  1. When clients are going from, for example, a RRH project managed by provider A that is now being managed by provider B, having the Reason for Leaving (exit_reason) picklist option "Project Transfer" would be most helpful for reporting.

  2. We receive a warning when there is a date gap between overflow inventory, but date gaps are to be expected due to the nature of that bed availability type. Therefore, the warning "There is a gap in the Bed & Unit Inventory dates for this program. Please update the Bed & Unit Inventory Start or End Dates as appropriate." shouldn't be applied when the gap is related to overflow inventory.

  3. The Learning Lab at Clarity Connect has been one of the most valued resources for attendees. Customers recognize the support of the Help Desk, but would love to have a regularly scheduled time of "Office Hours" to speak with the experts about data and reporting.

  4. Our CoC had agreed upon a list of denial reasons. We have been using this list for years. When we switched to Clarity, we learned that we cannot customize the list of denial reasons. We also cannot delete any of the reasons. Since the denial reasons don't seem to be HUD mandated, and CoCs can decide what those reasons are, why can't we customize?

  5. Similar to these 2 ideas, we would like the ability to be able to filter the clients shown on the Outreach map by their program type enrollments. In our use case, we would like to limit the results to only those clients who are enrolled in a Street Outreach or Homeless Prevention program.

  6. Users are able to have inconsistent data when they enter Y/ N to income, non-cash, health insurance and disability and have or do not have sources. Currently there is a warning that pops up when these occur, but we would like to prevent the user from saving the record with these data entry inconsistencies.

  7. When we create access roles in Clarity we can toggle on the ability to edit, delete, or create assessments with a client but it buckets all of the assessments together. It would be helpful to be able to select which assessments are assigned to which access role. For example, there should be a prevention assessor access role that allows users to complete that assessment but NOT complete the VI-SPDAT assessment.

  8. When updating households that have a Head of Household with an existing enrollment it would be beneficial to have the newly added family members enrollment date be defaulted to the date of the head of household's enrollment vs today's date. This would create less household issues to cleanup later.

  10. Currently [JRSD-103] Zip Code Jurisdictional Breakout
    provides data on individual clients and on families. Without knowing the exact logic behind the report I would assume "families" is accounting for Clarity households, not only families with children. If the report could be updated to give counts on the number of clients AND the number of Households, rather than "families", there would be a more clear distinction.

  11. For custom fields where the Field Type is set to Number, we would like the ability to set minimum & maximum values for the data entered.
    For our use case, we are trying to record the number of residents within a given encampment who are either engaged or not engaged based on their current sleeping location. However, the field currently allows negative numbers to be recorded which should never be the case and would negatively affect our client counts in Looker.

    It would be helpful to be able to drill down directly in the System Subscription Details section to the lists of users/agencies associated with the license seat count numbers. Currently we utilize Looker reports, but quick access from Clarity would be convenient.

  14. Some of our outreach-based end users need to complete assessments with clients in locations that are inaccessible for the internet. It would be helpful to have an offline version of Clarity or Clarity assessments where the data was cached and then uploaded when the end user reconnects to the internet.

  15. Currently if you deny a Direct Referral, you have the option to reassign the client to any Community Queue, regardless of if the client has an assessment for that queue (or any assessment at all). This results in an uncontrolled backdoor to ANY Community Queue.

    As our community has expanded the use of Direct Referrals, we are getting individuals placed on queues that are supposed to have high thresholds for placement, or that are only intended for certain subpopulations. This function subverts the logic that you need an assessment to be placed on a queue, which is consistent everywhere else…

  16. Please update the system to align with the data standards terminology by replacing program with project where applicable. We have to do a lot of extra work to explain to users (via documentation, training, etc.) that the system labeling isn't consistent with the definition of project. Thanks for your consideration!

  17. A customer inquired about the ability to copy a program when doing configuration. This would be a huge time saver when configuring all programs during an onboarding.

    A sys admin could set up one program, copy it for programs that share the same settings, and just need to update the program name.

  18. I came across the following scenario, which I believe will cause data entry errors for our users. The issue is that if a provider deletes a client’s reservation from the Availability screen, the opportunity becomes available, but the client remains matched to the opportunity. My recommendation would be to remove the delete button from the availability screen if a housing opportunity has a pending referral.

    Scenario:
    Client is referred to a housing opportunity through the Community Queue.
    Reservation is deleted on the Availability screen
