  1. Clarity doesn't have any field created that will generate the Responsible Staff (connected to the program) in Looker and they do not have a canned report that will generate the information. It would be really helpful to be able to pull a list of all programs and their responsible staff members is some way / shape / or form.

  2. Currently, count/recognition of clients residing in an encampment includes only those who enrolled in services (e.g., enrolled in Clarity/HMIS). However, there are those individuals who reside in these encampments, who are not "yet" (or may never) be interested in services - therefore, NOT enrolled in Clarity/HMIS.

    Idea: Add capability feature to account for these individuals who reside in encampments and are not enrolled in Clarity/HMIS. (Possibly with encampment profile).

    As a CoC we are not able to presently report on an "accurate" count of individuals residing in encampments (unhoused). As a CoC - and believe other CoC's experience this -…

Some providers request collection of data on various screens while there are several ways to accomplish this (Assessment, Live Marker Program Identifier, custom screens, etc) those methods may not be viable when providers only request 1 or few questions on specific screens such as the entry screen.

    An Agency Identifier live marker would function the same way as the Program Identifier live marker and would allow constraints to be build around Agency Identifiers. For example, in the case provided above, the entry screen can have the one or several fields applicable to specif agency(s) for all their programs.

  4. For security, it would be great to have the ability to either hide the names in Recent Clients list or to show their searchable ID's instead of names. This would be helpful when working in an open office environment and you want to access the client search screen.

  5. We are fielding requests for the Duplicate Clients report to run based on program. Our users have historically sent us lists of clients that needed to be merged; they want to check within their own programs rather than across a whole agency.

  6. Currently, the INVENTORY dashboard can be shared by Agency, Coordinated Entry Group, or at the System level. For a statewide instance of Clarity, each CoC operates as a separate system. For this reason, it would be beneficial if the INVENTORY dashboard shared shared by CoC instead of systemwide. This way units made in one CoC are not visible to the entire instance when the sharing setting is set to System.

    This was an idea brought forward during discussions with Washington Commerce and King County.

  9. Currently if a housing referral is denied by a provider and referred back to the community queue, you have only until the inactivity threshold kicks in for that referral to make another reassignment (e.g. back to the original housing provider, who may have "re-opened" the referral). Taking away the impact that the inactivity threshold has on this aspect would be great. Thanks!

  10. Our CES utilizes a special request for prioritization process where the end user is granted permissions to submit a Google Form. Ideally, this would be built into Clarity so the end user would receive a notification that there is a special request form for them to complete within x number of days. This would be a custom form only available to that user for a limited time.

  11. To prevent the end user from having to complete an extra step, can a referral to the community queue be automatic once the user completes the coordinated assessment (VISPDAT)?

  12. When referring a client to a program via the Eligibility screen, the list of programs is currently sorted by Type ID, Agency ID, Program ID. Instead it makes more sense for these to be sorted by Type ID, then Agency NAME, and Program NAME. Since we are able to control the names for our programs, but not the ID number, this gives us control over the sorting which would be ideal.

  13. Users have expressed scenarios when automations will not prompt the removal of a client from the outreach map when appropriate. Allowing users this ability will account for the scenarios in which automations are applicable.

  14. Users have expressed a desire to have a Private Toggle on the Location tab, and/or within individual client locations, so that when a client does not want to share that information with others, it can be hidden, but still visible to the entering agency.

  15. Currently, if the assigned staff for an enrollment is changed, the start date for an enrollment type care team member does not reflect the date of this change and instead shows the project start date regardless of whether or not the staff member was the client's assigned staff at that time. We would love to see the new assigned staff's care team member start date reflect the day the assigned staff changed rather than the project start date. This would help us track when a staff member (especially navigators) were assigned to a given client.

  16. It is cumbersome to enter the same parameters over and over when you want to pull a report. It would be nice to have it save somehow. Either:
    1. Save the entire report within the system
    2. A way to save to your computer with client I.D. list still accessible
    3. Save report parameters as "preset" options like saving your favorite radio stations on your car.

  17. I have a suggestion for the "Household Management" screen. When you go into a clients profile and click "Manage" above the household list it opens up the "Household Management" screen which shows a list of previous members. It would be handy to have the HMIS numbers next to the list of names of previous members.
    For example the attached, I am wanting to open up the previous household members profile "michael Williams". Usually I search the name in the search bar and can find them. In the example attached, if I search "Michael Williams" it brings up a list of…

  18. It will be great if 'Assessment Measures' only shows data when the field has been answered and not all fields in the assessment that have been selected to be an 'Assessment Measure'. The current visibility is not ideal to case managers as they only need to see the data within the fields that have been answered.

  19. Currently, users have the option to edit a service, unlink it from one program, and then link it to a different program within the Program Service page. They do not have the option to delete the service from the program level history page, instead, they have to navigate to the Client History page to delete the service.

    It would be beneficial if users also had the option to delete a service within the Program Service page.

  20. It would be really helpful if we could add buttons that either act as hyperlinks, or just hyperlinks in the form of text on custom screens that could direct users to other screens or even important reference documentation (like HUD documents for example).
