  2. When selecting parameters for certain reports like System Performance Measures, there is a small selection box for things like Agencies and Programs. When selecting dozens or hundreds of items in these categories, the selection box is very tedious. If there could be a pop-out window to make selections and not have to scroll up and down so much it would be a better UI. Confirming selections is difficult when you can only see a few at a time. Also, check-boxes rather than shift-select would make this selection process much easier.

  3. When clients receive a tag of "Housed" or "Sheltered" on the Outreach map, they should be automatically removed from either the encampment or the map. The same should happen for clients who have an address added to the Location tab, which does not qualify as a place not meant for human habitation.

  4. Currently when status updates are completed in the outreach module, the date always defaults to the current date. Many outreach workers are not able to enter these updates in real time so it would be very helpful to be able to back date when entering the data.

  5. It would be helpful to have the ability to create notifications for client enrollments expected to auto-exit due to inactivity. The functionality could be similar to pending referral notifications, with flexibility to set a certain number of days prior to the auto-exit. This would give the assigned care team an opportunity to update the enrollment and prevent the auto-exit before it happens.

    The additional type of notification would be helpful for Coordinated Entry.

  6. Adding a filter for the agencies and/or projects that an agency can or has referred to would simplify counting referrals that were made to specific agencies. Some agencies send referrals to more than one agency or project and it would drastically decrease the amount of time needed to count referrals sent.

    In the interim, our Coordinated Entry - Referrals LookML Dashboard series may provide some of the information you are looking for, or could be used as a template for a custom Look to fit the reporting need. 

  7. It would be helpful to have a direct link to the client's profile from the display cards on the Inventory dashboard. This link would show for clients currently referred or occupying a unit.

  8. When searching for a staff member in Clarity, search results display the agency that the staff person is associated with. It would be helpful to System Admins to be able to click directly on the Agency name in the search results to switch to that agency

  9. Similar to the way that System Administrators can add custom fields to a Program Set-up screen, it would be helpful to be able to add custom fields to other screen types, especially the Agency Overview screen

  10. Some of our assessments are lengthy and it would be helpful to be able to apply text formatting to labels. Also, it would be helpful if we were able to add horizontal lines to delineate between sections in an assessment.

  11. A client that was unable to locate at the time of referral to a housing intervention should be removed from the community queue and re-referred once they resurface in Clarity (service transaction or program enrollment)

  12. Remove clients from the community queue if the do not have an active release of information. Add a prompt to the client profile that states client has been removed and should be referred to community queue once a release of information is updated. (Anonymous profiles excluded)

  13. The system should not allow the program start date to occur after the housing move-in date. The program start date should never occur after the housing move in date. Since the program start date defaults to the current date and allows users to save (after displaying a gentle light-orange warning that does not seem to be a deterrant), this issue continues.

  14. Customers have expressed the desire to have data fields entered in status/annual/exit screens to cascade into new enrollments. We know that enrollments can cascade into other enrollments, and that there are data fields entered at enrollment that are not collected in the status/annual/exit screens. However, the data would be most useful and accurate if cascading considered most recent data fields from the enrollment AND status/annual/exit screen. The goal would be to have the most recent fields from the enrollment and status/annual/exit screens cascade to subsequent enrollments.

  16. Everyone loves the Program Data Review report in the report library. Makes data corrections a breeze.

    However, if the user creating could be added, it would be fascistic. By adding this field, it would allow agency managers and supervisor monitor which case manager are reviewing and correct their data and allow them to address these types of issues with the proper person.

  17. More flexibility with sharing set up. Sharing should be on a project level, not an agency level.
    Should also be able to pick what agencies and programs can see a client file per what the client would like. Right now the sharing is extremely restricting and causes issue with programs like RHY, who are not allowed to share clients that are 17 and under. If an agency has RHY, CoC and ESG funding this makes set up difficult and can cause users to make major errors and share files they should not be sharing.

  18. Live Marker for Programapplicability. Often we need screen fields to display only for certain kinds of programs. The Programtype Live Marker is good for this sometimes. But many times we want only a subset of the whole programtype. For example, we have different types of Emergency Shelter which we differentiate with Programapplicability. We have over 200 Emergency Shelters that are Crisis or Bridge. In order to display a screen field just for them we must make a separate constraint item for each of those 200 programids. And then maintain that list as programs are added

  19. When editing a screen in Clarity, most fields are marked with a special icon if they are hidden (crossed out eye) or constrained (up arrow with hat). However, the "client location" and "Relationship to Head of Household" are not marked in any way even though they have constraints hard-coded. So, the "client location" field will not appear on an enrollment screen if only one CoC is associated with the program associated with the screen. This is a great time-saver, but for Admins it would be helpful to just have this noted on the screen editor like all other fields with…

  20. If the SNN Field is entered in as zeros, have the system automatically delete them when someone clicks to edit them. This will allow them to type the new one without any confusion that they actually have to delete the zeros first if they want to change it.
