an active service in order to display the public alert.

    I would like to request an update to this report to remove the service restriction and have the report be based on the public alert creating agency and user.

As a System Administrator, I want to enable 2FA as the default for our instance, while still having the ability to exclude certain user accounts, particularly those shared by volunteers with “Attendance Only” access roles (e.g., those who primarily scan in bed nights, meals, etc.) so that certain users do not have the same requirements to log into Clarity, while still maintaining a higher security level for most accounts.

  19. We receive a warning when there is a date gap between overflow inventory, but date gaps are to be expected due to the nature of that bed availability type. Therefore, the warning "There is a gap in the Bed & Unit Inventory dates for this program. Please update the Bed & Unit Inventory Start or End Dates as appropriate." shouldn't be applied when the gap is related to overflow inventory.

  20. The Learning Lab at Clarity Connect has been one of the most valued resources for attendees. Customers recognize the support of the Help Desk, but would love to have a regularly scheduled time of "Office Hours" to speak with the experts about data and reporting.
