  1. This is a Feature Request regarding the “Your recent client searches” box on the Search page. I’ve talked with users who would like to either have none/hide this and other users who would like to see more clients in the list. Having an option at either the agency- or user-level to change the number of clients that appear in that Recent Searches box would be a very nice addition!

  2. Services, service items, and reservation slots are specified with code numbers in a Clarity URL.

    It is possible to have a URL containing the number for a service, but a service item under a different service. In other words, a URL can contain a number for Service A but a service item under Service B. When this happens, the page will direct to the Service Item that is being specified (under Service B, in this example).

    It seems strange that the system doesn't recognize a potentially ambiguous request is being put to the server. An error or warning message that…

  3. We are not able to use services for most of our data collection needs, despite measuring a lot of securing or discussing benefits, items, identification, etc. That is because we need to measure whether a given item or benefit is just discussed as a topic, applied or attempted to acquire, secured, etc. Adding a couple optional questions that managers could configure to track the stages of a referral would meet so many more data collection needs, and allow us to actually use services.

  5. Currently the Outbound recidivism measures are only accessible to users with aggregate data analysis rights. The Reentry Enrollment ID should continue to only be available to users with 'aggregate data analysis' rights as this Looker dimension would incidentally provide access to potentially restricted data. However, the other Outbound Recidivism measures in Looker that are currently restricted are the only way to effectively show recidivism that most closely meets HUD's definition of recidivism which is an important measure required by most local funders. Currently the only way for users to access correct recidivism data is to request our HMIS team supply…

  8. We are currently working on contracting with a specific pharmacy. We would like to be able to post prescriptions and refer directly to the pharmacy. That way we can also track the progress.

  10. Our search results screen has name, alias, DOB, and SSN. Clarity unique identifier is notably absent. You have to click into the client profile to get the Clarity unique identifier. Why not save a step?

  13. When a client is removed from a Community Queue due to hitting the Inactive Referral Expiration Threshold that the user that added the client to the Community Queue as well as any Assigned Staff receive an email notification that the client has been removed from the Community Queue. The notification would be similar to those sent when a client’s status is changed to Pending or when they are Denied a housing opportunity.

  15. It would be beneficial for Agency Managers to have the ability to create dashboards instead of that functionality being limited to only the System Admin role. Agency evaluation staff know what their staff need/want to know for evaluation and reporting needs. Dashboard creation sitting only with the System Admin role creates an unnecessary bottle-neck for agencies that have custom reporting knowledge and capacity.

  16. Please allow Agency Managers to set up custom assessments and fields, if/when allowed and configured by System Administrators.
    For certain communities, agencies have a lot of expertise in designing and conducting monitoring and evaluation and have been driving this for years if not decades. Please consider a platform to allow Agency Managers to design fields, assessments, and screens.

  17. Currently, within an enrollment users can only assign staff members who have the agency where the enrollment lives as their "primary" agency (unless assigning themselves). So, if a user has access to multiple agencies, other users can only assign that user to an enrollment in that user's primary agency.

    The drop down picklist for assigned staff SHOULD include all staff with access to that agency, even if it is not their primary agency.

  20. It would be helpful to have a dollar amount column added to the [CLNT-102] Client History report so that TFA expenditures can be reported by client (instead of having to run a GNRL-400 Program Linked Service Review in which all clients in a program are included).
