  1. It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).

  2. We can use Clarity to match clients to programs based on defined criteria. What about matching clients to clients? Communities who look at shared housing as a means to more PH placements (as opposed to single occupancy) might be very interested in functionality that facilitates roommate matching as part of CE processes.

  6. For checkbox fields, add indicator allowing it to be marked as "answered" so that we can see whether a checkbox field has actually been answered. Checkbox fields are currently not able to be set as "Required" because of their logic. It would be good to know whether the question is set at 0/Off because that is the actual answer rather than if they simply didn't answer the question. This is a potential Data Quality gap in the system.

  10. Customers would like the ability to carry forward ("cascade") any data collected prior to an exit as the response collected during an auto-exit.

    Such functionality would be different from the current 'Exit Screen Fields Due to Inactivity' functionality. Instead of pre-defining default exit data for an exit field, customers would have the ability to allow the most recently collected data (something collected during enrollment or a status update, for example) to carry forward into the corresponding exit field when an auto-exit takes place.

  11. We have many users that may need access to just one project at another agency but currently there is no way to set that up. If there was a way to allow a user to be at one agency and have access to another agency but not all of the projects within this would be very helpful.

  13. Currently, the max allowed file size for upload is 4 MB (4112 KB). Is it possible to increase the file size for upload to 7MB? We have a few providers that are attempting to go paperless and require to upload large files.

  14. It would be beneficial, in certain circumstances (temporarily inactive users, etc.), to be able to manually increase our License cap for license types to properly manage and anticipate activation fees when exceeding our cap.

    In our setup, we pass all license fees to participating agencies (license fees and activation fees).

    To give an example:
    Let's say we have 100 licenses, 100 are in use and active. 5 users go on leave temporarily for a few months and are inactivated. We are then at 95/100 active licenses.

  17. Ability to add integer fields, other field types, to Service Items for the purpose of tracking the number of items given to clients. (e.g. client was given 5 bus passes, they would like to enter a 5 as a numeric field somewhere in the Service Item Details)

  18. We would like to be able to schedule the Assessment Details report (with certain parameters) in order to get our custom fields out. This would help with the issue of having to publish each individual field to Looker and then building each individual field to a custom report, then scheduling that.

  19. The limiting factor in providing a direct referral to an eligible program is that the agency CoC of the user must be the same as the agency CoC of the program. While an Agency can only be assigned to a single CoC, its Programs can be assigned to a CoC different than the parent agency or even multiple CoCs.

    When the user's CoC does not match the agency CoC for the program to which the user wants to make a referral, the program will not be made available, even though the client might otherwise be eligible.
