  2. At this time the toggle is only able to be used for new records or where records are only used by one agency. A customer has requested to be able to use the toggle on shared records because at times multiple agencies share the use of de-ID'd profiles (ie coordinated entry). Proposed enhancement to allow the toggle to be used with shared records and give the option to automatically send a clarity mail notice or e-mail notification to those listed as an agency contact stating that their client has been de-identified, contact sys admin for details.

  3. Currently, the Private toggle in Assessments is determined by the Agency's Sharing Group settings. Changing the Service/Programs/Assessments Placed sharing setting to Not Shared will make the Private toggle disappear on Assessments. This is inconvenient if Service/Programs/Assessments Placed needs to be set to Shared, but the Private toggle still needs to be absent from selected assessments.

  5. We would like their Matchers to have Looker Access; however they do not want them to be able to view any data marked "Private."

    I think this can be accomplished through using [Access Filters (with User Attributes)|https://discourse.looker.com/t/access-filters-with-user-attributes/4596]

    Ideally we would like a few different Looker access roles, outlined in the attached matrix. Ideally, this would be adjustable and managed by the Collaborative admins for flexibility.

    "Our goal is to create a parallel processor for Vi-SPDAT 1s and 2s to translate the scores, however we would need to add some more complex logic, such as:

    If the sum of (categorical field values) > 4 THEN 1 ELSE 0 , and I imagine that the custom formula is translating these categorical fields into numeric so that they may be summed, or creating complex.

  8. For all HUD fields, add the Data Element (DE), Implementation Date (if field is new, date added), Retirement Date (if field is no longer being used, when it was retired).

    Our agency does data sharing, mainly HUD data elements, with other entities. However, we used HUD CSV export document to identify HUD fields which made it difficult to map back to the database fields.

  9. The current "Disable Inactive Users" function only applies to when the users have logged in at least one time. Our request is to allow the same functionality for newly created account so that users than never use their account can will be auto-disabled.

  10. There is currently the ability to automatically provide a service upon enrollment. A customer requested the ability to automatically provide a case management (or other) service when a case note is added in the client record.

  11. A customer has requested to have the ability to select certain reports in Clarity as "favorites" for quicker access to frequently used reports rather than navigating the report library to find particular reports each time.

    This feature enhancement would require that there be no inconsistencies between the field "Disabling Condition" and the disability types (Physical Disability, Developmental Disability, Chronic Health Condition, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health Problem, and Substance Abuse Problem) in order to save the screen.

    When a client advises that s/he has a disabling condition, the response to the Disabling Condition field should be "Yes". You then must select the type of condition from one or more of the following: Physical Disability, Developmental Disability, Chronic Health Condition, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health Problem, and Substance Abuse Problem.   13. Please make following changes:

    1.   Make HOH asterisk to different color, that will be more visible
      
    2.   Be able to search by HOH ID
      
    3.   Add Houdehold ID next to “Household Members”
      
    4.   Add Unique Identifier next to the client

  14. We would like the client reports (like Client History report) to pull information based on the data sharing levels established in the system, rather than just pulling the information entered by your agency.

    So the Client History report for example would show the exact same information that you are able to see in the Client History tab.

  15. Feature Enhancement - Customer is requesting CoC assignment switching to be added to user setup. Customer would like to be able to produce client lists based on staff CoC. Customer has programs setup in CoCs that are not the same as Agency CoC
