Customize user screens
Similar to the way that System Administrators can add custom fields to a Program Set-up screen, it would be helpful to be able to add custom fields to other screen types, especially the user profile screens. This would allow tracking of things like date of training completion, or notes about a user like reasons for locking/inactivating an account, tracking security breaches, or marking roles like who is an agency administrator for billing new user accounts.

Hello! I saw this idea and this is relevant to something I'm working on now as well. If we could implement this it would be so helpful for tracking who attended trainings, demographics of staff members, and other elements that could allow us to analyze data at the staff/user level.
Currently the only way to do that is to make additional client profiles for staff in a private program, which raises data integrity and accuracy issues.

We had a request for this same thing because we have a number of agencies that have funding related to end user licenses, direct pay licenses, and then the information can be pulled into a looker report for CoC confirmation.
Additionally, this would overall assist in the System Administration and Program Administration within the system and create efficiencies.
